Kelewatan membaikpulih kereta
Assalamualaikum,
Saya ingin membuat aduan berkaitan kelewatan pihak servis Perodua menyiapkan kereta Perodua Axia ( BLH 7997 ). Saya adalah mangsa banjir di Shah Alam pada 18-20 Dec 2021. Kereta saya telah di tunda ke pusat service Perodua Glenmarie pada 20.12.2021 dan disahkan terima pada hari sama. Saya dimaklumkan bahawa kereta saya adalah kenderaan yg ke 10 yg diterima masuk oleh pusat servis Perodua Glenmarie. Untuk infomasi, saya membeli kereta Perodua Axia dari Perodua Glenmarie pada Julai 2020.
Saya telah meghubungi pihak Perodua untuk meminta status pembaikpulih kereta saya. Saya telah bersetuju untuk membeli alat ganti baru apabila di hubungi oleh wakil pusat servis.
Namun sehingga hari ini, pihak servis Perodua Glenmarie tidak dapat menjanjikan tarikh untuk menyiapkan kereta saya. Kelewatan ini memberi kesan pada saya. Antaranya sewa kereta dalam tempoh masa baikpulih dan kelewatan memohon bantuan baucer diskaun RM1000 dari kerajaan MALAYSIA yg akan berakhir 31 MAC 2022.
Saya berharap pihak pengurusan pusat servis Perodua glenmarie dapat membantu meyelesaikan masalah saya. Pihak Perodua perlu bertanggungjawab jika kelewatan pihak Perodua meyiapkan kereta meyebabkan saya gagal mendapatkan bantuan baucer RM1000.
Servis lambat
Kereta saya Myvi 2022 mengalami kemalangan pada 17/1/2022. Tetapi sampai sekarang kereta saya masih belum siap. Dah sebulan lebih kereta saya berada di bengkel perodua alor setar (jalan tandop). Bila tanya bengkel, diorang ckp masih tunggu cermin hadapan daripada HQ.

Complain about product and service - perodua myvi (vbt 8156)
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to make an official complaint about an unpleasant experience I had at Perodua Service Centre recently.
The history goes as below:
I purchased MYVI 1500 (VBT 8156) in 2018 June. I would like to remind you of the nationwide recall of the car in 2018 for the fuel pump change for you to analyze this case closely. I have a track record of good car maintenance as well. Do take note that, within 2 weeks of purchase, I wasn’t able to start the car. I had to call my sales manager to rectify the issue.
To make things worse, since July 2021, The anti-accident feature failed to operate.
As a consequence, I met with an accident on 19 Sept 2021. Fortunately, On 18 Sept, I sent the car for inspection (inspection record document attached for your ref.) They reset the error code and sent me back. The lights kept blinking.
Following the accident, I sent the car for repair to Perodua Prima on 23 Sept 2021 and they repaired the damages incurred by the accident but asked me to take the car to Perodua Service Centre to be tested for the preexisting faulty (Engine light, anti-accident feature light, and the ASA).
Following the repair, in October, I sent the car again for inspection and in November 2021, I brought the car for major service and told them to check the condition – the blinking light and they checked and said the error shows that the spark plugs need to be changed, which I agreed to, and paid extra on top of my major service fee in the hope that my issue will be resolved. Upon going back, the lights appeared back blinking.
I raised the issue to my Car Sales Manager – Pandan Prima Ctr and he suggested that I send the car to Keramat Service Centre since I purchased the car from the area. I did bring the car to Keramat Service Centre on 15 Feb 2022. They checked the car again whereby it took them close to 6 hours to complete the inspection and they told me that the Engine Wire is faulty and needs to be changed. It is going to cost me RM800. My questions are:
1. Why the fault was unable to get detected by the Balakong Perodua Service Centre in the first place? (Does this indicate the service staff is incompetent or the equipment are at no capacity to identify the exact issue of the vehicle?
When I asked the current staff from Keramat why they failed to detect the exact issue earlier, he said “Itu Saya tak pasti”. Do we customers get this kind of reply from the service manager?
2. Will repairing the engine wire fully resolve the issue? – I did not get a clear answer from anyone and I have been manipulated to deposit to order the product which is not even in stock at the HQ! I was told (only after further probing) that I will have to wait for more than a month for the product to arrive.
3. Meanwhile, I inquired the service manager if it is safe to drive the car and he said (with a sarcastic chuckle) that it will be okay. He then called me again to say that I should not be driving the car long-distance. This is downright unacceptable as the consumer’s safety has been compromised by the service manager.
4. The branch manager was not around to resolve the issue – and after wasting about 8 hours, I had to drive my car back home in the dangerous condition – I can, by all means, take this to the consumer ministry under “Right to safety”, “right to be heard and informed”!
However, I am requesting the management to look into this with empathy.
My entire family has been Perodua clients for decades.
I am disappointed to have received such a product from a company your size and reputation.
I find what happened unacceptable at all scales and request you to rectify this issue by changing the relevant parts in the engine at no cost since I am afraid that I will face more issues in the near future.
On 17 Feb, as per the advice from the manager of Perodua Keramat Service Centre, I spoke Ms. Niza from Perodua Customer Service and I was asked to send this complaint letter to
[protected]@perodua.com.my and that they can look into this matter to see the best way to assist me.
I need assurance that this will not repeat. I am by all means ready to take this to the consumer ministry and then to the media if this doesn’t get resolved amicably.

Already booking service, but also need to wait long time
i have service my own car Perodua Myvi at Perodua service centre at Kiam Fatt Motor Sdn.Bhd. at Ipoh. I'm using Ufirst apps make appointment on 17/2/2022 (Thursday), time is 10 a.m. When i arrive there, the staff let me to wait. Then i waited around 2 hours, only my turn to service. It's really waste my time.
Desired outcome: I hope Perodua can slove this problem. This is not called appointment, it is walk in. It's really waste my time.
Very slow service
I sent my car to centre sabak bernam on 23/12/2021, until today 17/2/2022 my car still there at open space, without roof, under rain and hot weather bcs they didnt have sparepart for my car. Service centre asked me to contact hq, hq asked me to contact sc until bang jamil die I cannot use my car & no action taken no urgency from their side. Axia bpr8574. I know mine is just axia & I dont have waranty anymore but they really take customer for granted. My biggest regret is sending my car to centre.
Desired outcome: I want to use my car as soon as possible. Or else get me company's replacement car if you have courtesy.

Poor service by sales asvisor
I am vithya recently booked a perodua car from Perodua Bukit Rahman Putra sungai buloh. My sales advisor Pn.Alina Rudin, by far the worst sales person I have seen in my life. I booked my car in August 2021 and I understand due to Covid situation is late but she has no responsibility in answering the question when we ask her. Then finally got my car today 10/2/22 , made appointment at 3pm when there she was attending another customer waited for 40 mins want to take the car..number plate and door visor not fixed. The worst service ever! Pls take some action.

On 30/11/2021, i had handed my friend my documents namely IC copy, Driver's License copy, KWSP statement, Salary statement and 3 months Salary statement to my friend so i can become the guarantor to her son's for buying a car. He has handed all said document to the Sales Advisor of Perodua Sdn Bhd No. 22&22A Persiaran Kuala Kangsar 1, Taman Wing Onn, Jalan Kuala Kangsar, 30010, Ipoh, Perak which his name is Muhammad Firdaus bin Iskandar Zulkarnain. On 18/12/2021, I decided to not became the guarantor and asked my documents to be returned to me. However, the sales advisor stated that the documents have been lost and he cannot find it. The aim of my complaint is i do not want my documents to be wrongly used. I would like Perodua to take responsibilities upon their reckless action.
Desired outcome: I would like to get my documents back and an apology.
Engine indicator warning
I went to service center on 05/02/22 in Mile 8 , Sandakan, Sabah. I had issues with the engine indicator warning and aircond did not function, car is still under warranty. They did checks on my car and said that my radiator is clogged and needs service outside the service center, I am totally shocked and confused, radiator clogged! How can it be, when the car is still running well, and no overheating, I think it was not checked properly. Really disappointed with Perodua this time, as this was not the first time I realize that they lying about the issues regarding the car, what should I do?. Make a official report to Perodua Hq? Please advise

I made a booking in October 2021 and my loan was approved within a week time however until today im unable to get any date on when will I be able to collect the vehicle, I was told it would be 1.5 to 2 months waiting only, its been 3 months so far! I just need a date so I can better plan my transportation for the time been (car rental, parking...), a more accurate estimated vehicle collection date would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

What kind of ethical is this, when I perform booking rebate has been confirm and loan has been applied according to the rebate given, now u telling me that you company policy due to now the car given is 2022, rebate has been cancelled?

I met with an accident on November 2021 and sent my car for auto repair at Chan Perodua Jalan Kecapi however they took so long for the repair and suddenly there was a flood and during these time no one reached out to us and give any information on the car status. I'm yet to get my car [censored]ing bad service. My number plate VGE 7944 PERODUA BEZZA the customer service pic named Siti is so bloody lazy and not doing her job

Sales advisor provide misleading information
Fri, 2021 Dec 10 - SA told me there was stock for December then I agreed.
Before Dec 25 - SA keep saying that car stock will arrive in December.
Sat, 2021 25 Dec - SA asked me to sign the LO at the Maybank branch before noon as the banker only worked half a day that day.
Mon, 2021 Dec 27 - SA forward me circular from perodua and said that stock car only available estimate 03 months. The date of the circular is 24 December 2021, Friday.
So here SA is trying to hide or not to tell me the real situation before signing the LO. SA also knew that I desperately needed the car immediately as I was affected by the floods. If out of stock, don't ask me to sign the LO. I can try to find another model or outlet.
Kindly PLEASE provide me the car asap as it affect my daily routine.

Alat Ganti Lebih Sebulan tak sampai
Hi saya merupakan owner bagi Perodua Myvi (WC8441N), telah menghantar kereta untuk dibaiki pada 26 November 2021 (follow up case servis pada 12 November 2021) - kerana kereta mempunyai bunyi yang pelik) dan pihak Perodua Bandar Bukit Mahkota (Kajang) telah menasihatkan untuk menukar alat gantian yang lain dan telah membuat tempahan pada 27 November.
Saya dimaklumkan barang akan tiba dalam jangkamasa 5 - 14 hari (dimana sepatutnya barang seharusnya sampai pada 10/11 December 2021. Saya juga follow up semula pada 16 December 2021 dan Sales Advisor mengatakan masih ada beberapa barang yang masih belum sampai.
27 December 2021 dan pada hari ini 30 December 2021 saya follow up semula dan ternyata barang masih juga tidak sampai di Perodua BBM. Pihak Perodua Bukit Mahkota juga memaklumkan telah menghantar aduan kepada pihak HQ Perodua namun tindakn masih belum diambil.
Saya sangat kecewa kerana sudah lebih sebulan barang tidak sampai dan saya tidak boleh menggunakan kereta (atas faktor keselamatan, dikhuatiri kereta mengalami lebih banyak masalah -- jika dibawa untuk perjalanan jarak jauh)
Saya berharap pihak Perodua dapat mengambil tindakan berkenaan permasalahan ini.

Perodua service center, Oil leaking after service and missing cover
I would like to lodge a complaint.
On 21st Sept 2021, I have make a service for my car (Aruz, VCU 4948) at Perodua service center Bukit Puchong
Today, I found oil leaking from my car. After inspect from top and low cover, I suspect the Oil filter is not lock in proper, and it cause oil leaking. I check my engine oil, it still in normal level.
After that, I found 1 of my cover is missing. (Please find my attached photo) I am very surprised, how come Perodua service center can make such mistake issues. After service ur foreman not even lock back the parts correctly and proper.
This may cause serious damage on my car or even this incident are threaten my life when I driving on the road.
I am very disappointed and write in this complaint, I hope Perodua can take action.

Salam encik azizul. Kereta dah di repair ke. Dah setel ke isu ni. Saya pun sama takde sparepart ecu hantar ke service centr3 sejak tengah bulan 12, sampai sekarang masih sadai kat sana sbb belum ada sparepart. Hm sedih betul
mechanic problem
Brand new car only drove FOR few month Ativa-X. Steering wheel got sound, computerize button got issue, can't switch off. Car left in service center for 4 days (Mon to Fri 25 - 29th Oct 2021) wait for replacement part. Very inconvenience, need to take grab car for days. No foreman to reset on Friday (29 Nov), just drove the car with all the lights blinking on desk-board, waited another two days (Sat and Sun). Monday (1st Nov 2021) foreman reset said everything ok.
Today, Tuesday tried to off the button, drove two mins on back itself. Same old problem! Steering wheel turn still have the same sound.
Frustration:
1. I have to pay for grab car, few days no car going to work, very inconvenience.
2. I have to waited more than 15 hours totally, sat at Perodua center.
3. This is a brand new car! If this is a fridge or tv I would have ask for a brand new replacement. Too bad I can't ask for a brand new car due to the registration legal matter.
I need a good explanation from Perodua and possible compensation of my grab car fee, time and stress.

Claim Issue
Kereta saya - Myvi (VAS9102) was breakdown on 15.10.2021, hantar ke Perodua Service Centre dekat Sungai Buloh- Sentell Jaya Sdn. Bhd.
Lepas checking, didapati water pump rosak. Kereta saya hanya 4 tahun, under warranty period, tapi diberitahu tidak boleh claim sebab didapati coolant ialah warna biru. (Sebab diberitahu centre hanya guna coolant warna merah, menuduh saya tukar coolant kat luar)
All the while, saya hanya service kereta dekat Perodua Service Centre, tak pernah miss sekali pun. Saya pun ingin tahu kenapa coolant boleh jadi warna lain, saya pun suspek centre/ technician ni tipu orang, tipu pengguna. Harap minta pihak tersebut tolong clarify & checking, Terima Kasih.
Tyre lug nut not tight after car service
LOCATION: PERODUA SERVICE CENTRE WILAYAH PERKESUKUTAN LABUAN, MALAYSIA.
I went to service my car on October and I did request to check something that produce sound somewhere below the engine. The mechanic had open the tire to check the problem. Approximately 1 week after that, I heard a weird sound below the engine. I went to nearby workshop and the mechanic had check it and found that the lug nut or wheel nut did not tight. It can cause harm to the me if I ignore the sound. This is serious matter, please take better action to the worker.
Repairs after the accident
My car Perodua Axia VCG1455 still not completed the repair of body after the accident.
The staff said, it clear that will finish repair on November, but they said, will completed on December 2021.
I was very disappointed the service that they provided.
