Olive Garden no servers

My friend and I went to Olive Garden today to eat to today to keep me busy on the anniversary of my sons death.
We arrived and were told there was a problem and they would get to us when they could. We sat there for almost 15 minutes and people that were already seated started leaving and saying there were not waited on. So we left and went to Red Lobster.
Olive Garden is one of my favorites but after today I'm not sure.

Olive Garden sexual harassment

General manager took advantage of me being a victim of domestic violence after fleeing with my children. Paid for my uniforms and would touch me inappropriately when I'd tell him no. I ended up quiting to get away and he continued contact. Id only respond to not have a bad mark on my work history. He recently had another female come forward on the same claims.

Olive Garden service. total kitchen meltdown

Went to Olive Garden in Morehead city NC on Saturday Aug.12 at 630 pm. We were a group of 12 . Waiting time was suppose to be around 45 minute. Much to our surprise they seated us in 30 minutes. When we came to order our waitress told us that it would an hour to get our food due to kitchen being backed up. It was not s problem so we ordered spirits and appetizers. Our soups, salads and breadsticks came out also. After an hour and a half we asked the waitress what the problem was and she said kitchen was working with just one window and they were short staffed. Within that time the restaurant got empty. We were surprised that the hostesses were telling people coming in that their wait would be an hour and a half. Finally an hour and forty minutes later half our table got their food. No one came out to tell the other six that their food was not ready . I was shocked The seven that had gotten their food were already finished and ours never came ! We asked to speak to the manager she came to the table and we explained the situation to her and she said that they had had a total kitchen melt down . This is unacceptable when you have no communications between management and customers . We generally frequent this restaurant on Saturday night after church . We no longer will be doing this. We left without eating and the children walked right across the street to Chick-fil-A
I am appalled most of the waitstaff was standing around and yet nothing was coming out of the kitchen .

Olive Garden to go order

Ordered lobster ravioli with chicken soup but was given salad instead. Also there wasn't any shrimp in the dish like the photo (have ordered it before and it had shrimp). Didn't want to drive back to the restaurant to return the salad; I thought my order was very clear. Otherwise the service was excellent and fast. The food wasn't as good as in the past.

Olive Garden service/food

Everything about our experience was unsatisfactory. We arrived and ordered drinks and an appetizer. Our appetizer took a long time to come out. We received our salad (that was not correct) and our breadsticks first. The appetizer was wrong. Our waiter dropped in on the table and walked away before we could tell him it was not correct. About five minutes later he came back and agreed that he picked up the wrong one. It took awhile for the correct one to come out. Our food finally arrived and you could tell that it was sitting for a while. My pasta was dry and cold. My boyfriends stuffed chicken marsella was also cold and the cheese in the inside was hard. Neither one of us wanted to return our cold food because it would probably would have taken forever for it to return. When we were ready to leave the waiter told us to just swipe our gift cards. They wouldn't work. I finally flagged him down and blew it off and told me I was doing it wrong. I wasn't and he had to take it to process it himself. It took him almost 15 minutes to return. By this time we were both tired and just wanted to leave. It took almost 2 hours from being seated to leaving. Everything was slow and unsatisfactory.

Olive Garden service

My family met for early dinner around 3:00 pm today to try and get there before the rush because we had plans afterwards. Well the elderly lady up front that greeted us was rude and took forever to get us a table. It wasn't busy at all!
Then after we finally get seated it took another 15 minutes before someone came to get our drink order. Then we placed our order it took forever for our food to come out! You would have thought the place was packed.
The food was ok. Then we waited forever for the check. It took us a total of 2.5 hours for dinner!
The service was so bad I will never be back!

Olive Garden poor food quality

My chicken parmigiana was rubbery and compressed. I tried your restaurant again the same thing. My last visit was April 26 2017 at south Decatur store Las Vegas Nevada. I started as a customer 29 year ago at your east flamingo road location in Las Vegas and have been loyal and frequent customers. Wish to continue but two major complaints. The salad has little or no iceberg lettuce anymore and the chicken parmigiana was composite rubbery chicken. Do you have a new vendor or new standards. Please address my concerns and I will come back. Thank Patrick Rorman Las Vegas Nevada

Olive Garden mi queja es sobre el servicio que me brindaron.

Saludos, el 11 de agosto de 2017 fui a Olive Garden en 14th St. Bradenton Fl. Cuando llegamos nos acomodaron muy amablemente, espero un rato en la mesa nadie nos atendio hasta que una mesera muy amable tuvo que ir a buscar el mesero para que nos atendiera. El mesero con un aspecto no muy agradable. Nosotros vamos a este restaurant 2 a 3 veces al mes. Eramos 4 personas y se que las sopas y ensaladas luego del primer servicio no se pueden compartir. Pero este mesero bien malcriado con un tono bien fuerte me dice que no puedo agarrar de la ensalada de mi mama que ella habia dejado de su primer bowl. Todo el mundo en el salon se quedo observandonos y el mesero no se quedaba callado, para nosotros como familia fue una verguenza muy grande adicional de la pena tan grande ni comimos pedimos la comida para llevar, mi niña me decia mami vamonos que este mesero es racista y ella esperando los chocolates que nos brindan al final tampoco nos dio. Fue una pesadilla. Espero que tomen carta en este asunto porque como nos paso a nosotros se que a muchos tambien. Gracias

Olive Garden refused to serve me alcohol with a valid id

I visited the location on East Cactus in Phoenix Arizona, last night. I turned 21 in June and since I am from California, my ID is vertical and not expired. The waitress refused to serve me alcohol and was quite rude about it, because my ID is vertical. In April of 2016, the Arizona Department of liquor licenses and control passed a law that states that out of state vertical ID's are acceptable forms of identification. My husband and I left the restaurant without ordering because of how horrible we were treated. Please inform your employees of current and pertinent state laws to avoid losing further business.

Olive Garden overcharge

I call their Lincolnwood IL location to place an order they told me I can order an entre for 12.99 and get one free so I order fish and spaghetti and told my friend to to pick up my order on his way back since he live right next to me so he picked up and gave me bill, I was charged 39 dollar for fish and veggie spaghetti, I paid my friend his money but am so pissed off called them again and all they said was the person who took my order gave me wrong info by mistake I dont have car so cant go back to return but this is so wrong, thats it redfish is next door am not going back to olive garden again.

Olive Garden my family asked to leave in view of emp/cust.

We just left their humiliated. We were told by I guess the manager in front of my kids that the g.m. of the resataraunt to never allow us in their again? She never confronted us nor did she give us a face to face. He said is was because we complained well. If I pay for service I expect it. One occasion the manager sat beside us took the bill after several discrepancies he found in the kitchen!. The g.m. never came to us. Not even a face to face. Tonight he told us we were wanted back but this one time wed be taken care of. I don't want be " taken care of" I want to pay for the service I get. I would really like to speak to Kathy this G.M. face to face.we didn't stay we were embarrassed by your manager and left. Besides Shawn air tank needed to be changed out

What they don't like is being called down on food coming raw. I told them I had an allergy to their peppers. When you pay for quality I expect it. I don't text 20 drink time. Wait staff to bring meals out in staggered formats. Our policy is give a place 2 chances but we kept trying see if they'd smarten up.

Olive Garden cold food

My family and I went to olive garden for my Birthday, our server was very nice, but our food weren't as hot as we prefer, instead it was just warn, and the cappuccinos weren't hot... Them I tried to give olive garden another chance, and it failed again, me and my brother ordered take out, and the chicken fettuccine Alfredo was not creamy, more like dried and the chicken had a funny taste, like literally you could tasted the chicken.. Yuck!

Olive Garden waitress

My friend and I met for dinner at the Westminster, Maryland location. I have been here several times and have never had any problems.
Tonight, Tuesday August 8, 2017 was a whole different experience.
We were seated right away and waited about 15 minutes before my friend went to the hostess because we were never greeted by a waitress. A few moments later, we met Makayla our waitress. We gave our order and waited 15 minutes and our salad & breadsticks never came out. The assistant manager passed by and we told her. A few minutes later it arrived and our meals later. Food was wonderful as usual.

We were going to get dessert and I realized that my meal, the three cheese ziti was a buy one take one. I inquired about this to our waitress for her to tell me that I didn't ask for it that way so I couldn't get it. My friend said, well isn't it the same price? Makayla said, I don't know. I showed her the menu and it was. She says, I would have to take out your order then put it back in. Okay, can you do that? She walks away and later brings me my take home ziti and drops the check on our table and walks away. It was very abrupt and flat out rude. Then she comes back and throws mints across our table. As she walks away, my friend says, did you really just throw mints? Makayla ignores her and walks away.

After this, we speak to the assistant manager who gets the manager. We tell her our experience and our $27 meal was comped. I told the manager that I hope that she can teach Makayla to be a better waitress. The manager tells us that she will speak to her about this.

I keep replaying it over in my head, why did this waiteress feel the need to be so rude. Her throwing the mints across our table was unprofessional, rude and uncalled for. What I am most disappointed about is that I am a mother of two children who are under three years old. I put my babies to sleep and met my friend at 7:30pm to have a late dinner, only for my relaxing evening to be frustrating and upsetting one.

I hope that this issue with poor service can be resolved. Thank you.

Olive Garden product

I visited this location back in November 2016 for the elections. I picked up a to go order, $30 worth, around 9 pm. My hotel was conveniently located right around the corner. When I got to my room, I sat down and enjoyed my salad and bread sticks, but when I got to the main entree, Chicken Alfredo, it was cold and barely any sauce on the mainly dry noodles. I was truly disappointed. This location, 2809 S Interstate 35 E, Denton, TX 76210, is the WORST experience I have ever encountered. I have since emailed the manager twice for a refund to no avail. He keeps telling me it's in the mail, he'll cancel the previous gift card and mail another one. I am still waiting...AND STILL WAITING FOR MANAGER TO CONTACT ME!

Olive Garden food server

My wife and I eat at Olive Garden often at many locations across the U.S.
Our favorite is in Waycross GA and River City Market Place Jacksonville FL. Today we ate at the Orange Park FL Location and we were unpleasantly surprised. As soon as the food server greeted us, my wife and I were both uncomfortable and speechless. The food server's hygiene was lacking to say the least. We were cordial, but uncomfortable. I would expect to see someone with her appearance at a "dive" bar. I really didn't like her handling our food. I seen her carrying a tray of food and her hair was in the tray. A couple that was seated after us, immediately left after seeing that she was their server. I wish we had left also! Her skills at serving were also very poor, placing the tray stand between booths and dragging it from booth to booth. She brought us a new bowl of salad and soup and left the dirty dishes on the table. The dishes were there after we paid and left. I feel ridiculous that we stayed and wonder who was preparing our food in the back? I never complain like this, but how else will Olive Garden know? I don't want our favorite restaurant to go down hill. We eat very healthy and Olive Garden has a menu that allows us to enjoy a meal out. Today we did not and we will not return to this location!

Olive Garden I found a small cockroach in my soup

My family members took me in to celebrate my birthday an I found a small cockroach on my soup my first plate of soup was fine I was going to start my second plate of soup when this happened. So they removed my plate an they just said they where sorry for this they offered another plate of soup but i didn't want no more mean while i was eating my pasta i didn't really enjoy my food plate cause i had found the cockroach on my soup just hoping it didn't happen to other people

Olive Garden glass in my glass

I went to one of the olive gardens in orlando fl. The food was good but my drink that I orded the virgin strawberry daiquiri had a piece of glass in it that went i to my mouth. At first I thought it was a pirce of ice but because it felt wierd n hard I spit it out. It was a medium size chunk of glass by the way I am pregnant. I told my server who told the manager. The manager came out and I showed him what I almost swolled he gave a dry apology and told me I could get my drink free. I told him this would have done major damage to me and my baby if it was swolled it could have aldo cut my tounge because it had a very sharp edge. The manager argued with me and told me that he could only give me a free drink. I didnt want to upset myself anymore than I was upset so I paid for the meals me and my husband was having and then I left. That manager didnt give a rats [censor] about what just happened and I wont be going back there or to any other olive garden period.

Olive Garden calamari appetizer

Went to your restaurant today, ordered a calamari appetizer fiest thing and then 10 min later 5 entrees. Our breadsticks and salads came and the 3 of the entrees, the fourth came out about 10 min later and still no appetizer or last entree. We had completed our meals still waiting for final entree and calamari. Finally last entree came and 15 min later calamari. No appoligies or any thing. And the calamari was awful. Check was brought with calamari.

Olive Garden rude workers

I work in public service how we were treated at Tupelo MS Olive Garden is ridiculous! We go in with a 2 year old, 6 month old, and three adults. We requested a long booth because the 2 year old was asleep. She proceeded in telling us that there was not one available. We were looking at one and she said we would need a sling for the 6 month old and they could not allow none at the end of the booth. We told her we would just hold him and slide the car seat under the table. She told us again there was not one available. So we were escorted to a table that set right beside three long booths (the middle one was occupied, but the other two were available). We ordered food and ate did not say anything. We noticed one man was walking around calling out table numbers that were available the two booths being two of the available tables. When we went to leave we stopped by the girl that lied to us and asked her why she did. She said there was not a waitress on shift for those tables, she came on shift right after we were seated. Well she took our order not even a minute after we were seated so you can understand why that is hard to believe. We have been going to this Olive Garden since I was a kid at least once a month but we will not be back. I believe the girls name was Ashly or Aslyn. We were not rude in any way while asking for a booth, I was polite from the time we walked in until the time we left. Do not understand whAt the problem was.

Olive Garden food quality and long wait time

On 8/4/2017 we ate at the Olive Garden in Erie, Pa. There is no ID number on receipt--it came out of the I Pad on the table. Our check number was 57459. Paid with a gift card, #4962. Authorization code 584537. Got seated and waited on in a timely manner. Ordered sirloin steak with zucchini strips and pasta. Ordered the steak medium well--black and tough. The zucchini strips were not seasoned well at all. I substituted spaghetti with red sauce for the alfredo. Diced tomatoes in some sort of sauce--terrible. We love your food, your sauce, we don't know what happened. The wait staff checked on us several times and apologized over and over for the long wait. We did not ask for the manager, but terribly unhappy with the meal and wait time. This is so unusual for Olive Garden. We buy the gift cards for vacation and family & friends. Always consistently good. Looking on receipt--we were at table 40. I think Michael G was our waiter--couldn't have been nicer. Our bill was $49.56 with the tip. All was put on the $50. gift card. We waited forever for our food. Left there bewildered as to what happened. Never had a bad meal prior.
