I have been calling and emailing and I cannot get ANYONE to respond. The artificial phone number with an automated attendant that says someone will call you back is unacceptable from a customer service standpoint as is not answering emails. Now the line is disconnected? I received an email on the 23rd of January stating that they received my return-2 pairs of jeans that I have been waiting to exchange. I have yet to receive my refund of a gift card to purchase the items I would like. I am attempting AGAIN to reach someone. I would like to know when I will receive my refund in the form of a gift card to purchase the items I would like. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST ME? They really need to evaluate their ai phone line (which is now disconnected) and their lack of communication with their customers. They will lose many customers if they continue to operate like this. I am not sure when this direction started because I used to get live people on the phone who were very accommodating and pleasant. I am beyond pissed off.

Desired outcome: I want my refund in the form of a e gift card, the way the items were purchased. All I want to do is exchange items for a different style. It should be retail 101, not where's Waldo. What a joke.
