Panera Bread employee

At 6am I came into a Panera bread located at maple and Coolidge rd in Troy MI. This elderly lady was behind the counter working, she was talking inappropriately about needing and scheduling a colonoscopy. I’m disgusted and appalled at this topic while I’m eating. I wanted to throw up my food. Please do something about this matter.

Idk her name but she’s the cashier this morning. Please check the photo attached.

Panera Bread order mistake

I visited a Panera bread in Oklahoma city today. We were visiting from 2 1/2 hrs away, I had been craving Panera food! We ate there yesterday and loved it. I stopped today to grab some bagels before making the drive home. I ordered a bakers dozen and was sadly dissapointed after driving all the way home only to realize that there were only 10 bagels in my box :(

Panera Bread chicken broth in my broccoli cheddar soup?!

I am a vegetarian. I always enjoyed going to Panera bread and ordering the Broccoli and cheddar soup on the bread bowl. I recently found out that it contains chicken broth (chicken base, Chicken fat, yeast extract, etc..). I was very upset and very angry that something that is "suppose to" be vegetarian friendly" is misleading. I have been consuming chicken broth rather than vegetable broth in my soup and I can't even look at the soup the same way anymore. I am absolutely disgusted. This is wrong. If Panera is going to have a product that will not include meat such as the Broccoli and cheddar soup, it should not be made with chicken broth and completely mislead 7.3 millions of Americans that are Vegetarian (Do not consume meat in their diets). I really hope that this complaint is highly considered for change in the recipe.

Panera Bread service by manager

On Sunday, Oct. 22, 2017, at 2:13 pm, I stepped up to the counter at the Grand Blanc, Michigan, Panera Bread to give my order. The manager (though she wasn't wearing any name badge) began firing questions at me about my order, pretty easy order, a pick two and I was the ONLY customer in line, other than 2 ladies who were standing to the right of me and being taken care of by another worker. Before I could finish ANY of the questions she was asking me, she jumped to the next question, not letting me finish. So, I asked her, "Did you get the part about the dressing on the side, " she VERY rudely interrupted me again and said, "Yes that's why I asked you if it was for here or to go, ". She slapped the receipt in to my hand and walked away, without even thanking me. So, I thanked HER, because I was NOT going to be treated like that. She still didn't get it and mumbled, "You're welcome." And stormed off to the back. I asked the other worker if the person who took care of me was indeed a manager, and she answered, "Yes." The other two ladies who were at the counter at that same time, were as shocked by this abrupt and rude treatment as I was. How on earth does this happen? I am a medical professional with over 40 years of experience dealing with the public. Sometimes, my job can be very trying, BUT, I always try to treat each person, no matter how difficult and complicated the case, with dignity and respect. I rarely ever complain, and in fact will many times let a manager know if a worker gives me great service. Today, this manager (the name on the receipt says, "Dan") was completely and utterly rude and disrespectful. And since she is a manager, I am forced to turn to this venue in order to voice a complaint. Unbelievable.

Panera Bread hours posted on their web isn’t what is posted on the web

Tonight (oct 20). I went on the Modesto Panera web site to check their hours.
6 to 10. We had an evening engagement but after we made a special trip to the Panera on McHenry in Modesto at 9:15. When I ran up to door it was locked shut and I could see that they were closed. I was not happy about going out of my way for nothing. I took a screen shot showing the hours. If they are t open until 10; the. Change the web page and post the correct hours. We could have gone there before our engagement but knew we would be out in time so came after. Waste of time and gas. Not pleased

Panera Bread service/manager

I was with my husband having lunch at North brook, IL. I was shocked and disgusted when I saw one of your people I believe a manager picking up a sandwich and placing it on the plate again after falling off on the table with her bare hands. This is a serious issue and I hope you guys do something about. This is not Panera the one I know for years. Thank you

Panera Bread hair in food

My friend and I were eating at Panera Bread in Midlothian Va yesterday, October 19, 2017. I was in the middle of eating my sandwich when I discovered a hair on the meat of the sandwich. I had opened it up to eat the inside and this is where I discovered it. It was not mine because I have dark, short, hair. It did not belong to my friend because she had very short white hair. The hair on my meat was light brown and long.

In retrospect, I should have taken my food back to complain or kept my receipt. However, the place was packed and at that point I was finished eating.

I don't expect anything in return. I just feel that the people serving the food should be more conscience of this if they have long hair.

I'll continue to eat there, because I love your food. I'll just be more cautious of what's in front of me.

Panera Bread girl at the drive through window is rude

I stopped after work to pick up soup and the gal at the drive in window was rude, disrespectful and made me feel like I was interpreting her quiet time. I well never stop at this place again. I asked her a question and she became [censor]ing with a even greater attitude. I was at cafe 4813 in Stow Ohio. My check number is 1340933. Order number 133. If this is any indication of the staff you hire then you probably need to take a second look at who does the hiring. When I got to the window to pick up my food I wanted to ask for water but decided that this girl was not worth my time or my communication.

Panera Bread workers so rude.

My pet turtle is certified as emotional support due to severe anxiety. The boss lady told me to get them out of her store when I was ordering my food and when I explained why I had my turtle she rolled her eyes. When I was eating I heard her talking to a worker and said “Is the [censored] with the turtle still here?” Very rude. Im a paying customer. Wont be back.

Panera Bread substandard food and service

We had the misfortune of stopping for dinner last on October 18 at a Panera Cafe 2320 in Washington, PA last night. Our check number was 332619 and our cashier was Alexia. We used to frequent Panera regularly and the food and service were always of high quality. Alexia couldn’t seem to get our order straight. She said we could substitute the standard side with a fruit cup for $0.99. We both agreed. When I questioned the charge of $1.99 each, she said “ooops, I was wrong”. No apology, explanation or anything. My wife ordered a streak sandwich whims was supposed to come on sourdough bread. Alexia explained they were out of sourdough. Instead it came on sliced honey wheat which was stale and seemed to be store bought rather than homemade. I ordered the chicken soup which was not only cold, but extremely over salted. We were going to get a pastry door dessert, but the selection and display were unappetizing. We are requesting a full refund (not a gift card) of $30.36 of our purchase. Panera Bread curious as to why I did not get 20% discount

On 10/18/17 my husband (age 90) and I (age 87) went to panera bread # 1393 for breakfast at 8:53 a. m. we belong to the fresno walker's club for seniors sponsored by panera bread cafe #1393. the club provides free coffee (very nice) and authorizaton to receive 20% off of food orders at panera between 6:00 a. m. and 10:00 a. m.

I placed an order with cashier mary lou. she said I was entitled to a free bagel (which was super great ~ I paid for the second bagel) I presented the 20% off of food order card to her ~ and twice reminded her to give me the
Discount. after we enjoyed our breakfast and I returned home, I noticed that mary lou did not give me the 20% discount.

My question is: because I received a free bagel, did that rule out my receiving the 20% discount?

Panera Bread customer service sucks!!

Placed an Order @ 9:30 am on Panera website for a business lunch to be delivered @ 11:45. Website was encountering issues and would not process the credit card. I called Panera to speak to an employee who explained the order would be fine and my card would be charged only once ( I received 3 confirmation emails that my credit card had been processed). At 11 am I called to check on my lunch order. Panera had no record of the lunch! Management did not seem to care at all!

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT TEAM I HAVE ENCOUNTERED!

Panera Bread my lunch took too long to be served.

On October 18, 2017 I arrived at your cafe 0916 (Sterling Heights, MI) and ordered a pick 2 meal. The transaction was logged in at 11:50 am (before the lunch crowd shows up).

The meal was eventually served at 12:13 pm. I think the twenty three minutes is unacceptably long.

My order was recorded as Scott 35.

Panera Bread I placed a rapid pick up order today and it was totally wrong!

I ordered 6 different items today for my office. I work at NorthGate on Corunna Rd., and 3 of them were wrong.
1st-ordered a Caesar chicken salad and did not get-received a turkey on cranberry bread.
2nd-ordered a chicken w/avocado- 1/2 sandwich and received a turkey on cranberry bread.
3rd-ordered a sandwich and received a chicken salad.

I must say I am disappointed. We have purchased food from you guys a couple of times and now, we probably won't go back again.

Panera Bread order not correct (2nd time)

Second time in a row I have ordered online and order was not correct. 1st order was missing my soft roll, not really a big deal. This time my chicken caesar salad did not have chicken and by broccoli cheese soup was cold. My order was place 10/17/17 and my order number is 948446, place online. Since I can't get delivery at home I only order from work since I can not leave to get food. This was very disappointing considering how expensive a soup, salad, and sandwich costs anyways, I would love for the order to be correct, since I could buy a loaf of bread, pack of ham, can of soup and salad mix cheaper from the grocery store.

Panera Bread store manager

I went to the Clarksville Indiana Panera Bread store today to buy lunch for a few friends, a to go order, instead of buying individual drinks I bought a Gallon of tea, easier to carry etc, I asked for my 99 cent bakery items and the girl said "sorry you have to buy drinks with meals to get that" I replied, what do you think a gallon of tea is? She got the manager, who was rude, and said "we can't do that sorry our computers just won't let us enter things that way" which I know is BS because I have gotten this before and they just discount the bakery items, so I said fine cancel the tea and give me one single glass, I did get one 99 cent bakery item, and while going to fill my tea glass, I see the girl that filled the half gallons (my order) she poured one into the self serve tea, and told a man standing here, "Hey want this tea? You can have it" that really went through me.
I love Panera and go there with clients at least once a week, maybe not so much anymore, a manager should have discounted the items and made the customer happy. The Manager's name was STEFANIE and I will remember her and the experience...

Panera Bread order was wrong

Good afternoon. I just got back to work and my order was missing items and I received the wrong order. I ordered a large tomato soup with chips and a bagel lightly toasted. I received the soup without the side and bagel. When I checked the receipt the kitchen gets it had another name on it, not my name. I'm guessing the other person got my chips and bagel. So my order is incomplete and I can't go back right now. Is there anyway I can get a comp for next time or a refund? My name isCamille, not Marshall.

Panera Bread charged me for the wrong order

On 9-29-17 I visited the Panera bread Café#0654 in Greenville, SC. I was in the drive-thru and ordered 2 Green Passion Smoothies and an Asiago bagel with plain cream cheese. When I got to work, I was give the wrong bagel and cream cheese. What I received was a cinnamon crunch bagel and reduced fat honey walnut cream cheese. I called back up to the store location to voice my concern and could not get anyone on the phone. I kept my receipt and took a picture of the incorrect order. I finally attempted to call again and spoke with Joshua - a manager and told him my story. He said he would place my name in some book and replace the bagel and cream cheese on my next visit. Well, my next visit was on 10-2-17 and again I am in the drive thru and ordered my usual - Green Passion Smoothie and Asiago bagel with plain cream cheese. I get to the window and told the worker my name was in some book there and I spoke with Joshua. She got the manager and the discount was applied only to the bagel. She said I had to pay for the cream cheese. I tried to explain and offered to show my previous receipt and the photo of the incorrect order and she refused to look at it. She said Joshua only said a free bagel and that was it. I reluctantly paid and drove off as I was holding up the drive thru line and about to be late for work. I visit this location on my way to work often and have never had a problem such as this. I understand people make mistakes but the manager that AM never apologized nor did she offer me a free treat as stated on the top of your receipt. I vowed to never visit this location again. This is the only place I can enjoy the Green Passion Smoothies and the fresh bagels. I wanted to register this complaint and appreciate if I am contacted regarding this ASAP.

Panera Bread employee relationships

The Panera in Cullman Alabama currently has two employees, one a shift leader, engaged in an extramarital affair. The affair began and has taken place at the business. I don’t know the policy on fraternization between employees, especially members of management and subordinates, but I do know that the company policy for having sex in the workplace is pretty much universal for all industries. This is something that should definitely be investigated and the offending parties terminated.

My 17 year old daughter works at the Panera on Hwy 21, Covington, La. She has been having issues with one of the Managers Laura Santinie ? spelling may be wrong. Last night was the last straw, She berated her and others loudly and obnoxiously when it was the customer is who she was mad at. My daughter came home hysterical and extremely hurt and upset. She actually put her notice in when she started her shift due to issues with the manager the past few weeks. Its ashame because she has worked there over a year, never late, no call ins without a dr. note and was planning on working there through college. Due to the stress and anxiety she will not be.. I as a parent called the manager last night and apologized but too late. Something should be done, other kids that work there are having issues too.

Panera Bread poor service at tulsa hills panera bread

I had a problem with Panera Bread's on-line ordering service. I ordered lunch for my family October 15 (Order confirmation number: [protected]). When I arrived at the Tulsa Hills Panera Bread to pick up my order, it had not been prepared. The reason the Panera Bread employee gave me is that because my order was over $100, it went to the catering folder rather than the Rapid Pick-up folder. She said they do not receive a notification that an order has been sent to the catering folder.

I showed her my confirmation e-mail (on my phone), which says the order would be ready at 11:21 a.m., and it would be on the Rapid Pick-up shelf. Her response was, "I'm sorry that happened." So I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order to be prepared. Seems there is a glitch in Panera Bread's on-line ordering system that needs to be looked into.

Further, when I arrived home with the order, I found that 2 of the Green Goddess salads were missing the chicken, and the Ancient Grain salad was missing the dressing.

I thought you would be interested in my Panera Bread experience. Needless to say, I am not a satisfied customer.
