2 PECO trucks outside my house from 0700. No one at my door. Left home at 10. Walked past PECO people, who saw me leave + said nothing. Returned home at 1:30,sign on door from PECO service tech. Said to call for relight. I called. Rep picked up after 35 min and kept talking over me while I was telling her why I was calling. When I told her to stop talking over me, she said she would transfer me to another rep. I waited an additional 35 minutes. Rep said it could be 4 additional hours for relight Pet inside cold house. Rude, arrogant PECO. Never told me they turned off the gas in the first place. Saw me leave. Said nothing. Left a pet in the cold.
