The maximum waiting time stated at the time was about 8 months, and I confirmed with the salesperson that white was not a best-selling color compared to black and brown.
As of today, it has been 11 months. After repeated confirmation with the salesperson, I was told to continue waiting. In the past two weeks, I have called the customer service of the head office in Kuala Lumpur and the Johor Bahru branch to confirm, but there is still no ideal news. The result is still an endless wait, and I was accused of not being willing to give more acceptable colors, so the wait will be longer and now it becomes my problem. The attitude of customer service is that it is your problem if you lock a color and the waiting time is extended.
I am a customer and I like the appearance, performance and price of this car very much, so I chose to buy this car. I have never been pushed in the past 10 months. I waited patiently and applied for a bank loan in August 2023. I also successfully bought my favourite car plate number in the same month because the salesperson said in August/September that you would be in line to pick up the car soon. Now that it has been delayed again and again, I am deeply doubtful and dissatisfied with your company's service quality.
I sincerely hope that anyone in this email can bring my venting voice to your senior management or person in charge. Customers buy your products because they appreciate your products, but please treat your customers fairly instead of saying "wait." "Wait some more" and "Still wait" to reply to a customer who has been waiting for ten months.
