this is THE worst delivery system I've ever used! Home Depot, PLEASE use any other delivery service! NSD has delayed my delivery three times so far. My order is stuck in Syracuse, N.Y., which is only 40 miles from my home. It's been sitting in their warehouse for DAYS! There is no excuse for this! How many stars would I give them? ZERO! How do they stay in business?

Home Depot Delivery
Delivery was scheduled between 12:00p and 4:00p on 10/6. Waited all day and called the company (impossible to reach a person. They disconnect after a certain amount of time). Sent a chat through their website and I was told the driver was running late and it would be delivered by 8:00pm. No delivery. Contacted through chat again and was told it was cancelled and had to be rescheduled. I have not heard anything at all today and cannot get through by phone or chat. I can't believe I wasn't called and told about the cancellation. I took a day off of work and then cancelled evening plans to wait around.
I need to be able to speak to a human to see if my delivery is going to happen.

Generator ordered through Amazon! What a Joke!
Paid over $1, 000.00 for a Westinghouse generator on Amazon on 09/09/21, was to be delivered within the week. Finally received on 9/22 after it was sitting somewhere in our small home town since 9/14. Contacted Amazon about this and was told that their delivery truck had broken down and they would issue a $50 Amazon credit because of the delay. Based on other reviews it sounds exactly like I thought it would, they update the tracking/shipping status to show that the item is actually in your town and just sitting there FOR DAYS! This part totally infuriated me and I'm sure many others. After speaking with Amazon, they stated that it would be delivered by 9/23, which it technically was. In my email and tracking notification from Amazon it stated that I would be contacted by phone or text 30 min before delivery. I was Never contacted in any way before actual delivery and the item wasn't even signed for. They just dumped it and left an oil leaking/damaged/ 1 wheeled Westinghouse generator leaking all over the place. On the Westinghouse website it clearly shows that this generator should be a full Box and may even have additional packaging or a pallet attached to the bottom. What I got was a barely covered "half packaged" generator, I'm sure the other wheel was lost somewhere in shipping or maybe the generator was being used by this company at one of the warehouses where they were storing it and then they turned it on its Side to start leaking everywhere. Worst delivery company that I have ever had for a delivery. I can't believe Amazon continues to use them. I did contact Amazon about this delivery and sent the same photos and they offered a 30% discount if I kept the item and tried fixing it or we could just return for a refund or get a replacement. I think these are acceptable options but I don't think I would order any more heavy, high ticket items from them if they continue to use delivery companies like this. They didn't guarantee that this company would not be delivering a replacement to me, so I might just purchase from a local Big Box store for piece of mind. I feel like Amazon is cutting a lot of corners lately, I've been a prime member for years and the service isn't any better that's for sure! The USPS transfers from Amazon instead of UPS have been bad enough for the smaller items.

Home Depot return pickup
I have 3 very heavy toilets that I weigh 120 pounds each and they were all broken I through the boxes away so I cannot return with UPS home depot created a case for NSD to schedule a pickup they said 3-5 days, its been 11 days nobody answers the phone my entire renovation project is on hold waiting for them to pick these up, I've lost wages from not being able to go to work trying to contact other contractors to pick them up trying to contact home depot contacting NSD with no help

The product was a flat screen tv from Amazon (max 40 pounds). I paid extra for threshold delivery, which includes inside your entryway. Once they got here they told me they couldn't deliver in my entryway because it has steps without me paying extra (split level). I then offered for them to pull around back and take it through the basement level. They again said it will cost extra to do this even though there are no steps to my basement door. Eventually they left it in my garage propped up against my car... Keep in mind I said they, as in two guys. And don't forget the fact that this TV with box is forty pounds maximum. Oh and the box is damaged so I will be keeping watch on this one.
Non-responsive/Non delivery for paid goods
I'd give negative stars if I could. Do Not contract them! Ordered a water softener from another disaster of a big box store (home depot). My paid receipt showed delivery date of 30 Aug. I finally was able to decipher how to get tracking data from NSD. They received the softener on 27th Aug but still haven't delivered it yet. No communication at all w/ or from NSD. There is only one person who can make any decisions at the warehouse but apparently that person must be being paid to stay home. SHE is never there. This company is terrible!

I sat on the phone between Lowes and NSD 2 days ago for 1.5 hours trying to resolve the shipment of my patio set. It showed in que for 8 days in Oswego IL yet nobody could tell me if they physically had the set and what was the hold up. Lowes was the one that was actually able to get through to NSD. I am still waiting for a call back. Trying the on line chat is a joke. Keeps saying waiting for a representative. Yesterday I get notified it will ship September 9. That is totally unacceptable. First patio set NSD delivered was damaged and had to be returned. Now 8 days of MIA only to be notified I have to wait even longer. I have company coming over for a cookout and no patio set. You are less than 1 hour from me. I want the set delivered by Sept 3 at the latest

Update...Was to be delivered today but they changed the date to tomorrow. I am sure tomorrow will come and they will change it to the next day. Customer service is just an automated response that sends you back to the original link you sent the inquiry to.
Delivery service estimated time keeps changing, only 20 min away
This company is trash, been waiting on our new shed sitting in a warehouse for 5 days 20min away, now moved to warehouse 10min away from us. Estimated delivery times keep changing now showing another 2-3days. this company is a joke. Non stop? How can you name your company non stop deliveries and have customers items be sitting a few miles away in a warehouse for days.

This company is the biggest scam! I ordered a $3000 product from Lowe's. The item was to be shipped by NSD and the tracking was horrendous. Should at one hub then rerouted to a hub further away. Phone calls to the company took forever and no resolution. I plan on suing this company. No manager will return my call

I need it delivered as soon as possible: this weekend at the latest.. I need it now. Please go ahead and deliver my cabinet. Non-delivery (twice) and Attempted delivery of Known Damaged item
After 3 bitter experiences with NSD it is time to document . Damaged item was Kayak ordered from Amazon. Security cameras picked up drivers dumping the Back in January kayak and reversing to drive off. I ran out and stopped them. Kayak had a 3 inch hole from a forklift covered by the delivery notice. Refused delivery. Delivery Receipt 9948518. Non delivery (they claimed July 16th.) L shaped desk from Amazon via my company service awards program. Received refund and reordered same item. Shows delivery August 11th but there was no delivery and NSD had already cancelled and refunded Amazon. No responses from customer service either phone or email.
I no longer will order anything from Amazon if NSD Shows as the carrier. Totally inefficient and I fail to understand why Amazon would tie their name to a company like this. Very poor communication and a total lack of customer care
Desired outcome: That Amazon would review the number of complaints and drop this carrier. Fat chance of that but perhaps NSD will take note and clean up their act.

Now, today I was told that my package will be here from 10AM-1PM and there is still no package. I am wondering if I am even going to receive my package or is this all a scam and maybe I should get my money back.

I ordered a desk on Amazon about 3 weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered on July 26. Then the delivery date changed to July 28, then August 4 and it just changed AGAIN to August 6. I contacted Amazon to complain and they told me to contact NDS. Each time I have called them, the wait time has been OVER AN HOUR! I work from home and cannot be on eternal hold with this company. This is, by far, the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Worse than DHL or OnTrac.

Nordic Track Treadmill
I received an email on July 2nd that they have my Treadmill and will be calling me in 2 business days to schedule delivery. It is now July 16th 14 days later and still no call. I have sent many emails, tried to talk to someone via chat and NOTHING BACK! I sit on hold for hours and they just hang up on me saying they will return my call in the order it was received but no call! I have contacted Nordic Track several times and they keep sending them emails and "escalating" this order but still no call from NSD! They should be out of business! I can't believe companies actually use them! Im about ready to cancel a $3600.00 treadmill because they use this horrible company!

Same thing is happening to me! I’ve been waiting for my treadmill to be delivered since June! It is now September 28th! There really is no avenue to complain about their terrible service within their company since almost no one responds! This is 100% unsatisfactory!
Home Depot Delivery
I ordered a bath vanity on 6/22. When I purchased it said delivery would be 6/30. That was fine since we were closing on this house and had a little time. As soon as I checked the delivery date changed to 7/12. Still ok we had some time. Then the delivery day changed to 7/8 then to 7/9. I tracked the item to NSD warehouse in Tampa where it has been sitting since 6/30. I have called over 100 times and used their chat feature with not one contact back. We are now upon closing so I had to go buy two 30" vanities just to pass reappraisal. I contacted home depot and they did a ticket for a manager. I got an email from them that I could not respond to. It said NSD is two to three weeks behind and they will contact me for delivery when they catch up. I cannot believe Home depot would risk losing their customers with such a shoddy delivery service. I tried every way to be able to go pick up the vanity but NO ONE will tell me where the warehouse is. I mean its more secret than missle silo's. Disgusted with NSD and Home Depot.

Have been waiting a month for NSD to schedule a pickup of a crated door received in damaged condition for return. Called them 17 times different days of the week and different times. NEVER get a call back only get the auto reply that they will call back when a representative is available. Have now written a letter to the Director of Transportation to advise the problem in reaching them. Home Depot will not issue a credit for the damaged door until it is picked up by NSD.
The door was not delivered by NSD but HD said that NSD does the pickup.
Desired outcome: Get this damaged door off my property.

On May 6, 2021, NSD delivered products to Susan Leichtman at 520 Jose Street Unit 11, Santa Fe, NM, 87501, Home Depot Order #WG35075960.
The oversized NSD truck entered Jose Street and tore out electrical service to my building at 510 Jose. All electrical services in the area were interrupted and my meter socket and riser were torn from their placement. PNM was called and live wires were disconnected. I was out of state at the time of incident and was never notified of event. PNM had no record because the resident at 520 Jose Unit 11 reported the event and it was never tied to my building at 510 Jose Street. Upon return, after investigation, the situation was revealed and witnesses have stated that the NSD truck was at fault.
I want to know if there was a report filed with your company and if not, would like to inform you of this event.
Repair to service is extensive and expensive and I will be seeking compensation.
Please advise on procedure.

Placed an order with Amazon and scheduled delivery for 7/7/2021. NSD rescheduled without ever contacting me than never showed for rescheduled appointment, now they do not answer the phone or chat. I contacted Amazon who is also trying to get in touch with them however they are also unable. The tracking has a new appointment scheduled for 7/22/21
