At first this company charged my American Express card with an amount that I didn't authorise. I had to call Amex and stop the charge. Then a couple days later I received a Package in the mail which is still unopened, so I don't have the slightest idea whats in it. Now I get an statment in the mail saying that I owe $17.45 for a 1937 Buffalo Nickle and $17.45 for a 1906 Indian Head Penny for a total of $34.90. I have called them and that didn't help. So my next step is the Attorney General Office and the BBB's office. If that doesn't help I will call my lawyer friend and sue them for harrasment. I will be happy to return their package if they would just tell me how as I will not spend one penny of my money for postage to return it as I did not ask for it. I will make one more attempt to call them and try to stop this scam.
unauthorized use of debit card
After doing 1 previous order with this company, they knowingly kept my debit card on file. They kept on sending me other 2 coins in individual envelopes, cardboard like, I had REFUSED these at the post office because I didn't want them and DID NOT Order them at all. It is ILLEGAL for them to keep someone's credit or debit card on file because they can clean...

I seen an ad in a magazine for a half dollar $15 so I bought it on 4/25. These people then sent a package I did not request in June. I didn't even open the package and pit return to sender and gave it back to post office. These scammers had the nerve to bill my credit card $46.95 without any authorization. I called them today and asked them why was I billed, I don't have any merchandise except for what i already bought in April. This scammer by the name of ms. Lang had the nerve to say im on a "list" to get merchandise. I said I didn't ask to be put on any list, she said true but everyone is put on the "list". I told her to take me off the "list" that I never authorized and refund my credit card, I didn't ask for any merchandise and that they better refund my card. She said when we get the merchandise it will be refund, I told her she shouldhave gotten it already and thus I have opened a credit card dispute. This lead me to this website where I will inform everyone I can about these lying thieves that steal money from people. BEWARE and DO NOT do any business with these serpents.

Ordered 1 Silver certificate {paper} through the Sunday newspaper, now they continue to send more {in which I never ordered} at really out of sight prices. Way, way too much for these circulated bills.
Devious Pricing
I thought I was buying 28 uncirculated Morgan and Peace silver dollars for a total of $89.90 and a shipping charge of $4.90 for each coin. Offer included a "Free" display wooden box. I wondered why the coins would be shipped a month or two apart but overlooked it. Sure enough my first coin arrived encased in plastic. It is very nice. I was happy. Yesterday the second coin arrived along with an invoice for two payment of $44.95. The first payment to be submitted immediately and the second a month later. I thought they must have made a mistake. I call [protected] and was informed each coin was $89.90 - $ 2, 526 total. I cancelled!

taking money out of my acct
i do belong to PCSstmpsandcoins and i do make monthly payments and get my coins;not as fast as i'd like, but they do come.Okay, today around 1pm(pst), I checked my bank activity and noticed my balance being over$250.and change.I took a nap and woke and checked [protected]@4:30pm and it was down to $143.87! Of course, I snapped first, then went to my online banking, [protected]@transaction history and it showed PCSStampsandcoins.com $103.00! Now this is my payment amount I make monthly.I made my paymnet DAYS AGO and it is pending on a certain date and it showed the same thing w/today's date. And, of course, they have est and i'm pst, so they were closed when I called and the message said that they were going to be closed for the holiday wkend.Today is Monday...holiday wkends usually start on Friday, maybe Thurs., but what? closed from Monday til Tuesday next week?BS!I'm calling tomorrow and if i don't get anyone, i'll be back here.Even madder;bec they are impossing on my wkend by taking money out of my acct w/out my okay and when that is holding my reservations for me.Signed, Cathandra Stephenson
Did Not Order
Today, April 21, 2011, I received an unsolicited product from PCS Stamps and Coins requesting payment for a coin I did not order and do not wish to order. This company is guilty of this with others as noted in many complaints. However, this is Texas where, under texas law, if you are sent something unsolicited and requesting payment you are entitled to keep...

In May, they sent my the first coin for a new collection I did not order. I put it on the self and I forgot about it.I did not pay any bill because I did not order. Now, they are sending me this 'cancellation notice" saying that I have to pay or return the coin. I understand I should return the coin but I DID NOT ORDER ANY. Why I have to lose my time in returning something I did not order and get this rude letter in the mail. This is completly unfair for a client who bought a big collection for 2 or 3 years and paid everything on time. NOT FAIR AT ALL!.
Thank you very much.

We got sent a couple of state quarters last December. They asked for $17.99 and then they would continue to send more state quarters and more bills after future shipments. We had not ordered this item and were not interested in receiving more of them. There was no information about returning the items (2 quarters and a lot of paperwork about the state of...
