I submitted my order online and paid for it. The computer prompted me and said that they needed more time in order to process order. Which meant I had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes. I processed order and arrived at 6:27 to pick up my order and I was told that they never received the order...I then had to reorder and wait I don't know how long for my order. I am so disgusted and upset I have 5 children and expecting my 6 and thought I timed it perfectly to allow my kids to have dinner and get to bed on time. The s has been such an upset in my evening and I am very disappointed with the management at this location.

We were forced to wait in the cold rain for over an hour, and when my son walked to the door as one of your selfish ignorant employees swung the door open and hit him in the head. Though I am not sure which employee it was I am sure of one thing i will never eat at this wretched horrid restaurant again. First of all we were seated in the bar area. Didn't like that because my 17 year old grandson was with us but didn't complain. Drink order wait time was reasonable. Told waitress will be with you shortly. Then the chaos begins. No service for quite awhile. Finally this person struts by our table and says curtly, with her back turned, I'll be with you shortly to which I answered 'do we have a choice'. At this point she spun around glared at me at said 'what did you say'? Again, after awhile the manager came over with a different waitress and said she will be taking our orders. She was excellent, very attentive and professional. The food was only sub-par. Second time with an issue at this location. Fraimingham, MA. Will never return.

At this location, managers and supervisors are extremely rude and disrespectful to their servers and waiter staff. They do this in front of customers too.
My family, friends and myself will not return to a place like this where hard working people get treated like this. These employees might not be able to quit their job and have to stay here being mistreated but I will not go back there.

chicken parm, experience, kitchen execution
I am absolutely disappointed with the experience I just had. I ordered the peach Bellini and the waiter seemed confused. After taking the order he came back to the table to confirm that I wanted the peach tea. I had to open the menu and point to the drink that I had ordered. He apologized and said he was new. The salad, appetizer and entree were all delivered to the table at the same time. My order was not correct (I was delivered the grilled chicken parm and I had ordered the fried) and when I asked the waiter he said that it comes that way (I know it does not come grilled and may be a new option but I did not order it that way). He was wrong but said he had to ask his manager (it was obvious that he did not know the menu). Then my correct order came out, but it was poorly executed by the kitchen (the plating was not appitizing and there was only a few sprinkles of cheese on top and not how it is advertised or normally comes). I was not offered any parmaseam cheese to top it with, which is why I ordered the chicken parm, because I like the cheese it was supposed to come with. This is the second time in the last two months that I have gone to Olive Garden and left hungry and disappointed. The first time we ordered drinks and waited 15 minutes, the waiter never came back and we did not even have water while we were waiting for our bar drinks. I also had my two small children with me and they are not patient when they know it is expected that they have something to drink.

My Check No: 826892 and I noticed that the server Nicole was new and not well trained. She mess up with our order and bring us something else that we didn't ordered.The manager tried to fix the problem but we expect something better. We have kids and that was very uncomfortable that we have to wait more longer than usual. This is my favorite restaurant, my family and I visit this place a lot. We got at your restaurant in Marietta Ga, at 9:03 m we are 11 of us celebrating our friends accomplishments in school .
The services was soooooo poor we wait more than 40 minutes to get start our orders .
Isn't not crowded there they have plenty empty tables, this is not the issue .
Another server came and want to take our order, we didn't have even drinks, or bread st our table . We are thirsty for 40 minutes . The servers keeping passing by us but nobody try to help us . I complained about it and the server said I'm gonna talk to my manager, we never saw the manager 😦😦
The food came we didn't have silverware, the wine after almost one hour waiting came but no glasses on the table .

On 8/13/17 @ 5:30, 2 honored citizens made a special date to come to the Clackamas, OR location. As members of our "prime timers" at Church, we all look out for these jewels. Unlike past visits, they were treated VERY poorly by their server (in the back room), the meatballs were mushy, undercooked and tasted awful. It ruined what was, for people on a fixed income, supposed to be a wonderful night out. When I called to let the management know, I was treated like a second class citizen. This "manager" Braden, talked over me, had no interest in hearing anything I had to say, rather he enjoyed hearing himself pontificate. I will NEVER go back and will make it known wide and clear how our honored citizens were treated and then further, how I was treated. For shame, for shame, for shame.

There is no way to beat around the bush ... Waitress was great, but that was it ... Trio only thing edible was the fettuccini even though it was almost sauceless... lasagna was mushy seemed like just sauce ...rock hard chicken Parmesan ...mozzarella not cooked and cold ... my daughter ate nothing of hers it was gross ...no way to sugar cat it ... EPUC FAIL ...

The hostess Mariah seemed a little more interested in talking and playing on her phone rather than greeting my family and myself. That was my fathers birthday and I took him to Olive Garden for a decent family dinner. I was very displeased I believe the hostess is expected to be friendly and welcoming. You need to explain to her she is supposed to pay attention to the customer. I'm sorry I will not be coming back. I'm very very dissatisfied with the service. I had higher expectations.

I had a gift card with 20.00 on it and the waiter said there was nothing on it. He also told me it's because when we used it before we didn't change the slider for the tip! I know this is wrong because I always put 0 because I like to give cash for a tip. I wanted my card back and he said he threw it out! I think he use it for a tip for himself! He told me 4 times it was because of the tip from the previous visit! I am very upset about this. The card was a gift ($50) from my son. I plan on spreading the word because I think he scam us!

We were so excited to visit the Olive Garden for an evening out last Saturday, August 12th. Unfortunately we had to leave very fast because I had gotten sick from the Lobster Ravioli. In fact, I didn't even make it out of the restaurant without getting sick in the restroom. Not only that, the rest of our plans for the evening were ruined. My husband ordered the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo which was basically unedible. The steak was over cooked, the noodles were dripping wet with way to much sauce and they were hard! Needless to say both meals were very poor and we were very dissatisfied. It was more than a bad meal, because I got ill from it, so we paid our bill quickly to get me home fast rather than speak with the manager and cause a scene. We enjoy going to franchise restaurants and chose the Olive Garden for our Anniversary, and never have had any experience like this.

I went with my daughter to the Olive Garden located in 222 Expressway 83, McAllen, TX 78501. It took only 10 minutes to get a table, but when we get sited, we wait more than 20 minutes and no one took care of us, there where a lot of employees but no one offer even water, as we were invisibles, so the manager an old man like me, walk thru the tables, saw us and do nothing, every customer was taking care but us, finally 5 minutes later I call the manager and I told him about our situation, he ask in a careless way what we want, water or something and I told him again why if he saw us, why he didn't send some one to take care of us, and his answer to me in a very rude and challenging way was "did you call me to ask for hel?"
And I said that's it, we are living you have the worst service ever, and you are a bad manager, and he keep challenging, denying, and blaming on us for not asking for service, he went all the way to the exit being super rude.
We went out, and drove to other Olive Garden in same town 7812 N. 10th Street
McAllen, TX78504. We get in and get served in a very kind way in less than 10 minutes.
Never be back to that restáurate and I will tell my family and friends no to go there.

I went to Olive Garden with my 4 year old on 8/13. She got fried mozzarella and a water yet i was charged for a kids drink! My bill including the drink that I never received was $19.63. That is the amount that I put on the "total bill" line as I put a $5 cash tip on the table, yet after I left my card SOMEHOW got charged $24.63! I called and talk to a manager two days later (when I noticed the wrong amount on my bank statement) and he said on his end it shows they only charged $19.63 then he said "sometimes banks add a tip just in case, then it drops off when it goes through." I knew that statement was not true as I have been to plenty of places and that has NEVER happened! I also called my bank prior to talking to this manager. I also told him about the charge for the kids drink when she only got water! He said he would send a $5 gift card in the mail. I'm still waiting for that. So I waited two more days and it definitely went through for $24.63. So I called the store back and talked to a different manager and asked what the total was for check # 34383. He said it was $24.63. I told him that really upsets me because I did not sign for that amount and asked where that extra money came from. He said it looks like someone added a $5 tip. I told him I left cash on the table and my card was not charged a tip when I signed! He took my information down and said he was going to look into in and call me back and I still haven't heard from him! The amount has yet to be credited back to my account as well! My waitresses name was Naleesa N. and this happened on Sunday August 13, 2017 at the Ankeny, IA location.

I took my family to Olive Garden in Kingston NY and we had ordered our meal and then the wait began. We waited for 20 minutes and was told one of the orders was missing. Then 15 minutes later salad and soup came. My 2 year old granddaughter was getting quite upset. Then 25 minutes later they brought her meal out. As she ate we still waited for our meal. Them first we find out the machine to pay at the table was disabled so we asked for the bill to the .waitress She come up with it. Them we split the total and 2 credit cards my cousin and I so we give them the 2 credit cards. Them the waitress come up to us asking for the 2 zip code for the credit cards. We where a little understanding that but we ended up giving the zip codes So everything was ok the next day my cousin call me that some one deducted from a Hotwire transaction 3 payments $400 $500 $500 on he's account the soon he talk me that I check my account and I have the same thing 2 Hotwire transaction $1 dollar and other one of $400 We went to the restaurant explaining all this we bank records and all and manager of Olive Garden of bay shore NY still she said can't do anything about.! so next step is police, corporate and reviews

The issue started because the waiter forgot to bring out half of the food and we were done with plates. the manager took off a plate from our bill and that was fine. At time of pay she was mad at us and left the bill and did not come back we went upfront to pay and they said waiter is suppose to take the payment. When she arrived she took the card my husband told her he did not want a tip charged to the card he had given it to her cash and she rejected the money giving it back to him mad. she did the transaction herself charging a tip and signing out receipt herself. that is fraud and I want my money back for all the inconvenience this has caused me wile celebrating with my family for a promotion at work I had just received.

Today we went to our Olive Garden in Arlington Heights, Il to celebrate my birthday. I needed to use the restroom and was horrified at the condition of this bathroom. The handicapped stall had feces on the floor, and on the toilet seat. There were wrappers and toilet paper pieces strewn in the area by the sinks. There were no paper towels in the dispenser. And the floor was filthy, really dirty. The two gentlemen at the desk when you come in were less than concerned with my observation and comment. My concern was if the restroom is left in such a deplorable condition, and the general public can see it, what does the kitchen look like, when the general public does not have access to it.

Monday, 2:50pm, Foxhills Mall Olive Garden, sat at the bar area for quick bit to eat. 45min later - my food had STILL not gotten served and the bartender, whom supposedly took my order - didnt bother with checking on me or my food. I went and asked Mr. Francisco Tristan to pls check on where my order was. He apologized for my long wait and went towards the back. He NEVER cane back! Then my husband went and spoke with someone else about my good and to pls wrap it up to go, if that's faster and let us cash out. This manager (Mr. Robert Callzada) checked on my Food Order, only to inform me, that my Order was never even put in! WTH?!?
My TIME is more valuable than to sit around Olive Garden nursing a Salad and waiting close to an hour for food, which was never ORDERED by the waiter/bartender.
Mr. Calzada took care of the glass of wine I had ordered and wanted to drink with my order of Pasta and offered an apology. SMH...what kind of Restaurant is this?
