debited visa $1000 incorrectly
On 4/4/2020 I made 5 x $200 deposits into my Uptown Aces account and the transactions all appeared on my bank statement on 6/4/2020. However, on the 10/4/2020 there were an additional 5 x $200 withdrawals from my account which I did not approve. I have tried contacting Uptown Aces online chat but keep getting disconnected, I emailed their support but they have not responded to my query. Instead I get an email this evening from their security that 5 x $200 charges were returned and I owe them $1000.00. They have closed my account and sent my details to a global database and told me that they would refer the issue to a collection agency.

I saw 1320, 42 Turkish Lira (around 180 euro) unauthorized credit card charge on 07.04.2020 in the name of "Paypro [protected] " even though I did not buy anything from them. Last four digits of my credit card is 4045. I need return of the money. Itis definetely not a small amount. I request refund the money.

I saw 180 euro unauthorized credit card charge on 07.04.2020 in the name of "paypro [protected]" even though I did not buy anything from them. This is crazy. Dont trust their website. They are scam. I need return of the money. Itis definetely not a small amount. I request refund the money.

max cleaner antivirus
I want to cancel my agreement with Mac Cleaner and get a refund for the online purchase for $134.24 that I made on Friday, August 2, 2019. I was harassed by numerous pop-ups and loud warnings that my anti-virus protection was expiring. I used to have MacAfee and I thought Mac Cleaner was the same company. After I gave my credit card information, my computer started acting up. I had to bring my MacBook Air to Best Buy to have all the data erased and reloaded because my Mac Cleaner purchase through PayPro loaded a virus onto my computer! It cost me hundreds of dollars to have this problem taken care of. I tried to cancel my payment by MasterCard but the payment is showing as "pending." The bank told me that PayPro is a scam. I will have to get a new credit card. I want to cancel, any subscription that I might have agreed to, and cancel any account I might have with PayPro and/or Mac Cleaner after I receive a refund for $134.24. I would like a refund cheque for mailed to me as soon as possible. Please contact me for my address. If I don't hear back from you, I will file a complaint with the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services.

I attempted to purchased a few different software packages.
2 different software venders, (2 different pieces of software too), with separate credit cards just to ensure no cross errors between orders.
Both times I get an email stating that they need my drivers license just to be sure its me. Additionally they stated I could send my passport instead.
Yea right!
So I decided to use my paypal account as they already know who I am and were listed as an available payment form.
I got the same prefab email.
Why on earth would anyone give a copy of critical documents for simple less than a $100 purchase?
So I called them.
Representative I spoke with could only tell me, "their security system blocked the transaction till I provide them the 'documents'"...
She kept calling me by another name, so I pushed back and demanded she look up my information and not just what payment was being held up.
I asked to be connected to the department that would review the 'documents', she informed me that wasn't possible.
I wanted to know why I would have to provide such proof from a supervisor, to which she informed that wasn't possible either.
Stay away from these people!
Even if you got what you paid for after providing such documentation...
They get more than you ever bargained sought to give up!

On Jan 28 2018 PayPro software charged my card for $39.95 and had the nerve to charge a foreign transaction fee of.79 cents on top of that. I had the credit card company remove the charges. Then I get a letter saying the charge is going back on my credit card. The document they are showing is so small that you cannot read it make out any of the numbers to contest the charge.

Following the Invitation by Softperfect/ Networx speedometer to contribute to their software development I was asked to pay 25 USD, which I was happy to do.
The payment service provider apparently is Pay pro global.
I submitted my credit card details.
Then PayPro asked me for the following details:
My linkedin account
my email
A scan of my Foto ID
My Telefone number
A copy of my credit card front and rear
I found this unusual, uncalled for and suspicious.
I cancelled the transaction
I have done numerous online orders but never was asked for so much detail

I have bought online all the time it is damaged portals like amazon etc. Here I made the transaction and then they wrote to me asking for photo or sans documents of
passport
Driving license
copy of credit card
and now I do not remember what else. I found it suspicious and canceled the transaction, also call my bank to cancel. I did not like this.
PayPro Global is a perfectly decent company. I used them a few times and had them asking me extra questions once, but I understand why. As you know, there is a lot of theft and fraud online, and PayPro are doing their best to protect both buyers and sellers. Occasianlly they are falsely alarmed, but I prefer them to overdo with security rather than overlook. Something in your details must have been looking suspicious or resembling suspicious, and they wanted to make sure it's really you using your credit card, not some hacker that stole it.

I don't want any renewal.. was told about refund in 10 days..support ticket number..[protected]..i got it 3 emails about refund...in 10 days but I hv not got it..u r not traceable with phones or mails..wat u hv dome is wrong..i will never trade thru u..and will surely block u from further transactions in my context..and will file a legal complaint and f.i.r for forgery..

virus cleanup - they charged me and never fixed the problem
I thought that I downloaded an antivirus/cleanup package. But AFTER I paid for it (They originally wanted $39.95, but I paid $19.97 for it) they asked me to call them. They set up my computer so they could take over my desktop and then started being very aggressive in trying to "scare me" and trying to get another $299 out of me for "fixing my computer" The reality was that they never fixed my problem for the initial $19.97 that they charged me and they were really awful on the phone I ended up fixing my computer myself through a few deletions from my library. Such a SCAM
