I am livid and demand this be amended immediately and my mobile check option be enabled immediately as promised, prior to contacting local media and the

Yes i would like to tell you how frustrating it is when you have to wait on your money more than 3-6 weeks for a dispute, is ridiculous i filled my complaint and dispute back on Feb 24th 2022, ive been waiting patiently and i would definitely NEED and want a resolution as soon as possible.I even tried contacting them on March 12th and havent gotten a response at all, just left in the dark about my own personal funds which is not fair.

On 09/01, a charge of $11.01 was posted to a card linked to one of my accounts, which had $4.40 and no purchase protection. Instead of rejecting the charge, the bank posted it to my account, resulting in an unknown balance. This charge should have been rejected by the bank. I am unaware of what the charge is for and request a refund of the $11.01.

One finance has been my bank for a very short amount of time I had my financial aid from college deposited in the bank the next day they unknowingly restricted my account because a money transfer from a month prior never was credited or deposited no money was given credit to my account then they said a bounced check but I dont even have checks with in this account. I have made numerous attempts to close my account so I can receive my money only thing I get told is we will send up to see what they can do? I need my money back its been almost a month and this is absolutely ridiculous. Very unprofessional and rude staff its awful

I disputed 2 charges on my account because they were fraudulent and I never authorized them
I disputed 2 charges on my account because they were fraudulent and I never authorized them. They decided to close my account, but I still have $696 dollars in it. They said they would transfer it within a day and never did. I have contacted them multiple times and have received no answer and no call back. I am very frustrated with this company. I set up my paycheck to be deposited into this account and since they closed it the paycheck bounced back. They didn't even give me a notice in advance just restricted my account so I cna't transfer the money myself. We are in the middle of a pandemic, i need to pay rent and I can't because my funds are frozen.

They did the same for me and closed my account and said guns were sent but they were never sent! 3 weeks after account being frozen. First I was told my money was sent already. Then after a week goes by and I have yet to receive my money I was told account must be fully close first before issuing my money. They restricted me from using the account and accessing my own money. They then said it will be sent to me and they don’t have a timeframe. I’ve been told 5 different things from 10 different people. They are scam and don’t have our money and probably going bankrupt like every financial fintech company. They will be getting sued and exposed to my network and millions of followers. I signed up for One Finance account which affiliated with *** I used a referral link to be eligible for a $50 bonus after meeting the requirements which called for me to have a direct deposit of $250 from my employer. I did this. And I am now told that I am in eligible because the person who referred me exceeded the number of referrals they were permitted. However, the language in terms specifically says that you can refer as many people as you want, but after ten referrals the person referring is no longer eligible for a bonus himself. There is nothing saying that it disqualifies the person being referred from getting the bonus. I went through a lot of trouble to have my employer switch my deposit for this bonus, I would like the terms of the promotion to be honored. Thank you.

One Finance allowed a business to keep money owed to me for a product and service not rendered
One Finance allowed a business to keep money owed to me for a product and service not rendered. I filed a dispute for a transaction for a dental procedure / dental partial on November 29 for a transaction with *** Dental dated July 28 for $595.00. The dental office changed their minds on performing the procedures for which we had agreed. The dental office referred the procedure out to another office for which the procedure/procedures were at a much higher cost. On November 29 I filed a dispute with One Finance and provided the receipt documents for the charges I paid. The One Finance *** intentionally drug this out for 73 days until I contacted their department to inquire about my claim. That's when they rejected my claim for the disputed $595.00. Dispute #:

I had an account with One Finance but stopped using it long ago
I had an account with One Finance but stopped using it long ago. They have been making charges to an idle account without ever sending me any notices. They claim they sent me notice about an amount owed that they caused when I was not using the account. They have said my account is scheduled for closure but are still claiming that I owe them money. If they created the debt, they should absorb the debt. An idle account that is being charges that were never explained or justified should not be charged over and over without any explanation, which is EXACTLY what One Finance has done with me! An attorney has already told me that I am collection proof because I have no assets and have only a minimal income from Social Security; I am kept alive by government benefits only. If they want a victim, tell them to keep looking, because I stopped using them long ago and did not cause any debt that they may have created!

On July 30, $4,900 was taken from OneFinance Checking Account and on August 01, an additional $3,100 was stolen from my account
On July 30, $4,900 was taken from OneFinance Checking Account and on August 01, an additional $3,100 was stolen from my account. Both were taken by means of debit card charges by an unknown international company. After the transactions posted, I immediately filed two separate disputes(***). On August 12, I received an email from *** stating: " This letter is to inform you that we have made a final determination regarding the above noted claim dated Aug 2. Based on our investigation, we do not find that an error has occurred. Therefore, no funds will be credited to your account as a result of your claim and this matter is considered closed." I proceeded to request documentations as to why the claim was denied and received a response letter in which I attached below. The reason for denial is absolutely ridiculous and has nothing to do with why I filed the dispute in the first place. I have posted a review on *** to warn others.

I signed up with One Finance as soon as *** closed and thought they were great
I signed up with One Finance as soon as *** closed and thought they were great. Recently, I was the victim of a financial crime and immediately reached out to them. They said they would investigate and get back to me. In the interim, none of the missing money was credited back to me. For context, this crime was serious enough that law enforcement is also investigating and involved. Yesterday, July 30, I received two emails back-to-back at 6:20 PM local time. The first email said there was 'unusual activity' on my account and my account was being suspended. The second email said I had breached the terms of service and they were closing my account and would transfer my money to another account once I had provided checking/routing numbers. No one reached out to me prior. Risk is not available through phone or chat, and this happened 40 minutes before they closed for the weekend. I have bills due on Monday and no explanation or opportunity to appeal. This is terrible service.

On April 19, 2022 I filled out the One Finance form to dispute 2 charges from ****.com that occurred on 2/25/22 for $158.99 and 3/11/22 for $133
On April 19, 2022 I filled out the One Finance form to dispute 2 charges from ***.com that occurred on 2/25/22 for $158.99 and 3/11/22 for $133.49, for a total of $292.48. The problem is that *** erroneously charged both my One debit card AND my bank account with another bank. I provided an email to One that I received from *** on 4/5/22 stating that an error did occur and that they would refund both charges, however they never actually issued the refunds. I also provided an email I sent to *** on 2/16/22 revoking my authorization to charge my One debit card. This should be a very easy dispute, as an error obviously occurred and *** admitted it. They just never actually issued the refunds to my debit card. However, I have received no response from One Finance. I called earlier this week and was not provided any status information beyond I should hear something by May 3. I sent an email reply to the One dispute and haven't received any response. To not hear anything back until May 3 for such a simple open/shut dispute case is pretty slow/poor customer service. I have dealt with 2 disputes with other banks in the past, and in both cases I heard back and received credit within only 2-3 days.

Starting in July, I was going through personal difficulties and had to get a new phone number twice, both times requiring my account be updated
Starting in July, I was going through personal difficulties and had to get a new phone number twice, both times requiring my account be updated. The second time I had to be persistent about getting it updated. Well now Ive got my original number reactivated and Im trying to update it again. Ones support article shows steps to update phone numbers, but the article is inaccurate because it cant be followed. Ive been locked out of my account for months. Now, this bank is saying that my account has been delinquent for over 120 days (for $20.xx). Currently there is $4.*** in the primary account and $10.*** in the savings, as viewed from a linked account. That leaves $6 to cover the remainder. Ive asked this bank to allow me to update my number so I can sign into my account. I havent even been able to access bank statements to verify debits and credits to my account. An agent has stated the account has been identified for closure, which is odd since the account can still be accessed through external accounts. Furthermore, through Plaid, this account can be signed into without phone 2FA verification, which threatens account integrity of 2FA is unavoidable when trying to sign in through Ones application. All Im asking is to have my number updated so I can sign in to access my bank statements and information, so I can verify transactions and settle the delinquent amount.

On 1/12 I filed a dispute with one over transactions totalling approximately $***. An individual had stolen my phone and used apps I had on my phone to siphon money through my linked One debit card and into the apps for them to then use and withdrawal. The second I realized it had happened I reached out to one and filed a dispute. Less than 24 hours after it happened. Based in mastercards zero liability program I should have been covered. Instead one waited until just when they should have provided me a provisional credit and then denied my claim. Meanwhile I had provided them with communication from one of the apps indicating that they noticed the fraud and had temporarily blocked my card and would work with One. I shared these emails with One. From looking at *** and other websites it seems One has a habit of denying any and every dispute presented. I am a 1 income house and cannot afford to lose *** that was stolen from me. I don't believe this was investigated at all. I got zero response until I started pushing for one and asking for the provisional credit because I need the *** that was stolen from me to pay for my mothers funeral. But instead of assistance, One just denied the claim. I did NOT send money on 1/11 or 1/12 to any of the apps I listed in my dispute. I had used them on and off in the past but this was unathorized and committed by whomever stole my phone.
