That's what's happening to me with payoneer. Each time I receive a payment, I have to claim it in order to be loaded. And it's becoming a habit now... My payments take from a week to two weeks after many complaints to the support center that never resolves anything. That's the third time that this happens. Days ago, when I talked to them through their live chat, I was asked to resend them my id for further identification, that's what I did (I have already sent it years ago when I created my account and I really don't agree with this identification method, it could be fraudulous). They told me that it has been approved by the finance department and that i'll get my payment in two hours. It has been 2 days now and i'm still waiting. I wonder why that's happening? Normally, a verification is done once and it passes or not. If it passes, it means everything is ok. Why are they holding my payments each time I receive them. If there is a problem it could have been fixed the first time, it doesn't need to be fixed each time I receive a payment. Last, time that my payment has been pending for 15 days at least, I had to claim through another site to get it fixed by a payoneer representative because their support center couldn't do anything just using scripted responses and talking for nothing. I'm really fed up of this institution, I just want to know what they want from me. If they want to close my account for no reason, just do it. I'm sick of their service.

I have been using Payoneer to receive payments from my clients. On Jan 1st or 2nd I lost my card. I told the live agent of Payoneer named (Joe) about the card that I have lost and he locked my card for security purpose. Then he said, Can you find the card or else I have to request new one. I said to request the new one because if I could find it I would never contact them to lock my card.
So after new request I waited upto 4 or 5 days and my "Application status was under review". After a week it was still under review so I again contact the live agent and I was connected to one agent who said your application will be reviewed and not to worry because it may take time. I didn't found that helpful so again I started new chat session and I was connected with next agent and he told me my application was missed. So he also told me that approval department has got your application missed message and your application is on "Higher Priority".
I waited for more 1 week and no any email or anything about my application. So I tried to logged in to see my status, and something returned with "Account Blocked".
After that I asked agent about my account blocked, they asked my DOB for verification and closed the chat without any response. I asked again to another same did that agent too and same did the 3rd person.
So here is how I started hating this service now.
If you care that much about your service, your terms, and everything you have mentioned in your license then please before blocking your own clients you should refund the money else you are a scammer who does not follows their own ToS.

Airbnb sent me a Mastercard Payoneer card in order to get paid for vacation rental property.
The scam: after several months I got USD 1522 on it. Then Payoneer blocked my account and card keeping my money.
They use the excuse of "security" and the account is blocked by "no revealed reason".
They just can't keep other people's money, if this is a cooperative maneouver between those 2 companies I'm not sure, but Payoneer is stealing money not from them.
Costumer care is just incompetent but I don't think is about that. Due to high volume of situations of same kind I'd say taking aout your money is a business for them.
This scam has to end now.
So I'm suing them. If anybody has previous experiences of same kind or is actually running legal actions agains them I'd be glad to hear about it.

There is not any money in my account. i asked them how can i put money to my account. nobody knows a simple question, in web page it has been written "we reply you in 3 days." it has been a week i sent 2 mails and nobody answers. They didi not give a member what they offered. Support center does not support anyhow

Hi,
I withdrawn 150 USD to payoneer and then that automatically withdrawn or gone(somewhere) to my local bank. It’s around a month now still never got the payment in local bank india. I think they are scammer or robbers they didn’t transferred money to my local bank (india) they just robbed me. My bank asked swift copy of transaction so they can track it, I asked payoneer customer care. But now they are not replaying me well as from first to day to this 26th day they are telling me that they will check and reply. I never got reply even they didn’t gave me any proof of transaction.
So here complaining about I don’t know where to go now. 150 USD is small but it is my hard earned money and I need that.

We are using Payoneer since 2 to 3 months.
Our initial experience was great with Payoneer as they provide quick turn around time when we receive only payment.
But, that seems to have their strategy to get new customers. Once customer made their mind payoneer seriously forget about the services. Customer support is un-responsive and they really don't bother to respond too.
After initial 2 payments, we were received 6 to 7 payments in last 2 months. It was really unexpectedly to delay all the payments. All of these payments are considerable big amounts average 1000 USD.
These payments are being delayed by average 12 (business) days, instead of their commitment of 3 business days. One of our payment was delay by almost 25 days.
We need componsetation against the all payments

I highly recommend not to use Payoneer. They have totally unsecured system prone to be hacked.
I had 2 fraudulent charges on my debit card tot. $ 1382.72.

are trying to make it nearly impossible for me to file a dispute and get my money back. They are a SCAM!
May 19 I was contacted by Payoneer regarding 2 flagged suspicious transactions for total amount of $ 1382.72. I immediately called Customer Service (CS) to stop them and block my card.
Their CS advised me at that time, to take NO action and stated: they would initiate an investigation on these claims and get back to me.
Jun 29 I called for a follow up, Payoneer admitted the 2 transactions were debited to my card. Although my card was blocked, they can only identify but cannot reverse fraudulent charges.
They advised me (a month Later): I should have filed a dispute in May, and be aware there is only 60 days window to file a dispute form.
Jul 6 I filed the dispute forms by email and called in to get a confirmation: Payoneer received it and no more action from my side is expected.
Jul 10 I received an email from Payoneer: In order to dispute a transaction made with your Payoneer card, kindly contact the service line under the toll-free number [protected]
I disregard this note as I had already filed my dispute forms and it was received.
Sep 16 I call back CS for a follow up and I am being informed they have outsources the dispute center to company Ubiquity and I have to contact them.
Sep 19 I contact Ubiquity, they ask me to re-file the forms all over again. They email me the form but they ONLY accept claims by FAX or Regular Mail.
Sep 20 I send again dispute form to Ubiquity via FAX, hopefully they will process it. Already 4 months went by.

We have request for payment from our freelancer and paid first payment without any problems - I guess that was phishing.
Second and third payment they locked out our money and wanted to verify our company by sending a picture of front and back of credit card! We refused for security reasons and sent them company registration certificate as an official document.
They haven't responded. Then one of the employees called them and they hanged up on us while asking to either pass the money to freelancer or release the funds.
Now the case is with our bank to retrieve the money.

My story with Payoneer : When I lost $3300
I begun using Payoneer when I was in Cameroon. Payoneer is a financial services business that provides online money transfer and e-commerce payment services.
I used this service for receive payment for my remote work. When I left Cameroon, I retired from my remote job. I decided to transfer all amount on my account through my local bank account.
Payoneer Customer Service said that I must first change my country localization. When I sent the documents which prove my new residential address, Payoneer didn’t approve the documents. I sent another document, but after many weeks I didn’t receive a response from Payoneer. It’s when I contacted Payoneer Customer Services via online chat for an explanation I expressed my disappointment that my country location has been changed.
Before I was proceeding to transfer money on my bank account, I was surprised when I saw the first December 2015. I saw almost 30 unauthorized transactions provided by the ATM in India.
I immediately called the Customer Services and blocked my credit card. I asked for explanation about this. The man on the phone was very kind, and he told me that my card was cloned and in this case, I will get completely refunded and I don’t need to make a justice pursuit, but the process is going to take 90 days.
It was more than three months after I didn’t receive any news from payoneer. After many emails at customer service, they sent me a message claiming that I will receive a “Good Will Refund” of $1450 (on $3300 that I lost), without any other explanation. I replied that I didn’t accept that, because:
1- Despite the chip credit card exit since many years, my credit didn’t have a chip. So, It was easier to cloned it;
2- I don’t understand why Payoneer didn’t discover an illegal activities on my account the point were almost 30 unauthorized transactions was made;
3- If Payoneer had quickly processed the changing on my localization, I could transfer my balance on my local bank account before the compromising of my credit card.
At that moment the payoneer Customer service become aggressive, and told me that if I didn’t stay happy I can launch pursuit against MasterCard.
When I replied that “The other banks refund all of the amount you lose when your card has been cloned, so why doesn’t payoneer do the same?” They told me that “Payoneer is not a bank, but an online payment solution”.

I make a withdrawal just now in a case 24 hours in a shopping center in my area.
When making a withdrawal operation, put the amount of $194.98 and allowed Ok, and asked me to confirm if I really wanted to draw this amount. As I saw that allowed withdraw this amount, then clicked cancel it would withdraw the amount of $194.98, since charges $7, 00 per sack. What happens is that when canceling, even had not made the transaction completely, was deducted the amount of $189.00 of my Payoneer account.
I would like my refund back, did I get it money. I would also like the reimbursement rates of 1 per attempt to serve with insufficient funds, since the error was of you taking the money from my Payoneer account.
I came to call the Cashier's 24-hour support, however as it is a country other card they spoke to contact directly with the bank.
Also opened a complaint at the mall detailing the event, follow the attached photos.
I would like a solution, since when I started using the service you only had problems.
I ask for a solution as quickly as possible because I need the money to pay my bills.
I'm waiting for answers and I am available for further details.

If you are a person who values your time AND money, then I advice you against using Payoneer. It is a scam and I have a list of complaints about it.
*Firstly, I had never used Payoneer before. And the very first time I used it, half of my funds were deducted for ANNUAL CHARGES. It seems funny since an year has 12 months and without prior notification they charged a fee from my urgently-needed money on the very first day of the very first month.
* Secondly, I have never seen a customer service as poor as payoneer's. They never reply to your mails and their online live support would probably waste half of your time. Also, they never answer any of your questions.
* Thirdly, they refused to reverse a transaction which could have easily been reversed as the money had not been loaded.
This is the worst company I had ever dealt with.

On 3/17/2016 I went to metro bank here in the Philippines to withdrawl the money I had earned working with Upwork. I had been using Payoneer for a few months. When I attempted to withdrawl 9200 php plus the withdrawl charge from Payoneer. I never heard a sound and I received no receipt. No money came out of the machine. When I went home and checked online. I was charged for the transaction and no money was left in my account or maybe something like .40cents. I followed Payoneers posted procedures to check with the bank first. This took roughly 3 weeks and the bank just kept giving me the run around. I finally filed a dispute with Payoneer but they take along time to decide if they will give you the money back. They also notified me that if they decide to find in my favor that the amount may be different because of currency changes. This is an unacceptable practice. This is a scam as far as I am concerned. They will blame it on the atm machine (not their fault) but in the short run this will keep me from using their service. I want to warn others also. If you have 90 days to wait for them to decide to give back your hard earned money? Well then go for it. I have learned from many others this has happened to them also. I have no problem separating my emotional feelings and stepping back and looking from many different angles. The fact is this is very poor customer service at the least. I am not asking for a forced savings or worst to be held up and robbed at my local atm machine. I work hard for my family so sorry Payoneer you are not in the picture anymore. You should give back the money right away and if not at least give back the correct amount with penalty fees as daily late charges if you want to keep any customers in the future. Please read this and spread the word.
Just to give a fair update. Payoneer did pay me the money they owed me plus the atm charges. I am very thankful that I was paid back one day after this post.

I happen to have registered my account in somebody else's account
I have never used Payoneer, ever. Then, the company that I work for as a translator decided to change their payment method to Payoneer. I am baffled to find out today that my payment has been sent to an account in Poland and so far they do not know how that happened. I talked to customer service that said they also do not know how it happened Now, If I my money is being transferred to someone else's account, and I can see the last digits of this person's account, how can I trust that my account will not be used by anybody else? It is an outrageous situation because my whole salary has been sent to them and I have to wait for days until they can tell me what exactly happen! NOT SATISFIED AT ALL! This is an issue that should be solved immediately! Not brushed off to the next department so I can wait "few BUSINESS DAYS" to fix it!

I used Payoneer for a year or so and never had any problems now, but right at the end of the year, I logged into my account and noticed that I was at $0 without any notice and anything to justify the missing money in the transactions section. Nobody replied to me and couldn't use the live chat to talk about the issue. My balance was at over $2000 before that happened, so it's quite a bit of money. Given the lack of notice and information about it, it all feels like I got my money stolen because we reached the end of the year and I didn't take them out. Now I feel sorry for not having gone to an ATM before this...and stupid me, I also clicked to transfer the latest money I received on Payoneer, so that probably means that I will get them stolen too. I hope to get some sort of support in the next days and not have you taking advantage of the holidays :)

Hello, i've been payoneer user since 2014 and use it many times without problems. I used to keep some [protected]$ in my payoneer account, in order to save some cash and use it whenever I badly need it.
In 2014, I used to have some $4000 in my payoneer account and kept it there for some 2-3 months. During this period (November - december 2014) I had no activity nor income payments to my payoneer account so obviously I didnt log into my account during these 2 months.
In december 2014 I have noticed that my payoneer account has been locked with apparently no reason so I decided to contact payoneer and ask about it.
I 've been told that: "leah: unfortunately, I am unable to provide you with any information about your account closing for security reasons. "
After this episode I was instructed to send a new set of documents+ info regarding me and my business, which I did, hoping they will release my money. Unfortunately nothing happened!
Although I still disagree with the decision to deny my appeal I will abide by it, I am respectfully requesting that the hold on my funds be lifted. I understand payoneer’s need for holding funds for chargeback purposes, however a review of my account history for the last two years will reveal a zero chargeback rate!
Today I have tried to contact payoneer and "leah " - which sent me previous emails, requesting proof of payments (Which I ve already sent via email) - couldnt provide me with any info after 4 months!

That being said I feel that any reasonable person would conclude that holding my entire balance for over 4 months is excessive and I am requesting that the hold on my money to be lifted.
Payoneer refuse to answer any emails, they have held my money for weeks and never do anything. 7 weeks I have waited to be paid from them.
I would not recommend anyone to use PAYONEER. They are HOPELESS.

It is more than 2 month which I am waiting for my card to be delivered, I wasted a month for the firs card and then they asked me to request for a second card as the first one never been delivered. again after more than a month, the second card not been delivered. now they ask me to deposit some money to my account to make them able to issue a second card and I have to wait another month for it. How on the earth is it possible to ask some one to put money on an account which he/she has no card to withdraw the money? and they ask to pay for DHL fees for faster delivery. IT is their mistake, they could not do a simple delivery! How they can help you with banking? I'll look for an alternative way of getting paid and will close my account with Payoneer as they are a mess!
