service & lying staff
Took order, made me wait in slowest drive through (4 cars, 15 minutes). Took my money and only then did they mention, that food was not ready, it would take 4 minutes and she would take it up front.
Had she said so before I paid, I would probably have left without food. 12 minutes later, still no food. Went inside to get my money back. Cashier went to drive through window and didn, t come back for 4 minutes. So 31 minutes later, food still wasn't ready. Finally got my money, will never go there again!
was short food
On 8/9/2o18 at 10:36am Order #290576, I purchased both a large and a small entrée sized Black Pepper Chicken to go. My total was $15.30. When I arrived home, the large box was only 3/4 full, as well as the small entrée box. I paid $15.30 for maybe $9.50 worth of food.
I have never had this happen before, and I'm extremely disappointed for the amount I paid, for the incorrect amount of food.

The people who work there, Jidy was the manager name when I was there. It is the Farming noting NM store. #2081. My family goes out of way when we travel because we don't have any where we live. An employee set down in a table of 4 with pizza, and I don't believe employees should take prime tables when they eat. Especially when they bring in their own food. The manager was not helpful. She did not seem to care about my experience at all. I told her I may never go to that store again and she said ok ... I am saddened to see the kind of behavior. I'm not against having fun but don't take the best seats available, leave those for the people who pay there salary
the takeout plates
The take-out plates are a ripoff. The bottom of the plates are bubbled up on the bottom so therefore you don't get what you pay for. The servings are much smaller versus the styrofoam plates most other Panda Express locations use. I asked the "manager" about why they were using those bubbled plates. I was told it's a corporate thing. She said three stores were trying those plates versus the styrofoam plates. The customer service was poor. I would not recommend spending your hard earned money at the Sulphur Springs location. We all work hard and deserve to get what we all pay for. Stay away from those theives.
racist and sub-standard service by employees and manager
On Monday 7/30/18 at about 3:39pm...(I noticed the time because of the failure to acknowledge), I stood in the customer line for service with my grandchildren who begged me to go to "Panda Express", FOR MORE THAN 2 MINUTES BEFORE ACKNOWLEDGED
As I stated above, I entered the store and there was a female and male employee in the kitchen area, who appeared to be doing something. They both looked at my family and I and continued without so much as a hello, someone will be with you shortly.
Looking straight ahead in the store, I saw a young girl, who also "LOOKED", at us and she too failed to acknowledge our presence. I saw another female who was wearing dark attire, who too looked at us an turned and went in another direction, hence no acknowledge.
I was dumbfounded, and probably should have left then, but my grandchildren, who I was visiting from another city several hours away wanted PANDA Express, So I didn't want to be reactive for my grandchildren's sake.
After several minutes, the young girl with a "SOUR" face, as if to say "What do you want, you are disturbing us", came to the serving area, and with much effort stated, "do you know what you want, do you want to try a sample?"
Never "Hello, welcome", not even "Are you ready to order, or anything that implied I am here to serve you.
I replied, yes I would like to sample, and she obliged me, begrudgingly.
My granddaughter's turn came and politely she asked if she could try the menu item that was, "Steak and Shrimp:
This young "sour faced, seriously sour faced, never a smile or the like" girl, grabbed a toothpick, scourged the bottom of the pan with the toothpick, and emerged with the very small piece of beef that evidently had an abundant amount of juice, it was so far on the bottom of the pan the hot juice dripped from the meat onto my granddaughter's hand.
My granddaughter, yelled "oww", and shook her hand.
The girl said, in the same voice as when she served us (nonchalant as she had been all alone), "You okay"...my granddaughter said it burned me but I think I am okay".
we continued our adventure, (it truly was), the girl continued and as we were checking out I asked if a manager was on duty, she replied yes. I asked to speak to her and she (the sour girl) didn't reply but turned from the register and walked away, after our transaction.
Oh incidentally, I told the sour girl that we were eating in, she said "We don't have any trays I am going to put your food in a bag". I said huh?
She again replied we have no tray, so I m putting your food in bags, as if to say you are not welcome here. We sat and ate as I waited for the manager to show up to my table, never happened. So I called the customer service number for Panda Express:, from my receipt . After having to hold for over 15 minutes, (we were finish eating by the time my call was answered), I spoke with a representative who though a free meal would make me happy...oh woo is me! i was treated unfair and I really tried to overlook the situation but after speaking to the representative who felt a "FREE MEAL" should soothe the smooth things over and make everything ok, not inquiring if my granddaughter was okay or not, I thought this should be made known.

lack of selection at 9:18 pm when the store closes at 10 pm
It is very annoying when I get out of bed while my favorite show is still on with plenty of time to spare before closing and I get there and they don't have anything I want. They offered to tell me the selections they have before closing... none of which I like. Why do you advertise you close at 10 if in actuality you don't have a full menu and you don't advertise a limited menu after 9 PM? This is not the first time!

Manger locked doors one hour before actual closing time. Door indicated that restaurant closed at 10:00. Food on buffet line was old and appeared very dry and unappealing.
Very disappointed. I left without ordering.
I asked the manager why the doors were locked. She did not respond. The line inside and the drive thru was terrible. Buffet area was dirty as well.

Yesterday on 7/25/18 at 1:47 I came to the drive thru. The cashier was rude I got my card snatched out of my hand. My food was basically thrown to me. The cashier was beyond rude I got the drive thru window slammed in my face. After the window was slammed in my face I stood in line trying to get some sauce. I had to blow my horn to get her attention. The service was beyond trash!

Stephanie D has the worst costumer service she was rushing everyone no smile no greeting awful service not just that but how she talks to the people she works with as well is ridiculous the worst part when I ask to the person in charge and the cashier said it was her I got even more upset I ask to speak to the manager he was to busy laughing with the cook he didn't even care to even look at me im a regular costumer and have never experience this before either Yeni, Brenda sometimes the other girl manager there service is great always smiling Brenda is always joking wich is awesome she makes costumers laugh I hope that something is done about this specially for her to be a person in charge she needs to be more polite I will continue to come to this Panda Express on 51 Indian school and I don't want nothing free or coupons just the best costumer service like I usually do Stephanie is definitely not for this job
drive thru wait time

I was on my lunch break today and went through the drive thru at your Warrenton, Oregon location. I waited, I kid you not, thirty minutes for a simple bowl of food. Only two cars were infront of me. When I got up to the window, I asked the cashier, Why not park the front vehicles if you know it's going to take so long. I would have drove away if I wasn't trapped in the drive-thru. The young lady at the window "Liz" said we had to cook the food, including yours. I can understand wait but thirty minutes is long stretch. No how about having the food prepped before opening the doors for lunch? Some people don't have that long of a lunch. Please encourage them to pull the lead vehicles forward so people came move along with their day and not have to wait on inadequate prepwork.

I visited Panda Express on Staples Mill Road and they barely had any entree's to choose from and they said that they weren't cooking anymore and this was well before closing. I also had items missing from my order. I ordered two egg rolls and they were not in the bag. I did not realize this until I was back at work, so my lunch break was disappointing. I feel cheated especially since this was my first going after hearing so many great things about it and I would like for something to be done about it.

Very Racist! Not for African American Culture! They will speak 5 lanuages talking about employees an sharing employees personal issues with staff! Celina let's this occur an she's the GM of Panda she's so unprofessional an unethical! The Owner threatens her job to fire black people an if she don't then He'll fire Her! I think the owner Kai- Yi-Wang is a Pure Jerk an Don't want blacks working for him we seem to be too lazy for him so He perfers Latinos or Mexicans he feel he can work as slaves an be treated any type way! 3rd wrong order
The last three times I've visited Panda Express they have given me the wrong items and one time the order was wrong and cold. I tried contacting the manager at store 0568 and she was not helpful. Very disappointed! I understand mistakes happen but for spending over $60 and having our food items wrong it's very dissatisfying. I called the manager the 3rdx time assume she would want to make it right. Unfortunately, she was not helpful and was not willing to resolve the issue.

Service was poor. The people that worked there had their head in the clouds. Asked for silverware 4 times for a "to go" order. Never got it. Paid extra for some teriyaki sauce. Never got it. The bowl I ordered with mushroom chicken. 3 zucchini slices, 2 mushrooms, and 3 small pieces of of chicken. The size of a fingernail. Over steamed white rice, all for the lovely price of 6.35. This, at 41 years old, is the first time ever eating at panda express. And will be my last...I. Cannot honestly believe they are still in business with the complete utter disregard for their customers as well as their food. I can't imagine they are all ran so poorly, but this one in fresno is a disgrace to the panda express franchise. I will be letting everyone I know, and don't know, how my experience there was. This is the first review I have ever written in or about anything. That should tell what a complete disappointment this experience was.
the big plate I bought.
I went to location 1583 on 07/8 around 1pm. I am a normal customer that goes there regularly and has been doing so for over ten year. I grew up in hawaii so we go there after the beach. normally the food is amazing and super flavorful but this time the orange chicken I got was all mashed and soggy. couldn't even eat it because the outside was just sliding off of the meat. so I went to go eat the chow mein and it was like eating it out of a top ramen package. wasnt sauteed properly and had no vegetables at all in it. normally there is a little onion, carrots, cabbage and celery etc. the only thing that was some what enjoyable was the shrimp. probably wont be going back to that store again.

I had went to Panda Express on 4901 N Oak Trafficway, Kansas City, MO 64118 on July 2, 2018 at exactly 8:55 pm and business hours said they closed at 9:30. Thinking I have more than enough time to order my dinner, I get to the front doors and they are locked. I noticed the crew was already cleaning up and was not interested in opening up the door. I very appalled at the actions. If there is a change in time it should be specified.

Drive thru took a long time, and once we got to place the order was not attended for at least three to four minutes. wasn't offered anything as in the new entrees etc. It's something they always do, but didn't this time.
Customer service was horrible, when we got to the window she didn't even speak. All that was said was the total of the food.
Regardless if ( Jennifer ) doesn't like a person it doesn't mean they have to give that service, I feel like I wasn't welcomed at all. So I just preferred to not ask for anything else once I paid since I didn't get forks either.
online / pick up process
I paced an online order at Store # 1274 ( Order #901692) and payed online. I arrive at the drive-thru to pick up my order and I'm told I had to physically come into the store to pick- up my order because it could not be given to me in the drive-thru. I go in and I'm handed my order with no further verification. If I place an order on-line, the intent is to have the order ready when I arrive ( as well as pick it up at drive thru without getting out of my car). Iwas not able to do that because of the employee by the name of John. This process was not very customer centric thus making it convenient for the employee and not the customer.
I find this process to be a bit strange and appalling. Your response to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

The people behind the counter serving the food acted like they were in hell and the girl ringing ppl out acted like we were putting her out by having US scan our own season passes! Tonight, I was at your store #1113 in Hayward, CA. I bought 2 orders of food to go. When I was checking out the clerk informed me that there would be a 10 cent charge for my bag. I was shocked! How is it that other fast food chains do not charge for bags and you do? I told the clerks that this is probably an illegal action. They said their orders were from corporate. Can you please explain this fee to me? It is very upsetting because I frequent your restaurant often and ALWAYS purchase to-go orders.

drinks for sale
I was a customer at the Panda Express at the citadel outlets in Commerce CA. I wanted to purchase a small child drink and was told by the cashier that I could not purchase one because they are not for sale. She stated they are for water only. I know this is not so because I have purchased a small child meal and the same size cup I requested to purchase comes with the small child meal. I was forced to buy a regular size drink which 1. Cost more and 2. Is way too big. The response from the cashier was a lie and I felt she just didn't want me to buy a small drink. Your drink cups should be a little smaller for your customers who request a smaller drink.
