frontega chicken panini
Can't really call it a front Tega chicken Panini when you really don't add the chicken. List location always messes something up but this tops every negative experience thus far. For the price you pay for a sandwich, you should expect to get what you pay for, nothing less. There has got to be someway to correct the poor service at this location. There is poor service almost every time I visit and all I do is hope that it gets better. It has yet to.

Ordered a Cobb salad and no avocado. Not first occasion salad missing something-beforechicken, dressing... don't want a credit bcuz don't want appear as if I'm scamming for anything free. Just want my order to be correct! I usually find out after I've left and am back at my desk at work. My order is checked my a Panera employee before handed over to me. I look inside for napkin, fork and anything that might be missing from prior encounters but feel this isn't what should have to do.

1. I would like to know whose bright idea was it to change the cooking method of the egg associated with the breakfast Power Sandwiches. are you kidding me - an over easy egg placed on a sandwich you eat in your car only to get it everywhere. like this morning.
2. I am annoyed the associate did not ask me how I wanted my eggs. i get 3 over easy eggs that just made a freaking mess.
3. there are 3 choices how eggs are cooked should be part of the sale by all associates, Brenda the associate should have asked me.
4. I do not like the egg change and i don't like the fact the associated did not ask my choice.
3. i would like a refund of this purchase due to the fact all our clothes are now stained. i do not have my receipt handy. 3 power sandwhiches.
my food order
I have to say that today I experienced the most disgusting thing ever! My coworker and I called in an order to Panera, we both ordered soup and bread! Our order had to be delivered, so when it arrived, to our surprise the bread was placed on the top of the soup uncovered to the whole world! No bag, no nothing just thrown in the bag! How unsanitary is that? So I called the store because I was clearly baffled by this. I was told that " this is the way we have always done it and we have never had any complaints! So I proceded to tell him that that is very unsanitary and just plain wrong! The croutons were in a bad, but my bread was just dropped in the top of the bag! You all need to change that practice! IT IS NASTY! You might as well just throw the bread on the ground! I want you to know that I was very unsatisfied with this and I won't be ordering from there again! And might I add, I work in a office of approximately 55 people who have lunch catered weekly! No more orders! Unsanitary

I am a resident in assisted living at St Paul's in South Bend, IN. I am within the delivery area of your location on Ireland Road in South Bend. However, when I put in my address at St. Paul's, delivery is denied. I called the manager at the Ireland Road location and was told they did not have permission to deliver to this address. I can provide immediate pickup when your delivery person arrives and my son has given me a gift certificate, I need to know why delivery is denied at this location. Hester Downs

7/24. I ordered a blueberry bagel, toasted, honey walnut cream chest (with extra) and a water with extra ice in it. I received 4 packets of the 1 ounce cream cheese spreads (great job), but my water was a cup that should be used for a toddler. I kind of laughed it off and bought water at the hospital I work at.
7/25. Ordered the exact same thing but I said a "large ice water with extra ice in it." This time they gave me a large cup (great job) but my bagel was not toasted. We do not have a toaster at my job.
7/26. Still ordered the same thing. This time The guy said "you are already paying $1.30 for each cream cheese. For 30 cents more you can get an 8oz container." Wow, great! Okay, so I did that. Was so excited that he offered. He was even the first person to ask for my phone number or Panera bread ID. Get to the window and paid. The girl handed me a normal size cup of water but I didn't care too much because I was excited about all the cream cheese I was getting. Hands me the bag, I get to work and open the bag... there is only ONE 2 or 3 ounce container of cream cheese. Even after I paid extra for cream cheese, the day before I got 4 ounces total. This time I only got one thing of the 2 or 3 ounce, not sure which it is. I was very upset.
7/27. After telling myself I'd never go back, this morning I thought it was sort of funny that my order gets messed up every time and thought since it's Friday and I wont be back at this hospital anymore I might as well give it one last go. I bought cream cheese at Kroger yesterday so all I needed was a bagel and water. I said "I want a blueberry bagel, toasted, and a laarrggee water with exxtrraaa ice in it." He replied "did you want any cream cheese to go with your bagel?" I said no. He did not ring up the large water on the sign but I thought maybe he didn't have the option to do that. Drive around and she takes my money, no one asked for my Panera card again, and hands me my bagel and tells me to have a good day. NO WATER.
I don't think it's that complicated to get one of the absolute easiest menu items correct. To get it wrong 4 days in a row, that's a little absurd. I do have to say though, I love the guy working Thursday morning at the Springs Location on Dutchman's. He was excellent! If they had only given me what I paid for...
spoiled mayo
On 07/25/2018 me my sister and son visited our local Panera bread. I ordered a full frontega chicken sandwich among many other items, and I ordered chipotle mayo on it and it was spoiled. I was eating it and something tasted funny so I opened it up and saw the mayo was curdled and had separated. Well when I saw and tasted that I vomited like crazy . It grossed me out pretty much the whole day. Don't get me wrong me and my kids love Panera and have been customers for 14 yrs now, every week we go its our special treat. But the managers and cooks have to watch out for spoiled items like that, really !
turkey bacon bravo sandwich
Asked for extra turkey. They put it on half the sandwich all balled up. There was only 1/2 a slice of cheese on the whole sandwich. What happened to the other half of the slice of cheese? I ordered a whole sandwich, so I expected an entire slice of cheese. I also expect when paying for something to be hand made that a little more time is put into making the sandwich. You know like unballing the turkey before putting it on the bread. The quality of the turkey is not what it use to be either. It use to be whole sliced turkey. This turkey was nothing better than the crappy processed prepackaged stuff at the grocery store which I never buy because it's gross. The quality of Panera has gone way down since my last visit. Very dissapointed. Use to love them.

We stop at this Panera at least once a month going to Massachusetts from New York each way. Last night we stopped there to get something to eat for our ferry ride back to New York. When I opened the sandwich to eat it on the ferry I found an uneatable soggy terrible sandwich. This is not the first time we have gotten back food from this Panera. I took a picture of it, but there is no way to show it in this place. We will not be going back to this Panera on any of our future trips. We will find some other place to get our food. ..

I ordered a smoothie from the drive thru and everything was fine until I looked down while drinking it and saw a bug crawling in it. When I went back to talk to a manager she payed no attention and had a crew person handle it. I was calm through the whole situation and she was very rude to me. She did not apologize or say anything besides when the person on register told her she said while walking away "give her something free or make her a new one". I asked for a refund and while waiting for about 5 minutes for the manager to come over for the refund the only thing she said was "cash or card" and then walked away after not saying a word.
iced coffee-cinnamon
Always out if iced coffee or it's brewed weak, and not cold so when add ice it's watery. I complained outoff cinnamon they got some cheap brand, no taste doesn't even smell like it. I left restaurant the other day took my money back and went to Starbucks. I come almost everyday to buy food and iced coffe. Not consustent. Spoke to managers several times no change
salad/sandwich/soup
Drove to Panera on 7/18/2018 which is a 20 minute one way trip (40 mins round trip) ordered to go. Got home and I had a greek salad that was not edible, black lettuce on my turkey BLT with under cooked bacon and not to mention they did not have any oat or wheat bread available. The chicken noodle soup was pretty much broth, the bill was 33.03 and I have previously documented a complaint with no resolve.

I am very upset. I sent 3 emails for customer service over the past month and have not heard back once. And I came across this site and decided to send another email. I spent about $70 that day on lunch for myself and 3 of my vendors for a client lunch back in june. Some had a salad with chicken. 2 cobb salads with grilled chicken, 1 caesar salad with chicken and 1 summer with chicken.. All four of us took a bite into our chicken and had to spit it out. It was completely frozen. It was all clumped together and frozen together. It was extremely embarrassing. If the chicken is kept cold and frozen to be used into fresh salads, I dont understand why the chicken wouldnt be defrosted before putting it together. And I had to drive back to the office after picking up this lunch which took me about 15-20 minutes to set up the conference table. So it actually had a little time to not be so stuck together frozen if that was the case also. Everybody dumped the chicken out, and I was embarrassed because I recommended panera bread to have lunch with new clients saying their salads are delicious and I had bought a few scones and they were delicious.. I didnt even call the manager to complain. It was an extremely busy afternoon and the last thing I wanted to do was look unprofessionial on the telephone complaining about the take out lunch. This was picked up in the bohemia panera bread on sunrise highway. I would like some feedback if possible. Im really grossed out knowing that frozen chicken is just slopped onto the salads that look and are advertised as fresh. I did however on the following day sent an email about this. Had no feedback and have done it twice after. Not once response. Im annoyed. That I heard other people now since then complained about similar situations with the chicken being frozen for them as well. I spend alot of money at this dining location and annoyed about this.

First my mother and myself order soup&bread for four and they sent two small cups enough for two, so we sent it back and my mother called to register a complaint, they put the manager on the phone he told her that she had to called on the catering phone and they should not have sent the order and the only thing he could do is offer her a couple of cookies.We decline the offer and went on to order us some dinner from the Chinese restaurant. I have gone to Panera Bread's new store in Lockport, Illinois twice now. Both times thru drive thru. Each time I ordered the half sandwich/soup combo. I am shocked at the pathetic size of "half a sandwich" and the tiny cup or bowl of soup I got with it. It's like a bad joke! I took pictures of the tiny box in which the Half Sandwich came in along with the actual sandwich. The price> 1/2 ChxAvo=5.59 The soup, a tiny bowl=5.19. Large soda, 2.79, total bill with tax, 14.66. OUTRAGIOUS! The half sandwich is no bigger, actually smaller than the I-7 apple phone I took the pic with! The pictures were taken BEFORE product was CONSUMED! Complete rip off of the customer, I am taking this as far as I can go. I will NEVER go to Panera Bread ever again.

The last 2 times I have visited the Panera bread in Gastonia NC I have been disappointed because my rapid pick up order sandwiches have been too soggy and sloppy to eat. Today I had the modern caprese sandwich and there was sauce all over the box, it didn't even have all of the ingredients it was supposed to have. I consumed them just 10-15 after they were picked up. The quality of food just doesn't seem to be as good as it used to be.

I am a frequent customer and this has been the second time I did not receive bacon with my bacon tky bravo sdw. I paid for a sandwich with bacon and did not get it. It's very disappointing and frustrating to order something and not get what you want.

I just visited the Panera Bread on Dawsonville Hwy in Gainesville Georgia at 8:00am on 07/20/18 and they were out of all but two cream cheese for my bagel. I ordered an everything bagel and I wanted vegetable cream cheese. Nope they had plain and honey with something. In the last year I have been to this Panera about 5 times because every time I go they are out of something. Last September I went for dinner and asked for a baguette for my French onion soup and they did not have any. How does a bread company not have bread?
Very poor planning on whoever does the ordering I would say.
Somebody show up and check their stock. Love the food but only when they actually have what I want.

We ordered our dinner. Soup & grilled cheese. Pick 2. After 30 minutes we saw our order on top of the counter. I asked if the buzzer goes off when foods ready but server said he'd deliver when ready. After another 5 min. he brought us the food on the counter. I said we thought it was ours. And we waited over half hour. The bread on grilled cheese was burnt and hard as a rock. This is the worst meal I've ever had from Panera and something needs to happen about the service there. We are in Watertown, New York visiting my granddaughter & husband who is in the Army. not getting what I ordered
it started with a 15 minute wait and it's very hot outside and the girls working were more concerned in their own person conversation rather than getting my order right. A 15 wait for a bagel and a sandwich is ridiculous. and i get home and my bagel is burnt black they gave me the wrong cream cheese and they didn't give me a knife to spread the cream cheese. i normally love panera but i'm not sure if i'll eat there again
