It is very disappointing that your company is requiring your employees to go into work during this hurricane! I will never eat at any of your restaurants again and I will do my very best to let this be known on every aspect of social media! My daughter lives in Florence SC and now has to drive over an hour to Columbia SC and she has 2 small kids at home. You people are greedy and thoughtless!

Hello my name is Shelby, I ordered olive garden via uber eats on 9/12/2018 and 20 mins after eats I got super sick/food poison. I called the olive garden and spoke to the manager "Steve" he said no one today has gotten sick, and that i must be allergic to something like tomato sauce and I'm like no...I don't ever get sick I'm just bringing this to your attention he never apologized, I didn't ask for a refund but now I am, I would of called sooner than two hours since it was delivered but I was too sick to call. I now, since talking to a manager and him not offering anything gained my suspension that he could care less about customer service. I worked at Bahama breeze which I know is both under Darden so this is my first ever complaint with any Darden Resturaunt, I now want a full refund and to talk to customer relations. Thankyou. Me and family was at your site on sunday on abercorn street in savannah ga. A party of 18 and the service was horrible firstvwe was at the bar bo pineapple juice then we sat at the dinner table no lemons no asparagus they mess up my check and try to charge me 120.00 for 4 people they ran us down at the door because cameron the waiter didnt ring the order up correctly and the manager randall wasnt even better because you making us pay for your waiter mistake

I will not include the server's name here because while she is worse than indifferent, I feel it is the responsibility of management to insure that they are employing engaged people and monitoring the level of service. When I spoke with a Manager about poor service, no refills, not clearing table, etc., etc., he mentioned that I could ask to not have the same server when I returned. Really? No establishment should be employing people that their customers need to avoid! Shameful all around. I don't know what this restaurant plans on doing to restore customer faith. We don't have to patronize you. I for one will not go thru the aggravation and lack of respect.
dirty, filthy booths
We visit your restaurant quite frequently and to be honest this is the first time I actually felt like hurling after I ordered our meals.
This booth we sat on had the most disgusting, filthy boosts I have ever seen at your restaurants.
I am writing hoping someone will rent cleaners to clean this place up!

The service was terrible. We waited 30 minutes for water, didnt get straws. Got food before water. She refused to give salad and breadsticks even though it came with kids menu. They charged us for Blackberry Pineapple Tea even though we just got water and she will not take it off the check. She refused to give us kids meal. Our food was cold. After another 30 minutes she said "i forgot to change your check and give breadsticks" She spilt soup while handing it to us and didnt clean it up. We ordered soup and salad and we only got the soup and again refused to give it to us. I dont know her name but she is on table 20. We got here at 6 and its currently 8 and they still havent fixed the check. I am highly unsatisfied and will not be returning to olive garden. She also didnt give us the mints she said she was going to forget. Repeatedly we were told " i forgot about you" This is the Hurstborne location in Louisville Kentucky.

The quality of food served at the Wake Forest NC location always leaves more to be desired. I'm writing because this is not a one time occurence. It seems every visit to this location results in a problem with the food served. We typically visit every other month. Until recently because of frustration with orders.
My order has almost always been the same. Chicken Alfredo with chicken gnocchi soup. I have received over cooked chicken, and watery soup on occasions . In addition I have ordered chicken Alfredo for a gathering to get home and have chicken that was too salty and no one could enjoy the dish. A phone call to the location the next day brought further frustration as the manager told me they don't add salt to grilled chicken. As if what I stated could not be factual. Once I mentioned that the chicken was in juices or a brine. He indicated they do in fact serve the catered orders that way to keep the chicken moist and would check the juice used to package the chicken. I was offered $30 back from the cost of the pasta which was $54. I decided after that visit I would no longer patronize the Wake Forest location. Despite the decision I made at that time, once again I visited the location today. Once again I was served watery soup.
This location requires training on making this soup. I have confirmed that the soup should be creamy not watery. There have been few times I have been served this soup and it was creamy. I would add that on every occasion I have spoken with the managers who have all been nice. However it is ridiculous that they repeadly serve the soup the same way. I understand they may be busy. However, the cook likely needs more time to thicken or not enough of the ingredient that thickens it has been added. Please check this location to determine if it meets your standards I seriously doubt it.

I eat at Olive Garden often but yesterday I had the worst chicken alfredo I have ever had. The sauce was watery and bland. There was barely any chicken in the whole dish. The portion was extremely small all together. All my friends agreed that this dish was outrageously portioned and below standard. I was very disappointed. I hope to have better meal there soon.

After returning from a day at Disneyworld, I took my family for a meal at this location. However, I did not know I would be judged by my appearance since Olive Garden is a chain and usually there is not a dress code. I am very hurt and disappointed that I was treated indifferent by my waiter last night. I watched the tables around me get superior service while me and my children went ignored, received subpar service and were cheated out of the buy one take one special due a savvy trick by the waiter (switched electronic machines on table). We waited 5 minutes for water, 10 minutes for drinks and 15 minutes before we got our order taken although we knew what we wanted as soon as we sat down.
First of all once we were seated, I observed the waiter working very hard packing to go boxes for a very large table of approx.. 10 people. He came over (very unconcerned) and said "Someone will be with you soon". (This guy never introduced himself, so we did not know he was going to be our waiter). We waited as we watched this guy walk in and out the room of the large group, really giving them superior service. We were very thirsty and I needed to go to the restroom, however I was trying to wait on our waiter so I could order first. We pressed the "call staff" button on the electronic thing on the table. The same guy came over and turned it off we ordered our drinks at that time. The guy came back with water and no drinks, due to his apparent business with the table of 10 people. I went to the restroom, not able to wait any longer.
While I was in the restroom my daughter pressed the call button again and she told me a different waiter came over to help her. She told me the other waiter asked who was our waiter and she did not know because he never actually introduced himself nor told us his name. My daughter said she pointed the guy out as he arrived with wrong drinks. By this time I was back from the restroom and saw we had the wrong drinks (strawberry smoothies in tall glasses). I then waited more time until I saw waiter again and called him over and notified him we were given the wrong drinks. He took the nice smoothies that were in tall glasses (lovely) back and after 5 more minutes brought back significantly smaller bubble glasses of the right smoothies we ordered (still with a strawberry on them). I did not want to bother him about the smaller size and strawberry décor for mango due to his already present annoyance with us as I was tired too.
Our food arrived and was great however we never received our take one food to go. The waiter brought the check and when we tried to point out the take one special on the electronic thing on the table he said…"Oh, this is not for this table, see the wrong table number"(as he pointed at the bottom of the electronic thing). He proceeded to take it away and came back with another one and slid my credit card which I had on the table after he brought the bill and he waited on the receipt to come out, then we never saw him again. Extremely disappointed and not in the mood to explain our poor waiter and beg for food or proper service, we left.
I had hoped to have a relaxing dinner with my children instead this was a stressful, problematic event.

My wife and I went to Olive Garden and were seated very quickly. After being seated we waited about 12 to 15 minutes and no server or waiter had even done so much to even greet us or introduce themselves. During that time another and much larger table was sat (after us) and their waiter greeted them and introduced themselves. After waiting this much time my wife and I were really annoyed. As soon as we stood up a waiter had asked if we have been helped, we kindly responded that we have been here for about 15 minutes and no waiter has spoken to us. He asked us to hold on and went to talk to the host who sat us as we walked out. My wife had just gotten a call telling her she got hired at this new place. I took her out to celebrate and waiting that long put a damper on the moment. I'm not sure if anyone reading this has waited even 5-10 minutes for something but that short time felt so long.

After arriving to our table 15 minutes after we had been sitting there, the server takes away the tableside tablet that allows you to order, call server, and pay your bill. Then after some more terrible service, cold food, and neglect I pay the check with her the old fashioned way. She takes my bank card and returns the sleve with the to-go boxes. I pack up our leftovers and go to sign the check and my bank card is missing. Crystal is not in sight anywhere, but that doesn't surprise me as she had ignored us most of the night. I have to ask a different passing server to find and locate my bank card. After about 10 minutes he returns with my card and tells me "it was on the ground". So I am now having to keep a close eye on my bank statements to see if there is any suspicious activity.

I ordered the Shrimp Scampi I sent I sent it back it was horrible! No flavor yuck! So I ordered Chicken Scampi to eat there and one to take home! There is way to much to write on here! Just know my husband ate RAW CHICKEN! My husband got very very ill!
On top of the Raw Chicken the waitress was talking crap about me and my daughter. I reported it to the manager and she gave me a 50.00 Gift Card for my problems. I went to the front to talk to the manager and she followed me. I called the store back and told the manager everything. She has all my info.

saw the ad for "buy one get one" - very deceptive as that is how most people think - when in reality it was "buy one take one". I was all set to do the former until I found that was the latter that was applicable. People hear what they want to hear - or - are used to hearing - very deceptive - and annoying! I will rethink going to Olive Garden at all.

I had forgotten my keys on the table so I sent my nieces boyfriend (Drew)in to get the the keys. The waiter had the keys in his hand when Drew said oh I forgot my keys may I have the keys. The waiter said no you didn't pay for your second bill. You have to pay for your bill. Drew was shocked came back out to get me because they said I didn't pay for Drew's bill. I went back in and said I want to talk to a manager because he's holding the keys assuming we didn't pay for are bill. There is no way that he looks he automicly assumed we were trying not to pay the bill. I was very upset because I just started hearing all his axcusing or back tracking his steps or actions. I didn't say much he knew what he had already done. The manager came but I was upset so and I left. It's really personal to accuse someone of stealing. I work hard for everything I have and would never take anything. Drew said he never said he was holding the keys hostage but what he said was enough that you didn't pay your bill and did not give him the keys when he ask for them. Extremely upset!😡

My husband and I are both retired. This is the 3rd time we have gone to the Olive Garden location in District Heights, Md - Richie Station at 1618 (first time was great), but after that things went down hill. So we decided to try them again and did not understand why we were told to wait 15 - 20 minutes before being seated (since there were not a large number of people in there). The first was a while ago that we waited 25 or so minutes before being seated, and once seated no server came to offer you something to drink and take our order for about 20 minutes, so we left the location and went somewhere else. Today (8/29/18) we got there about 3:20 pm and was told we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes again and this is before the evening rush. Well we waited for 20 minutes and then we left again and went to another location for dinner. After looking around the place there were plenty tables available, we could not understand why the wait. We decided to try them again because of the closeness to our home, and my husband loves their salad. We normally go to Waldorf, Maryland which is my husband's favorite location. Maybe someone could have a chant with the manager there to get things running like they should. Thanks for listening and hope things will change at that location..

Open tables do not mean there is a server present to take them; servers at OG get a 3-table section. If they didnt have enough servers, or if guests were camping out at tables, you will have to wait until a table opens up.

I had a party of 10 for a baby shower the service was okay but when we got our meal my meals were cold half of them were ordered wrong and when complained the meals were they brought back we're still cold

Today 8 27 18 I place a to-go order at Decatur Olive Garden. When I got home with my order my angel hair Alfredo was so dry I could pick up the whole plate of pasta with a fork. Try to warm it up in the microwave for less than 45 seconds made it worse. Needless to say that plate of pasta was thrown in the trash. The quality of service there talking about the waitress that took my order was very kind the food was not very very unhappy total waste of money. The two photos I have added all photos after I tried to fix it's so it wasn't so dry didn't work.

My sisters recently visited the olive Garden in Bowie maryland [protected] . The moment they walked in, they were treated unfairly. There server was named Tatyana C and the moment my certain Sister who looked Masculine tried to speak she was giving her such hateful looks and treated the table poorly while treating other tables kindly. She tried every possible way to have my sisters leave. When she approached the manager he gave excuses saying the server was having a "bad " day and comped only her food. He never apologized my sister left crying. The last thing she heard from the MANAGER was " was that discount good enough for you". I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH HATE from a business that defends There staff from treating guests so poorly. I will inform all my friends/family and anyone from going there unless action is taken! This is unacceptable to be treating people there! We loved going to that location and I personally treat the servers well because as someone in a restaurant industry I understand but this is just plain cruel my sister looks like a Male and wasn't even transgender but if someone who did come in and actually was I cant even imagine. Again, this was the worst experience!
