Could not have asked for a better pool company! They have gone above & beyond all of our expectations. We bought a house with a pool that was not opened for at least 3 years and Mr. Patterson & staff made it an absolute beauty.

I'd give this business zero stars, but that ain't an option. Patterson Pool of Huntsville AL is the worst contractor I've dealt with in my life. My pool was never cleaned and a lien was put on my home by Patterson while charging crazy high fees I never agreed to pay. I don't recommend dealing with Kevin Patterson for pool services!

This was my first time usin Patterson Pool Service, LLC. I was super happy. *** and his workers were real professional and responsive. Most importantly, he did exactly what he said he would and on time. I hired Patterson Pools to put in a new pool liner but I liked his company so much that I'm gonna keep letting them take care of it every two weeks. Really happy!

Patterson Pool Service, LLC started working on my pool without even asking me first. They gave me a quote, but didn't bother to get my permission before starting the job. It took them forever to clean the water in the pool, but they completely ignored the liner. Because of their carelessness, I couldn't put my house up for sale on time. And if that wasn't bad enough, Patterson sent me an invoice that was almost double the price they originally quoted. When I refused to pay this outrageous amount for subpar work, Patterson decided to put a lien on my house to stop me from selling it. Now I have to take legal action to try and get my money back for a service that I never agreed to or received.
