soup
It baffles me everytime I get soup from Panera on the tiny amount of soup that is served. I am sick with cancer so there are not to many foods that I can eat or taste good. But I do love your soups, I can't eat much so you know it's a small portion when I'm still hungry when done. I get home with my soup and put it in a soup bowl to warm up and it barely fills half the bowl. Being on a fixed disability income this is a treat for me. Your items are not inexpensive but at least when you get a sandwich you get a whole sandwich. I truly can not understand the smallest portion possible that you can serve. I also hear the same complaint from others. Please consider giving out a full bowl of soup. Thank you, Koni Devanie
order disappointment
My mother and I called ahead and ordered 2 half sandwiches, 2 half salads, and two drinks last Sunday. We picked it up, our order was just over $30.00 and we were extremely disappointed with our food when we arrived home. My sandwich was a "chicken avocado" It was mostly bread. It barely had any chicken in it and ONE SMALL slice of avocado in it. My moms salad had a few slices of chicken in it, the coffee was just warm (which we filled upon arrival) and I couldn't believe we spent $30+ dollars for a half of sandwich/half salad each. The prices have gotten outrageous which would of been ok had we enjoyed the lunch. I am aware that they "weigh" the chicken, food etc... but this experience was the worst. I expect chicken in between my bread, I expect more than 4 little shreds of chicken on my moms salad, and I expect a hot cup of coffee. Nicole (and Pat)

They place the soup on the floor then serve it. Not to mention the floor hasn’t been mopped with a soap chemical in over 2 months for longer. On top of that there is roach and very bad knat problem. The knats are every where by the food the cookies and the fountain machines. Panera is very unclean to say that they promote clean food! This is a health hazards and its worse when u go in the store. Especially the panera in sugarland ran by REGINALD!
charges for food I did not receive
I tried ordering online today for delivery, and the online site was not working. I finally called in and tried to order and they told me they were not taking orders, and the computers were not working properly. I was told to come in and order from the store. I was told that was the only way I could order.I chose to go elsewhere for lunch, but when I got home tonight, I noticed charges for food I dod not receive. Hopefully these charges are just pending and will be reversed. Here is a copy of my checking account.

I am a frequent customer to Panera bread and when I order food it took over 25 min and when I asked them what happened they said oh it’s right here and it was freezing cold. I was not going to complain right then but it was horrible service and I thought you should know and you wouldn’t want to build a bad reputation for your company for your valued everyday customers.

I visited the Panera at the Green St. location in Champaign, Illinois on October 1, 2017. My check number is 417987. I ordered my food to-go. Upon receiving my order, the employees forgot to include my bowl of Chicken Wild Rice soup as well as my side of chips that went with it. When mentioned, I received my soup but no side. When I went home to eat my food, there was a hair in my Asian Sesame with Chicken salad. I am extremely disappointed especially because I tipped the team, expecting great service and a correct order. Now I cannot eat the salad and am missing a part of my order. To resolve this issue, I would like a refund.

Hi,
I was placing a big order for Cateriing today for my sons bday on October 7.
The foster city Panera was closer to the park where I was planning my party.
I walked in there to place my order and no manager came out to help me because they were very busy to take my order. I drove up to 30 minutes to get to that location and service was terrible. Nobody wanted to even talk about my order. I guess they didn't want my business. I had to go to the branch in Daly City to place my order and they were very helpful to take my order.
I have a busy day today and was a waste of time to drive to the Foster City office to place my order.

On Wednesday September 27 a Punier manager who was off duty and leaving the building got into a verbal confrontation with me about my requested days off. Mind you that this manager is 20yrs younger than me and tried to talk to me as if I were one of the teenage employees. After telling him we have nothing to say I return to work on Thursday to find out they firing me because the manager says I poked him in the stomach? Which is totally false because there was another manager present and he stated that he did not see anything of that nature. While in this meeting management claimed to have it all on video which I requested to see but they claimed that it needs to be processed! If that is true I should not have been fired without the proper proof especially since there were actual witnesses to this altercation. This manager needs to be fired and I will complain everyday until this happens. I also am making a complaint about the lack of management skills. I was riding a punier scooter for 2 months with expired insurance information by the way is the responsibility of the same manager. About a month ago I was cut off by a car and feel off the bike. As I waited for the police to arrive looking thou my documents I noticed that the insurance card expired 2 months prior. The officer was going to give me a ticket if it wasn't for another manager who was at the store a block away (and is Caucasian) came to explain that this is Panera's bike. Luckily this happened close to the store or i would have been arrested for riding with expired insurance especially since i am a black man. Once again i request that this manager be fired ASAP
customer service/ drive through
I usually visit Paneras on my way to work. I work at 10. So I know Paneras closes at 10 so there is usually no issue with my small pit stop. I get a bagel and a glass of water so it's nothing major. I pulled up to the Rapid city location at 9:56. The drive through screen is off but I know they shouldn't be closed. A lady speaks to me and let's me know they are closed. I asked how, I though Paneras closed at 10. She said their clocks said 10. I guess I am more confused then anything. I doesn't have a order that requires any cooking. And I would be late to work if it was 10, which I had two clocks that did not say that.

9/28/17 around 6:10pm Terminal 4 Gate C 17. I ordered a steak sandwich at Panera at their new remodeled area with their tablet. Pretty cool technology. But here is the truth. They were behind over 30mins on orders. One person was waiting 1 hour. Yes 1 hour. I know these reviews can get extreme but this is completely accurate. No one working at Panera made any announcement or tried to take action. The TV monitor was not updating people orders. People kept ordering food through their tablets; which takes your payment with no receipt. I finally realized that I am not going to get my food soon so I went up to the manager. She was refunding people their money back: one guy waited 1 hour, another 30 minutes like I said above. People had to board their flights after waiting and had no way to get their money back. What was the worst part was that the manager actually left! She decided to walk away around 6:30pm. I wanted to go ask her where are you going. You could tell that they had no clue what to do.
I hope they changed their systems on taking orders and give everyone who could not get their food and paid their money back.

I came to the panera in las Colinas and I have nothing good to say about this establishment. The food is always good if you can look past the dirty tables as well as the occasional roaches and bugs. I love panera bread but with my recent visits I don't feel the same. Today I came and ordered dine in and wanted to get the pick 2 but just purchased the broccoli soup. When I tried to tell an associate what I intended on doing they said it was too late to change it to add a sandwich and charged me separately for it. Instead of paying 11 I payed 15 I'm a college student so this was not ideal.

While traveling today thru Kentucky we stopped at the Crestview Hills restaurant for a to go order of 2 cups of broc-ched soup with bread and chips. The bread and chips were fine but the soup was like water and very little broccoli. It did have some carrots in it. Not very appetizing and nothing like what we have come to expect from you company. Our order number 263308 or 268308. Hard to see numbers because of fading. Check number says 208.

I go to the Panera in College Station. I always get the same thing. A ham and swiss no mustard and broccoli cheddar soup. I absolutely hate the way turkey tastes and this is the third time I have gotten a turkey sandwich with mustard! Instead of my ham and swiss. I love the food here but I just want ham! I don't think my order is hard at all and your food isn't exactly the cheapest so I don't appreciate the fact that now I am back at work and can't do anything about this disgusting sandwich.

On Wednesday night September 27, 2017 at approx. 8:30pm my friend and I went to Panera in Rockford; one of our favorite places. Upon ordering the baked potato soup was gone and we were not told until after we were already waiting on our food as well as the flatbread was gone and we were asked to choose a new bread this was frustrating, but it go worse! Once we received our food the chicken noodle soup was cold and was strictly just broth with a few carrots and celery, NO noodles and NO chicken in our Chicken Noodle Soup... but it did not end there we both got baggetts with our meals both of which were burnt and extremely hard (even when dipped in the broth). As far as our sandwiches go I ordered a Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich that came out with NO chipotle sauce although when I went up to the counter to ask for some I got it this was just the cherry on top of everything else wrong. We are very regular customers here and have never had such a bad experience it was very upsetting that nearly our entire meals had problems. Although the service was fine the quality of our meals in which we paid a lot for were quite disappointing and not up to par.

Today I ordered a chicken wild rice soup at Panera Bread in Plymouth, MN. I got home to find out they had given me a chicken noodle soup. The reason I am writing to you is because this has happened multiple times. I love your food, but it is getting to me that I get the wrong order over and over again. MyPanera Number: [protected] - When I placed my online order on 9/26/17 at 5:20 pm, I saw no way to say I wanted to use my Panera Reward, so I assumed it would be done automatically. It was not... very disappointing since the $5 reward expired yesterday and was the reason I did this online (I was sitting in the store at 1401 Veterans, Bloomington, IL, having been there for a meeting & purchased a caffe latte). I would appreciate this or some other reward be applied with a new date to My Panera card. I have the attached receipt. My total was $10.51.

flatbread sandwich nearly inedible
I ordered two meals for my daughter and myself for dinner. Her meal was fine but my flatbread sandwich was burnt. I could barely bite into a majority of the sandwich. Your food is good but not cheap and I couldn't eat half my meal. Very frustrating. This particular location seemed to be going down hill. I've had numerous disappointments and problems here but they are closest to my home.

After sitting in the drive through without moving for 15 minutes, I had a bad feeling about the service and would have left had there not been a car behind me. There was a car behind me so I couldn't leave. No way to pull out of the drive through once you are pinned in. Once at the window we find out that they are out of every single soup they have. So my daughter ordered a flatbread and mac & cheese, I didn't get anything as I wanted soup. 40 minutes later we get our food. Looked in the bag and it was a panini sand rather than the flatbread we ordered. I asked to talk to the manager Jeff who apologized but didn't offer to do anything for the mishap. So I told him you are out of everything everyone in this drive through should be receiving free food for having to have there time wasted while Panera is out of what they probably wanted anyway. He said he had called his manager Michelle Hansen who told him he had to remain open. This was the worst experience I've had in a long time. I can't believe the couldn't have at least closed the drive through so people were not stuck in the drive through. We left with the wrong food that they have us, even after we told them that we had a flatbread not a panini. We paid full price and not even a suggestion to give us anything for our hassle. That was my first time going to this Panera location and using the drive through. I won't be back after that experience. Panera would have been better off closing early rather than offering the embarrassing services that were happening tonight.

I go often to the 4840 Osage Beach Store in Missouri. Yesterday Sunday 9-24-17 I ordered two salads. I wanted the strawberry seasonal salad but its no longer available (which is okay) so I asked which salad has fruit and he said the Fuji apple salad had apple chips. I ordered two and when the food was brought out to me and my husband there was no apple chips?
I walked inside and the person who took my order was standing at the pick up counter talking to the food prep person. I told him there was no apple chips in the salad and that's the whole reason I ordered the salad. The food prep girl said Oh we are out of them... I was like well that's why I ordered the salad! She did ask me if I would like a real apple cut up for the salad and I said yes. But I should have been told about this before I placed the order. Which this store often runs out of items. The store had two other people in it so they were not busy at all at this time which was around 2:30. The dirty plates where piled up, the coffee bar is so dirty it really made me scared to get a drink. The floors had food and paper everywhere. The carpeting is so dirty and needs to be professionally cleaned (It's really gross so that's why I eat outside). The worst part is the bathrooms where so dirty with mold in the men's around the tile floor. Women's had toilet paper all over the floor and no paper towels! If I'm paying $28.00 for food I expect it to be right and a clean store! I guess the TV commercial states the food is Clean however the stores do not have to be Clean! Will not eat there again until the store gets professionally cleaned!
