employee professionalism
While an employee was serving a customer, one of the assistant managers of Jacksonville, FL River City Marketplace location walked up to the gentleman and stated that she was tired of him and told him to go home. Employees and customers were very confused as we did not witness the young man do anything wrong. It was rude and very unprofessional behavior for an assistant manager.

I witnessed a female employee coming out of this vehicle, she parked like an adolescent was driving and this was during a busy time with NO parking, this was the only spot available, my spouse and I were so agitated that we didn't even want to eat there anymore so we left. This is so unprofessional for an employee to be doing this, if they think this is okay then they should park in the Walmart parking lot and they can walk their happy self to work. Never coming back to this place!

cold food due to wait
I ordered 3 plates online to be picked up at 11:30 AM when I got there everything was ready except for one order that was cooking but I waited 15 minutes for that item to be ready. Everything else was waiting on that one item and not only did I waste my break waiting for 15 minutes but my other food was cold, I don't come here often and decided to give it a try but now I realize why everyone else in my office complains. Unacceptable
customer service
I called the Panda Express in Santee, CA., to place 7 orders. I asked if i could place an order for pick up. The lady asked me to hold on. She put the phone down, i could hear everything that was going on. She was helping a customer and the register. I heard her ask someone if they could take my order. The other person said that they were to busy and for me to call back in a bit. I expressed my disbelief, i have 7 orders and you are telling me to call back later because you are to busy? If this the common practice at Panda Express then they need to be retained. You never turn down a customer who is ready to place an order.
Customers in the store take priority over the phone. That is common sense!
new steak and shrimp dish
My daughter stopped on her way home from work at our Foothills Panda Express in Yuma, AZ to pick us up the new shrimp and steak dinners to try. It was 5:30 this evening and she had to wait to have them fill her request. They did give her a couple eggrolls for the inconvenience. She did not keep her receipt as I had given her cash to purchase dinner.
We often pick up to go dinners and have always been very pleased with the food. But, tonight was not a good thing. The only eatable food in our containers were rice and noodles. The rest was so outrageously spicy/hot that after a couple bites our mouths were burning and noses were running. Needless to say, the coyotes in the wash behind our home will be enjoying the steak and shrimp. I only hope they are not too far from a water source which could be a little problem here in the desert.
I usually would never take the time to complain about something so trivial, however, as this is a new dish (and I always order the walnut shrimp which is excellent) someone had better be checking out this recipe or the spices/seasonings.
I did call the manager, a very nice lady, and she offered us another meal but as we have no receipt, I did not feel comfortable accepting this and it is a little bit of a drive back to the facility. Even the Mexican food here in the southern desert is never this hot.
Hope this helps but I am sure I will never have the nerve to order this dish againl

My husband went here today may 2, 2018 at 8:45 pm and they had the door locked when he tried to tell them to unlocked it they were shooing him away until a white family came then they unlocked the door. So basically if the white family never showed up he wouldn't be able to get anything because apparently they're racist against black people. And this location doesn't closed until 9:30pm in the inside so beware people of color I will be calling corporate! This is the second incident that we had to deal with at this location. This is the 6602 Gulf Fwy, la marque Texas.
Did your husband act like a lunatic about them unlocking the door? If so, I wouldn't have wanted to unlock it either! Gee, can I go through life and blame everything on the color of other people's skin!
quantity of food
So I ordered chow mein, steak and shrimp, orange chicken, honey almond shrimp, and another order of chow mein. When I got home the steak and shrimp had four very small pieces of steak and only ONE piece of shrimp. That's ridiculous. Did they think they could shorten me some food because I ordered a few other side dishes and I wouldn't be able to tell the difference? That's pathetic.
food was old and hard
I went to the panda express in Oxnard California on channel islands and rose rd, last night 4/29/18 approximately 815 pm and ordered two plates to go it was chow mein, fried rice and orange chicken and beef broccoli. the other plate was just rice orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp the chow mien was old and dry the orange chicken was terrible it was either mixed with some very hot item(chili hot)or they made it wrong. now the rice was the most disgusting item dry, hard old and I don't even want to say more we always go to that panda and never experienced that problem, on top of the honey walnut shrimp was old, we enjoy panda but this experience has me thinking to go else where my resolution isn't much maybe a free meal would be nice or a gift certificate thank you
rice undercooked
I approached a food server. I told her that my rice was not cooked right. The rice was hard with a distinct flavor. I clearedly provided her with enough details. She then responded to me "how do you know we didn't cook our rice right". She then lifts a spoon full of rice and with an attitude says "try it". I then responded to her, I don't want any. I just got some from the same batch. she then states "what do you want me to do then"! Very rude! I will never eat at this location again. Didn't even bother talking to the manger since she was to busy being friends with one of the cooks. Yet the restaurant is dirty the trash is over flowing. I think it's time for the health department to pay a visit.
unbelievably angry and nasty and spiteful customer service
Went through the drive-thru at the Panda Express 1772 - St Johns Town Center PX 4897 Town Center Parkway Jacksonville, FL 32246 at about 3:00 this afternoon and had a dark-haired young caucasian girl intentionally interrupt and be a jerk on the intercom and then have a young African America guy spitefully scream and hatefully interrupt me after I told him not to for spite.
When approached at the counter, I asked them "Why they kept on interrupting and being a jerk?" and they then hid after quickly giving me the food.
Incredibly, some blond kid tauntingly waved good buy after chewing out the young caucasian girl and the young African America guy.
Your staff is basically abusing and taunting your customers afterwards!
Are you trying to hire people to drive you out of business?

Hello my name is Mike Lopez. I would like to file a complaint against the Panda Express in Kerman Ca. On April 10th, 2018 I had ordered food for my wife and 4 children. When we had arrived home to eat our meals we had found hair in my food and my wife and children became sick the next day. I don't know what they did to the meals but we were all disgusted and sick. steak and shrimp
I ordered to 2 order of 2 entree meal. The first order was orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp with white rice. Second order was steak and shrimp and teriyaki chicken. I got home and so disappointed that they only gave me 2pcs of shrimp and 4 big chunks of potato. Same thing with the honey walnut shrimp. Considering I paid $1.25 extra for each. food quality
We love to pick up Panda Express on our way out of St.Albert and take it up to our ranch one hour north and have done so many times. This past Sunday (March 25th) I picked up two bigger plate 3 entree combos for 26.88 and noticed the food had a bit of an odd smell. I ignored this and drove home. We ate some of the food when I got home and it was about 50% of the quality we are used to and much of the food was soggy and soft. The vegetables, especially the broccoli) tasted like mold was present.
Unfortunately the love we enjoyed for Panda Express food has been severely harmed due to this visit and we must ask for a refund. I did out a call into the store to voice my concern and they offered no compensation at all.

amount in drive through order
I had ordered a plate of broccoli and beef, orange chicken and fried rice. When I opened my order there was no beef just 4 pieces of broccoli and maybe about 5 small pieces of orange chicken. I normally have no complaints but feel as if I didn't get what I had ordered. The customer service was very good and it wasn't a very busy time of the day. Thank you for your time.

Please let me start off by saying that I am a long time loyal customer of Panda Express. I love Panda Express and the quality food you serve. My family frequents your establishments here in El Paso Tx at a minimum 4 times a month with an average purchase of about 50.00 each time. So again, I will say I do love Panda Express. I'm guessing this is why I was extremely disappointed with my visit today. Today I was in a rush, and instead of being able to dine in, I used the drive thru and ordered a quick order of a bowl of your noodles with and order of Beef with Broccoli. Yes, " Beef" with Broccoli, not Broccoli with Beef or just Broccoli. I drove all the way back to my office to finish my work and eat at my desk. I opened my bowl to enjoy my food. Disappointingly there were exactly 3 pieces of Beef to the approximately 20 pieces of Broccoli in my bowl. I felt completely cheated out of the 6 dollars and some cents I paid for this food and I never have a problem paying for Panda Express but when I don't get what I pay for it is extremely upsetting.

I ordered 3 bowls of teriyaki chicken and fried rice.
This was the 1st time getting from this location and it was horrible first the wait was really long then I get home and I had about 5 pieces of chicken in each bowl an it was burned the rice was really overcooked.
I really hope something gets done about that. I spent money on burnt food and got barely Any thing in my bowls at that.
1 entree bowl
I went through the drive thru at the opens express in Laveen AZ and I ordered a 1 entree bowl thinking that my order was correct just by glancing at it I left to my home to find that my bowl was made extremely skimpy and sloppy. I asked for half fried rice and half chow mein, it was not half and half and I called the manager to bring this to his attention and he wasn't too concerned at all for him to ask me to drive back over there to fix my order after I got home was unacceptable to me. If I had been in his position I would've offered a new meal replacement at another time/visit for the mess up that my employee made. I'm very disappointed in panda express I would've thought they cared about their customers a lot more than he did.

I have recently had a very bad experience at a Panda Express. When I went in to order I wasn't greeted at all, instead I almost received a snarky look from the worker. I disregarded that and had continued to go in line and order my food. While I was telling the server what I had wanted I noticed there was a tremendous amount of attitude given back to me. Then when I had gone to checkout my meal I had accidentally dropped my card, which resulted in the cashier screaming in my face and saying, "Are you really that [censor] clumsy!". Of course I was shocked and I immediately was still. I didn't expect such a thing and me not being well with confrontation I immediatly grabbed my food and left after paying. I remembered that the name of this particular worker was Leng Yang. He had made me feel very uncomfortable and was hostile towards me. I do not believe that Panda Express should have workers that represent the opposite of what they stand for. I don't believe that anybody else should have to go through what I had went through.

I went to my local Panda Express in Atwater village Glendal Ca on 3/18/18 where I ordered my food online and when I came home to eat it I found a small hair in between my food before I put it in my mouth. That is not okay. That's disgusting and an endangerment to my health. If I do not hear back from you guys I will have to take this up with my lawyer. It's disgusting that your employees are serving food with no hair nets or anything to prevent their hair from falling out.

I was on vacation and on Feb. 16, 2018, I went to your store in Santa Monica, CA to pick up what I thought was a coupon for your 8 treasures chicken breast and was told that the coupon would only be given with purchase of an item. I even brought up your website on my phone to show the cashier that nowhere on the website did it state purchase required. As a result, I went to your UCLA store and was able to get the coupon without purchase. You really need to educate your employees about the conditions of your giveaway. It is really inconsistent. Then when I came back home from vacation, I decided to use the coupon at the store in Cupertino and was told that the dish was for a limited time only and was already discontinued. What is going on?
