Approximately a month ago I explained to your representative that there were inadvertently two accounts shipping to my address due to a gift. I also explained that our freezer was at capacity and I did not want to receive more shipments unless requested and to cancel any Auto-ship if it existed. I was assured this would be taken care of. Instead, I received a shipment and notice of a $439.98 charge (Feb.14). At first I thought these were replacements for moldy "thick crust pizza's" I had reported until I saw the charge. Now your rep claims I only cancelled one account
Claimed loss: $439.98
Desired outcome: Delete charges and I will return the food. Never, ever, again send food unless I request it.
