OffGamers Global non autorizzate spese su carta di credito

È arrivata una comunicazione dalla mia banca, gruppo BPER, con la richiesta di confermare l'acquisto di 77, 21 USD su OffGamers Global Pte. Ltd.
Il fatto è che io non ho acquistato niente da loro e già l'anno scorso avevano prelevato la stessa cifra da un'altra carta di credito, motivo per cui non la ricarico più.
Cosa devo fare per eliminare questo inconveniente?

OffGamers Global they are trying to scam me

Hello Support Team,
I don't understand what's happening with my account how can you charge me and cancel my order after uploading all my information, Drivers license, Debit card Photo? Is this A SCAM I am I getting my money back? Or should I just report this to the authority you have charged my debit card for the tune amount of $440 and charges of $15 and still cancel my orders, who does that, Here's my order number (order number [protected]) and I have an Invoice I receive from them if needed. I thought your website (https://www.offgamers.com/, https://www.shasso.com is a legit seller of the gift card and willing to serve everyone globally? Is it a crime to contact a foreign Singapore website for order, I have read a lot of scam about this online this morning I am just finding it hard to believe, Please refund my money back to my Debit card, not Paypal because I didn't pay you with Paypal. Please is this happening am I getting scammed on a Singapore Website?

This company stole $97.58 out of my account and wont even tell me what I bought! I'm a 40 year old woman! No receipt or nothing! Telling me it went though already WTF went though already? I can't say I wont shop again cause I dont even know what I was supposedly sold! Messing around with playstation are yall even linked together?

OffGamers Global unauthorized charges

Never used this site to my knowledge. Had 3 charges of $100.12 on my account. Ended up having to block and then cancel my debit card and get a new one. Wasn't around a computer or a console. Would like to know what happened, however, since these were unauthorized charges, I don't think I'll get a straight answer...

I have never even heard of this company prior to the unauthorized charges.

OffGamers Global don't know the offgamers etc of what this is

I have no idea what this is but I didn't authorize the charge of $90.93 and it was taken out of my bank account. I did get hacked March 2nd 2019 and got hit for an Amazon $100 gift card and now this. I got help from Hewlett Packard, (or at least it seemed like HP Support), to help resolve my printer not wirelessly communicating with my printer. If this support phone number was a scam pretending to be Hewlett Packard Support then here is the Number: 888-548-9222. If these are not legit then these people should be turned into the FBI and the FCC and the DOJ. If this OffGamers is some sort of gaming site then I don't do those.

OffGamers Global fraud my card info stolen and used

My name is mrs. Wells. I am an older lady going through chemotherapy. These people are theives! My identity was used and credit card information was used without my permission or knowledge. I knew nothing about it until I opened my bank statement. They refuse to give my money back because codes were used. I explained I didn't even know what they meant by using a code. All I got was we cannot help you. They even flat out said they could not give me the legal department information. My attorney has every email, every rude employee name and the legal department and shasso will be named in suit as well since they are the head company... Beware of these so called online businesses!

OffGamers Global bought amazon gift vouchers.

They took £207.84 from my PayPal account and said they would give me £200 amazon gift card immediately

They then said there's a problem with the payment and I have to upload my personal picture, MY CREDIT CARD and a utility bill and also a picture of the back of my card.

Pure fraud.
I have contacted the police who are going to investigate this and also now PayPal who will be taking action against offgamers and hopefully stop allowing their customers to use PayPal.

ABSOLUTELY FRAUDLENT WEBSITE.

Don't buy codes!
Most of them are used and you will only lose your money that will be hard to refund. trust me, I know what I am talking about. I have been trying to get my money back for almost a month and there's no result. Slow and terrible service.
The customer service is useless, so they won't help you with this problem. I really don't understand how these people were recruited. Looks like they hired random people they met on the street.
Moreover, OffGamers have hidden fees, for example, for using PayPal. How do you like it?
Stay away, don't trust this shady business.

OffGamers Global freezing my account for fraud

So i spent money on this site and now they freezed my account for fraud causing me unneeded stress cause i actually like the Dragon ball z game and i will gladly spend money on it. Anyways i have been e mailing them for weeks and getting the most vague responses and none of the numbers to reach them work. these are some of the amazing responses i have gotten.

OffGamers Global no games and the rep didn't reply to my messages

Don’t even think to buy games from the company www.offgamers.com. I bought two games from them, but the company provided only emails that they would ship them ASAP. After that no information, no details and of course no delivery. The website has scammed me and I have no clue how to get money back. I tried to contact them only through their website, but I sent the messages and didn’t get the response.

OffGamers Global bogus charges and I don't know for what really

I tried their trial game on the website www.offgamers.com. It was interesting and I decided to continue to play it. I was so upset, when I checked my account and noticed that this company simply started to steal money from me. I have no idea for what, because there was no information about the charges and the staff didn’t react to my emails, which I have sent them. Stay away from this website.

OffGamers Global selling invalid psn codes

I bought a psn card from them online. Code was invalid. Their support sent me a new code also invalid. They sent me an undated screenshot of them talking to a psn employee in a chat room saying the code was valid and told me they couldn't help me anymore. I tried the code again for fun invalid. They are a bunch of thieves.
Attached is the nonsense they sent me as proof of a valid code.

I agree it has happened to way too many of my friends. I would never use them to do ANY type of business. They will cause you a lot of aggravation.
BTW the message they sent you is fake they send it to every one they scam I have seen that exact same message 3 times and it would never say you...It would be a name or screen name.
NEVER NEVER NEVER use this company or buyer beware!

OffGamers Global phishing!! beware!!!

Short version: do not give them any personal information. They are major phishers for personal information, and they are supposedly based in hong kong and malaysia, away from most jurisdictions.

Now, for the long version:
I shopped around online to find a merchant selling a legal cd-key for guild wars: nightfall. What I mean by legal is just that: since guild wars is a downloadable game directly from ncsoft, a merchant can purchase cd-keys in bulk from ncsoft during a sale period and sell these at a profit when the sale is over. Basically, I was looking for a reseller that sold below ncsoft's current price.

Offgamers offered the lowest price I could find on the 'net, and their website said that once I paid, I would be able to see the purchased cd-key in the "my accounts" section. I used paypal instead of directly giving my credit card information to them, and the payment went through. I received e-mail confirmation from paypal. Next, I was led to a webpage that displayed my phone number where I could allow offgamers to call me to verify that my given phone number was correct. I clicked and waited for the call. However, instead of the phone call, I received an email telling me that they needed additional verification. You won't believe what they wanted from me:

(1) a signed purchase authorization form allowing them to take my money from paypal (Which they already did!)
(2) valid photo identification (Which has not expired) revealing my name and address that matches the billing address of my paypal information, and
(3) utility bill that matches my billing information.

They wanted scanned copies of these.

I immediately demanded a refund, and after playing stupid a little, they did promptly refund my money. So basically, these guys will not scam you up front — they just gain the ability to hack your account at a later date, when it's less obvious.

For you younger gamers that aren't familiar enough with the dangers of giving out those 3 documents to strangers, let me tell you that the combination can let them impersonate you successfully to basically any online company. That includes the game companies that you have your account on. They can hack your account using the game company's support by impersonating you completely. They can change your passwords. They can transfer all your game money and items to their own and sell everything. And they can do a lot more.

Here is the email I received a few minutes after paying them through paypal:

All right, Offgamers, it's now been 21 days since I asked you to give me your owner's personal information. I have yet to hear from you on this site, by e-mail, or by phone.

You tell customers that it's OK for them to give you their personal information, but you will not do the same with your own.

Why? Because it's frigging dangerous, and you know it.

To OffGamers: Your "guarantees" mean nothing to me if I can't go after you in the event that you do defraud me. I do understand that you do have some unconventional risk in your line of business since selling game gold and power leveling is frowned upon by the very game companies managing your virtual business environment. However, YOU take those risks by performing these services. DO NOT PASS THOSE RISKS DOWN TO ME AFTER TAKING MY MONEY!

The same documents you wanted from me AFTER TAKING MY MONEY AND BEFORE DELIVERING ON YOUR PART OF THE DEAL are used to get driver's licenses and bank check cards issued!

You say you're trying to "protect" me? How? How do you protect me, my money, and my personal information by holding my money hostage while you ask for more personal information?

Make sure you include a copy of your corporation's annual report, shareholder meeting minutes, or tax filings so I can verify that the person you tell me is actually your company president.

Don't worry, and just trust me. I guarantee the safety of your CEO's personal information. I have no criminal record. I won't show you my record, but you can trust me. OK? By the way, I may not live in the country you think I do.

You may not have been scammed, but that doesn't mean that they never had the power to. Offgamers does have very strong incentive to scam you. Why? Because they sell game-related products, including game gold. You put yourself at the mercy of complete strangers.
I've already given my personal information to Paypal to create my account there, and they handle my money -- yet, they NEVER asked me to submit my personal information to the extent that Offgamers did.
Think about it. Why would a random merchant ask for all that personal information? Do they NEED that personal information to sell you their goods? NO! And why didn't they lay out their requirements BEFORE taking my money? Why the heck did they take my money first and use it as collateral in negotiating for my personal information? NO TRUSTWORTHY MERCHANT DOES THIS!

I totally disagree with you as i am platinum customer over there. For your information, it was same thing they did to me 2 years ago and it was a 1st time i buying there. Trust me after after completing this step..you no need to go through this verification again . It was made for security purposes.

I want to inform you that I am very unsatisfied with the OffGamers.com support services.

Now about my issue.

Some time ago I opened an account for me on your site with username "[protected]@gmail.com" and tried to buy a WoW-US CD Key using my PayPal. I failed to do that and was refunded. I contacted you by leave chat and was told that a that moment you was not able to accept payments from credit cards and PayPal. I was told that you were going to solve my issue but you failed to do that till now. Right at the same time I was able to buy the same product with my PayPal account but using my friend's OffGamers account!

Recently, I have opened for me another OffGamers account "[protected]@gmail.com" and now I have the same issue. Again the only thing that I have is that you are going to solve that soon. I am sorry, but how can I trust to that if my first and similar case was not solved as was promised?

I short: Can I be sure that you will solve this issue and I will be able to use my (VERIFIED) PayPal account soon?

Also, I want to be sure that the corresponding technical management team is aware about the poor serves and support quality that you have.

Please, do not offer me other payment methods as a workaround.

Dear Support,

Thanks for your response!

Now I see the the reason of my problem. I do always use HTTPS secure proxies to be on a secure side especially when I need to transfer information via unsecured channels (like your non-HTTPS authentication).

But can you please explain me the following:

1. Why after already 7 days and about 20 emails communication support I recognize the possible reason of my problem only now?

2. Why on each of my mail to get a clear answer to my clear questions (I can upload it here) I was never getting a clear answer about the reason except the last one that I got yesterday?

3. Why on my clear complain to you that ONLY want to use my PayPal I was always getting recommendation to use other payment sources?

4. Why after my about 10 years experience in IT Service Management area I have a strong feeling that that your company has either poor technical troubleshooting capabilities or you just do not care about your customers? It was ONLY my initiative to stay with your services and from your side I was getting just indifferent responses! Only after my 3 international calls and my pressure and escalations you have started to give me some clear answers!

5. Why in your request to me "3. Copy of the back of your credit card with signature. " you do not even mention that I should blank out CVV?

Now, just because of simple thing that we could resolve together like my IP address you ask me for a lot of documents to send to you which is actually already done by PayPal (verified and premier). Sorry guys, 20 emails, 3 international calls and 7 days of my communication with you is already too much efforts from my side.

Please, trust to my 10 years experience in Internet Production Management: You have big problems in your Service Support and Service Delivery areas. The initiative to to keep the customer and to troubleshoot his problems should come mostly from the company side. The internal escalation of the cases where the customers are unsatisfied should work much more better. The customer should not have a feeling that under your polite answers you just hide your indifference to his/her case.

Do you want me to to publish here all of my communication with you to prove my words and leave that for the public judgment?

To my real regret after all this attitude to me I do not want to use your services! But I guess that there is not a big deal for you. You just have lost only 1 customer and it will not spoil too much the customer satisfaction statistics that you may regularly reporting to your management team.

P.S. Advise to OffGamers.com Product Management team: Sometimes behind nice Service Delivery reports and documented processes there is real poor quality. Initiate internal IT audits from time to time. Train your staff to really care about your customers and not just answer them with polite response phrases and templates.

1) Customer complaint escalation take priority in our company. Time is required to review each case escalated. We do apologize if the escalation time sometimes far exceeds 24 hours.

2) When awaiting a resolution our customer support staff works with hard facts, not assumptions or false hope. While awaiting for a the results from the proper departments our CS have to deal with delivering the best support that they can before presenting the resolution provided.

3) Our aim is always to present the best possible course of action for our customers to utilize the services we provide. When presented with such a high risk order (from an anti-fraud standpoint) we are required to present work around and solutions for our customers.

4) Thank you for voicing your concerns, our policy is not give out false information to our customers, our customer service personnel has your best interest in mind and we do apologize if you felt that the responses given out were that of indifference. The truth is some of them do not have strong technical background. We are currently looking into our logs to see how we can improve our quality of answers. Our technical team is also hard at work to deliver better security to our customers and this coming 3rd quarter will bring many planned upgrades to our existing system.

5) We take payment security very seriously. So much so that we have created guides for Additional Verification requests. For potential customers if we were to request for additional information we would have them adhere to this guide: http://www.offgamers.com/knowledgebase/en/component/kb/article/verification_guidelines

We would always advise our potential customers to blank out any information that they may deem sensitive.

In Summary:

I would like to apologize on behalf of OffGamers on the customer support that you have received. We take all feedback very seriously and reviewing the logs it shows that our customer support was indeed giving an air of indifference. This is not out of the fact that we don't care for your order. It was more that the customer support personnel was acting in accordance to their training. With each new feedback received we are taking steps to improve the quality of our service and we thank you for your critique.

Dear Tigran Arabajyan,

Due to the inconsistent nature of the originating IP's on both the orders, we are unable to process the orders placed. Our Paypal account manager has indicated that the payments have characteristics of a disputable payment and we are advised to accept at our own risk.

Hence we have no choice but to reject the orders on grounds that:
1) The originating IP is inconsistent with the Paypal Information.
2) We cannot willingly accept an order which have not met any of our anti-fraud criteria.
3) Our Account Manager has advised against accepting such orders and we have no probable cause to go against such advise.

OffGamers Global misleading product information on website

www.offgamers.com has posted misleading information on their website. They claim INSTANT delivery on the gamecard I purchased but it has been delayed for 3 days for numerous reasons. After meeting their latest request they informed that they have to review it and it will take 24-48hours! Contact with their live support has been fruitless. Do not shop at www.offgamers.com

I had a similar issue with them recently.
They claimed my cd-key would be viewable on my account page instantly, but after taking my Paypal payment, they required that I send them heaps of personal information before they would finish their part of the transaction.

BEWARE OF OFFGAMERS!

P.S. They also like to play word games with you, so keep your head straight.

OffGamers Global payment made but item delayed tilled verification process completed

Offgamers requires a has a verification process after purchase is made. They will not deliver the product till the following documents are sent to them. 1) Scanned bill, 2) Scanned ID 3) Scanned letter stating the details of the purchase.

I find it unfair that they require the documents after purchase is made. Make the requirements for the documents before allowing ANY purchase to be made. I paid with paypal and the offgamers has been paid. Why deny me my product that I have paid for?

I've had the same problem recently.

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS AND DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY TRY TO COVER THEIR ###.

Don't ever give your ID information or anything like that online. It's easy to see that these guys are scammers and try to do identity theft, since that is the only reason where they need information like that. PayPal has already identified you, so there's no reason why they need that information. Never give or send any scanned ID's to scams such as this one.

OffGamers Global order cancelled with no upfront explanation - payment not refunded

Bought some game cards from them with no problem at the beginning. Very good indeed. However, after few times purchase, without any notification that there are actually limits on purchase every month, they just cancel my order without any warning, and the payment wasn't refunded.
They were not trying to help me to get the money back, instead just say that it's not their problem anymore. It's the payment merchant problem and they will not help me to get the money back.

Beware buyers of this company.

I was shortly before to buy some CD-Keys and other things from Offgamers.com but now after i read all the complaints and there is new made complaints and the funniest about is all people are having the same complaint and as far as I can see Offgamers.com is trying to help but let me tell you guys something don't let it come to the problem.

I've read all complaints and all answers really carefully and I decided not to be a customer from Offgamers.com.

OffGamers Global scammed me hard

I recently placed an order with them through moneybookers.com for a WOLK cd key and they told me to wait 24 hours. So I did and 24 hours later they told me Moneybookers cancelled it. I got an email 48 hours ago about the charge going through fine, so I contacted Offgamers and they told me they refunded it and that I should call MB for the refund and clearly in my panel it says processed. So MB gave me the run around and here I am at loss with exactly $38.79.

Now if they think Iam the ordinary consumer, then they are wrong. I have already started the legal process against them with my lawyer and have notified London police over this. To me now, this is more then just money.

OffGamers Global scammers

OffGamers are officailly scammers they gave me an "already being used " wow prepaid card 60 days, i used thier cards issue and kept in touch with them and everytme they tell me you have to wait 24 hours, i asked if i can have my money back and they said well we have to invistagate first your cdkey and then we can give you money, , , who is responsible for this ###? is there any politic steps to take againest this scammer company?

OffGamers Global bogus gamecard code

I attempted to buy a 60 day World of Warcraft gamecard and upon getting the gamecard code i tried to activate my account back up but it tells me that code has already been used. I take screenshots as soon as i see that i got a bogus card and submitted a code issue through the Offgamers.com website. I check in with them the next day they ask me to give them 24 hours. I check in the next day and they ask me again to wait 24 hours. Again i check back with them the next day and YET again they ask me to wait 24 hours. I finally call them up on the phone and described my problem and they tell me again to wait and i get a little angry and tell them im tired of waiting and the customer support representative actually hangs up on me. I had a livechat session get shut down as well while trying to resovle this issue.All i can say, if you buy from this website BEWARE as i still havent got my gamecard and here it is 5 days later.
