Pacas review: Pacas womens socks

On Dec. 2, 2024, I ordered two packs of three pairs of Pacas socks. One pack was to be solid black, the other was to include Alpaca Tribal, Navy and Alpaca Scene, and Navy and Rugby strip/gray.

On Jan. 2, 2025, I received a packet that contained two packs of Pacas socks, none of which matched my order. The socks I received are in colors I would not ever choose.

Today is my daughter's birthday (1/15/25) and the socks were to be part of her gift.

I have reached out to Pacas Customer Service twice, and received one communication, stating "we are a small company." and they are destined to stay small if they can't get the orders delivered correctly! I spend $80.72 and am very disappointed in this company.
