Like all the other complaints I have been reading, this is a total scam. The make you think you are receiving free samples for a shipping and handling charge, but that is not the case. I received these products on 12/15 and returned on 12/16. I intend to call my credit card company to inform them to not process any further charges to my account. Also when...

Nouvebelle wrinkle cream and eye serum

i order this product hoping it would work on my skin i had an allergic reaction. i called the company and cancelled my order and returned the product within the 30 days they gave me. i paid for extra for a tracking number so the product could be tracked. the package was received by 12 7 then one week later they take out 190.00 out of my account 7 days after they received the product back. I called the company and was very upset because it is Christmas and i did not count on that money coming out. They advise me it will take 7 -10 business days to refund me my money. this is a fraud company

I ordered free products with only shipping costs to be paid on 10/18/15. On 12/01/15 and 12/05/15 I was charged $97.83 and $92.79 and received an additional shipment of the cream product on 12/4/15 which I never ordered, with subscription listed on the packing list. Packing list stated the order date as 12/01/2015 and stated I must return the product within...

Nouvebelle Face cream & eye serum

The ad said that they would ship the face cream & eye serum for shipping & handling charges ONLY for the customer to try. There was no mention of price or that future shipments would made without the customer's authorization. I was originally billed on 8/3/15 for the shipping & handling, then was billed on 8/1715 for the amount of $92.79, followed by another bill on 9/3 of $97.83. Another bill of $92.79 was sent on 9/16. Have received total credit of $190.62 . How they arrived at this credit, I'll never know. During all this, I received a shipment which was promptly returned, unopened. I paid the return postage. They wanted to charge a $20.00 "restocking" fee! This is a SCAM for sure and several other people agree!

I bought samples(S'NAK PEPTIDE CREAM and Bellesse Anti Aging Eye Serum) from the company Nouvebelle on Oct 29, 2015. The ad said nothing about a subscription or a return deadline. And they wouldn't charge me for other things. I needed to pay only for postage. I paid and waited for my orders. Billing was in 4 parts (p&h for both products delivered in same...

Nouvebelle Face Creams

I should have done my research also. This morning I checked my account and I had a pending charge for $97.83 and I called my bank to dispute the charge. He said I needed to call the company, but I asked him if he could do a 3 way call for me. He first spoke to the gentleman from Nouvebelle, and then I was allowed to speak, I told him that I didn't order anything in addition to the Free sample, and he told me that because I didn't cancel the follow-up order, within the 14 days, they charged me. I didn't see anything about canceling within 14 days, This is a scam. I told him I would have the bank cancel my credit card, he then offered me a 50% refund and I asked why am I being charge for something I didn't order, that I wanted a full refund. He said that I would need to send back the samples. I asked him, then why did I have to pay shipping and handling and now have to pay to send it back. I again told him I would cancel the credit card, he then went to speak to a supervisor and came back and said that they would cancel both of the accounts and no charges would be deducted and that my funds would be back in my account within 5-7 days. That was the end of the call. All this time the bank clerk was listening and heard what the gentleman from Nouvebelle had said, and he let me know that because the charge was still pending that they would file a fraud claim, and I should get my money back into my account within a couple of days. My suggestion check your accounts and file fraud charges with your bank. I am going to post this everywhere, so people know that it is a SCAM...

Nouvebelle Nouvebelle - s'nak peptide cream & bellesse - anti-aging eye serum

I ordered the free trial products and only paid shipping. I had 14 days to try products free off cost. It hasn't even been 10 days I have already been charged two separate prices ( $92.79 and $97.83) on 8/27/2015. My ID: 3412404 is what was given to be when I ordered these products so I want a full refund and no further shipments ASAP or I will file suit.

This Company is not honest I recieved the samples, paid the shipping, . I did not order anything else samples were free. I just found out they Have taken $97.83 from my one and only account, social security does not pay that much. I Also it would be nice to talk to some one in customer service in the US and not in India, very hard to understand, First and last time online products. nouvebelle has unsavory work ethics.

Nouvebelle Multiple phone calls

I saw their add and I thought the product look interesting. I filled out the form for the trial supply, and before I could even get my credit card information in I was receiving a call from Nouvebelle customer reps. I t was no longer than 30 sec after I filled out the form and they were already calling. Of course they were trying to sell another product to go with the Nouvebelle. They claim you have to use them together to get the best results. When I explained that the add did not mention the second product she said it would not until submitted the order. Of course there is a second s&h charge. At that point I told her no thanks and asked that my name be removed form their website. I received another 3 phone calls in the next 15 minutes from this company. A rather pushy business. I will not be ordering, just hope the phone calls do not continue.

Nouvebelle Liars!

Like others, I too fell for this scam. I paid the S&H charge for each product to be mailed to me. Within 8 days, they charged me $92+. I called the phone number listed beside the charge on my checking account. It worked. They tried to charge me half the money, then only a $20 "restocking" fee! A restocking fee? Really? What are they going to do, restock my partially used product back on the shelf!?! I blew up, & after quite a bit of arguing, I informed them that I would call the BBB if I did not receive a full refund immediately. I literally had to scream at the person to get them to understand I was NOT kidding. I asked for a Supervisor four times. Never got the Supv, but the rep came back on & said I would get a full refund. I did. Had I not gotten it, I would've called back & made a total fool of myself...which is ridiculous to have to do that.

So, now today, I saw where they charged me for the OTHER product, $94+...after I've already cancelled both products! OMG. I called the number again & got a rep whom I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND. Her accent was so strong. And again, after quite a bit of threatening (on my part), I will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days. This time, however, I have to return the bottle back to them. So, I have to pay a return fee.

I will NEVER order this kind of crap again from any company. I advise you to read all of these complaints & do the same, or you will be in the same boat as the rest of us goobers!

I ordered from a site that said NOTHING about joining a club or anything about being charged after 15 days! Not only highway robbery but complete scam about the products being free! I have not even had enough time to see if the products work! i am livid right now as I called the available number only to get someone Warren who barely spoke english, the background noise sounded like a sweat shop and the connection was terrible! I was offered a 50% off or I can return products, pay for shipping and charged a restocking fee of $20.00 per product so either way I am screwed. Either pay $50.00 bucks and wait 2 weeks for my refund or pay 98, 00 for the products. I am so pissed off i can't see straight so i hope someone reds this before they order, if i had seen this site first, i absolutely would NOT have ordered. Oh and guess what ? today is day 15 and they charged me yesterday! Im calling back. Mad as hell!

Nouvebelle unauthorized payments

Through a facebook advert, I agreed to purchase 1 pot of cream on special offer, agreeing to pay the £4.95 postage charge only. However a further 2 pots of cream were sent to my address over the following 2 months, and on reviewing my online statements I was charged a total amount of £321 for 3 pots of cream.I had agreed to the initial payment of £4.95 and not to any membership. I did e-mail the company who sent a general e mail recording that no impending changes could be made based on online commerce, They suggested that I telephoned them.On doing so I was left waiting for 43 minutes which was charged as £49 on my telephone bill.No response meant I had to dispute these payments via my Bank.Hsbc were really helpful, They cancelled by debit card and recommended that I sent all of the products back to the merchant by recorded delivery.Following waiting 15 days, fortunately i was reimbursed in full.
Two days ago, however I received a phone call from a e commerce company-saying that the merchant can and will likely win an appeal against this repayment. He said that he'd e mail a document to me and I was to confirm my acceptance to allow them to speak to the company on my behalf. I have not received this document.

Nouvebelle Scam

This company is a complete scam. This company offers a FREE sample product with a small shipping $4.00, . The product is shipped and a email tracking number is provided. However once you receive and after 15 days from the date you ordered, Nouvebelle charges you a additional $98.00 ... this addtitional charge is not mentioned nor is it disclosed upon ordering the sample. They also offer a eye cream sample when ordering the Nouvebelle snake peptide cream... however once you click on the eye cream page, without your consent- you are automatically charged a small shipping fee for this product sample as well. Then the same thing will happen in 15 days after you order... this time the charge was $93.00... No where on the sample order page does it state that you will be shipped future products OR be charged any more than the initial shipping charge for the sample ONLY... I knew something wasn't right when I clicked on the eye cream sample offer page and instead of being allowed to read about the product or confirm that I in fact even WANTED to order... I was automatically charged! This is FRAUD, and a SCAM that needs to be reported and publicized to warm consumers about... I was lucky and did not use my personal bank information to purchase. I used a credit card and my credit card company reversed the charges and blocked this scam/company from making any more charged on my card... BUYER BEWARE NOUVEBELLE Is a rip/off and a scam!

Unlike other consumers my credit card refused to reverse the charges and I never hit the product. When I attempted to get my money back thru the BBB I was also denied due to lack if evidence. I advise anyone wanting to make s purchase from advertisement do not proceed. It's always a scam. If it's not in Dillard's or Wal-Mart forget it. I'll never get that $98 back

I, too, responded to an advertisement for Skin Elements (Snake Peptide Anti-Aging Cream and eye cream for a trial sample and eye cream for a low price, I believe under $10.00. I thought I read the ad carefully and did not see anything giving any time limit for this trial or I would be charged for more orders so I thought this must be a good product. Next thing I know I had two large amounts deducted from my credit card account. When I called them they said that there was a clause/statement somewhere in the Ad saying after 15 days I would be charged the full amount and would be receiving more of the product every month. I was charged $97.83 for one and $105.79 for the other product. I had used them faithfully since I received them (apparently approx. 15 days) and had not seen any change in my skin in that period of time. I wasn't a very happy camper. Evidently somewhere there was a statement somewhere in VERY LITTLE PRINT that I missed. They say they will deduct 70% of the amounts so I will have to pay a little over $60.00. I know this is a scam because if the product(s) worked, they definitely would not have to use these sales tactics. I asked them if this product was supposed to work within 15 days and, of course, they couldn't say it would only that that all the terms and conditions were written in the ad. BEWARE - this definitely is a scam, which I as a senior on Social Security couldn't afford. I can't trust in any product where they have to use deceptive sales tactics.

Nouvebelle rip-off theives

This outfit is a rip off i only ordered 1jar eye creuam this snake peptide eye serum, didn't really notice a big difference in my eyes. They were suppose to charge me the $4.95 for shipping but they charge an additional 3.95 for the belesse eye serum but i never authorized that and never even ordered it. Then once i hit the button to submit my order something flashed very fast and that was the first i've seen of it . I t stated something like i have 14 days for the trial period then my account will be charged something like a $100 yea, be leery of this i called back after about a week and i told them i don't want any more of this stuff please cancel my account and if you don't, i will call my bank for dispute and my attorney. That did it plus the card i used to purchase this stuff has now been assigned another account number that they don't know.. . . all i can say folks is watch out for these scams because they are out there :/

Nouvebelle charges

The email I received was very misleading, rather a down rite lie. The email asked if I wanted a free sample. I would only have to pay a charge of 6.95. I did agree to this promotion. I received the cream in a full size jar, of course wondering why. I used it for three nights and my skin became very dry, so I put it away. About three weeks later I received another full size charge with a bill for 97.00. I immediately called thinking this has to be a mistake. Their reply was that I didn't read the very tiny print where it said if you didn't call in 14-28 days after, you would get billed for an additional jar. I had to argue this with everyone I.spoke to. Finally they agreed that if I send it back, call them with the tracking number, they would credit my account. In the meantime, I get another bill for the very first jar they sent me for an additional 97.00. Again because I didn't call to say I didn't want to keep the sample. Now I have a full jar of cream laying in my drawer, which I cannot use and I have to pay 97.00 for. When I called my charge card company, they politely said if they appeal this, they will lose because I did not read the tiny print.
I did not even see the tiny print. A complete ripoff but my charge card company said that's how they make their money. I unfortunately learned an expensive lesson. This company should be reported.

Nouvebelle Rip Off

Free Trial, cost of $4.95, and I thought it was for a trial bottle, not a trial period, plus it had a second product to use with it and it would not except my debit card, only credit cards, that should have been a sign. Anyways as soon as I got my confirmation email, I replied back through that email, because there was NO other contact information in the email, NO phone #, NO email address. So I replied and said I didn't want this item and wanted to return it and cancel all charges and never heard anything again until 1:00 AM an alert on my debit card for $97.80 charge. Tried like 20 times on phone # on bank statement without any luck, got a hold of my bank and they are going to try to help, no guarantee on that. Finally got through to a lady from phone # on statement and she said its been 14 days and nothing she can do, I bought 6-6 and it's 6-20, that's 14 days give me a break.
Then she offers to take $30.00 of charges, now I'm thinking if your guilty why offer. Anyways I was on the phone forever 30 - 40 minutes and I'm not giving up and she isn't hanging up and she keeps telling me it's policy, and I say to her it's policy to charge $4.95 and then $97.80 for 1 ounce bottle of what, GOLD.
This company is a RIP-OFF !

I have also been ripped off for the total of almost $200.00 for what was supposed to be a trial offer of the product with payment only of shipping and handling. I was taken nearly faint when this amount of money disappeared out of my check book causing overdrafts. This is a rip off and is theft...I will NEVER be made a fool out of again. That's the only guarantee assured with this product. NEVER AGAIN! I will be contacting my bank and the number provided.

Like several others complaints, I was charged the 97.83 plus 92.79 on my credit card and never received the product. I have tried a number of times to talk to these foreign people with very broken English. I have tried to tell them I never received an order and want any orders cancelled as I only ordered a trial, not joining a club. They did cancel the subscription but refuse to credit my credit card account for the 190.62 for products not received. They said they will deduct 40% and refund the remainder. This is not only a scam it is also theft. The company had my address in a completely different state, therefore, I could not have received the order, if they had sent it. They would not listen to this either.

Nouvebelle and Bellesse is a COMPLETE SCAM AND RIP OFF -- MAKE SURE TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL YOUR CARD! My husband ordered the free trial before looking up the negative reviews of these products. He returned the products today (2/4/16) and immediately canceled his card to make sure that he was not further charged by this company. He is out the $10.88 for the trial and the return shipping fee and tracking number (another $4.53). People BEFORE you order any free trial that promises miracles, READ REVIEWS on the internet to save yourself grief, especially those products that are trotted out by Dr. Oz. I don't trust him as he is dishonest as well. You can get the same results by buying similar products at WalMart. The next thing is also important -- Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) and Hyularonic acid (Retinol) should be listed on the ingredient list nor more than five or six items down or you are throwing your money away again. READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY!

of course it is a scam . I would not ever consider ordering this . My first clue that it was a scam was the pictures that they had on the website . They have the same pictures on other websites and some of these pictures on websites that were about plastic surgery. The ones of Goldie Hawn, excuse me she just had major plastic facial surgery, and we are to believe this major change is from her just using this cream ?

I am so upset, for the same reasons I have just read from others here! No where does it say you must call? respond or return product within 14 days! My understanding was that it was a free trial...not an autromatic subsciption! Its really a scam, if you believe that your skin can change to look like the pictures that they show ! My credit card has been charged $97.83 and $92.79 in unauthorized charges and after talking to the rep for this company they will do nothing ...I have lodged a disputed charge with my bank, called the BBB and yelled a lot...can anyone suggest any other action?.Thanx.

Nouvebelle Unauthorized charges

I bought samples from the company Nouvebelle. They told me that it wasn’t subscription and they wouldn’t charge me for other things. I needed to pay only for postage. I paid and waited for my order, but three days ago I found out that the company charged me twice for something. I filled three forms on the website and hoped to get any response, but these ### didn’t reply. I don’t know what to do. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

I fell for it! I ordered what I thought were 2 free samples just paying 4.95 ea for the shipping. I received the two items about a week ago thinking that was what I ordered - until I saw a debit of $95.47 and $97.99. I immediately called the company and was put on hold for atleast 1/2 hour and then was told that I got the full product (not the samples) (and you could have fooled me, because the full product is sample size!) I told her I am returning them - it took the woman another 15 minutes to get me an address. (POB 52006 - Phoenix Arizona 85072) I hope this works. I'm very disappointed in Robin McGraw for standing behind this fiasco. She must be aware of the marketing procedures. She cannot be that stupid - can she?

I had called on several occasions and was assured that my order had been cancelled. I am still receiving this product. A scam I assume.

I ordered tiny samples and paid for shipping.
I did not authorize any further shipments and I have been billed on my credit card for 2 amounts...each about $ 92 and $97.
Visa got in touch with them and they say they will refund my money.

OMG! I wish I would have read all these customer complaints before giving my account information. I have had the EXACT same experience. They do have a "terms and conditions" at the VERY BOTTOM of an EXTREMELY long page. However, there are no asterisks by the words trial offer to denote to potential customers that additional terms apply. Reputable companies will not only put an asterisk by the words "trial offer" (quotations mine"), they will clearly state (in an obvious to the reader area) to be sure to read the terms and conditions thoroughly before entering into an agreement. Yes, reputable companies do these things. In closing, there are HUNDREDS of identical complaints filed regarding the extremely shady practices of this "business." Ladies, please. DO NOT BE FOOLED! YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Total scam. They immediately charged my account for future delivery in the amounts of $97.95 & $98.95, which I did not authorize or ever receive. I called [protected] where they really could not understand English. I gave them all my information, yet they conveniently could not find my account. I have given my bank all the information, and they will be dealing with this.

So, WHAT CAN BE DONE SO PEOPLE WILL NOT GET SCAMMED ANYMORE?
I also got burned and was able to find the customer's service number on this website. Thank you for sharing it. I was able to get them to give me a full refund after threatening to talk to supervisors, managers, call the bank and tell them this is fraud...they kept me on the phone and kept coming back with 30% or 50% refunds. I stood my ground and was able to get a full refund.
The point is SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE . How is this legal? Anyone have any idea?

All that is said in the previous blogs are my exact feelings. Was supposed to get trial size, and the a 4.95 for shipping. When I called and told the company rep I was charged for a full size she told me " They Didn't Have A Trial Size -- Three times I called and got the same story. $99.00 for the Bellesse and $99.00 for the Nouvebelle was charged before the stated bank with drawl date. BIG FAT SCAM
