I changed my fuel pump for 3 times it’s still same. Tak tahu la lagi berapa kali nak tukar 🤦🏽♀️.

Saya booking kereta pada bulan march dan telah sign agreement juga pada hujung bulan march. Tapi sampai sekarang belum dapat kereta. Ini dh lewat sangat. Ada apa apa masalah ke dengan perodua?
Service Center Just want to earn easy money, do routine service
As per title, i call perodua service center puchong jaya few time on different date. I want to send my car to check the issue on the steering problem, there is abnormal sound come from it when do turning. The SC just say no appointment date available for car check, just have slot for normal service. When i tell them to give a date on other month, they refuse to do so, just say no idea. Desired outcome: Give me the appointment, and most important thing, fix the car issue.
Tinted
Saya ingin membuat aduan rasmi berhubung perkhidmatan pemasangan tinted cermin hadapan pada 18/5/2022 pd pukul 10 pagi. Sy telah menghantar whatsupp pada jam 9:14 pg menyatakan kelewatan penghantaran kereta. Dan sy mendapat maklum balas pada jam 10:15 pg mengatakan org tinted dalam perjalanan tanpa saya mengetahui ada limit masa yang diperuntukan untuk memasang tinted kereta. Tiada maklumat lengkap tentang procuder untuk pemasangan tinted. Setibanya sy di body n paint perodua sepang, sy di hubungi oleh syarikat tinted mengatakan temujanji saya telah di batalkan dan di maklumkan tempoh menunggu hanya 15min bg pekerja pemasangan tinted. Sepatutnya pihak perodua memaklumkan secara jelas sop bg pemasanagn cermin tinted kereta, ini bg mengelakkan masalah yang berbangkit di mudian hari. Saya berharap boleh memperbaiki perkhidmatan pelanggan bg mengelakkan perkara yang sama berulang.
Time management
It happen that I made an appointment for my car service here at Perodua Service Kong Teck at Miri. I arrived at 7:30 in the morning. And submit my Service appointment at 8:00 AM. So my appointment was at 8:30 AM. Seems like I am among the earliest person here. As per plan during the previous service, My car will only do Minor service which is replacing the M-Oil. It happen that this time I need to replace my radiator Coolant. So I just agreed. The service advisor also told me the amount of time to complete the task which is 3 Hour. Up untill now it 9.00 AM! My car haven’t brought to Service Bay… the plan is supposed to be done in 11:30 AM now become 12:00 noon! I mean how is your system can delay to start your work within time frame while I can arrive early? Not even your workshop open I was here already! That’s why, If it’s not necessary to bring the additional new service idea, do not bring it to customer. Yes I don’t bother about the price or whatever it is. But it affecting my time. From the past 3 month according to the service log, my next service I believe will only consumed 1 hour I guess, 8:30 and done at 9:30AM. Now you guys bring up additional workload, whice require to be done in 3 hour, Im fine, I said yes, and it supposed to be done at 11:30AM. And from that 8:30AM as far as my eyes saw, 8:45 AM my car is still at the customer parking lot. And now it’s 9.00 AM. What is the point im making appointment at 8:30AM!? Tell me What is the point!?
New myvi se1.5 / faulty
On 02.04.2022, I have purchased a brand new MYVi SE. Upon driving the car, I discovered when braking will jerk and speed from 60- 80km there was weird sound coming loudly.
So, I decided to send for 1st 1000 km on 06.05.2022 service at MWE Commercial Park, Kepong and highlighted to the CSR the issue facing while driving the MYVi on the road. After checking, the team of foreman failed to rectify the car problem. CSR advise us to collect the car. The next two days the weird sound becoming louder, on 13.05.2022 I send it back to the service centre again. Upon checking and troubleshoot the foreman suspected the gear box faulty yet confirmation from the HQ to rectify and then they inform that the MYVi need to send to Rawang for investigation. (approximately 2weeks - 1month)
I am truly disappointed and shocked for what happened and find the situation unacceptable for a brand “NEW” car, simply don’t do happen.
While I do understand that manufacturing errors do happen, still I can’t comprehend the fact that the car quality control was not tested before handover.

DELAYED in car service
I sent my car (Myvi H 2019) for service due to flood at my area Shah Alam to Perodua centre Kuala Selangor on 28/12/2021 and received at centre at the same day. However, when I went to the centre to see the progress for my car on 15/4/2022 my car was left at the same place without roof or anything. i thought they have start changing the spare part or at least make some progress but there is no progress at all. The reason they not start doing it because all the spare part are not arriving yet at their centre.
I am so frustrated by looking at my car with no progress. When I asked them why they didnt start repairing my car, the reason they give because all spare part not arrive yet. Same reason when I asked them through phone call. When I asked estimated time for the all the spare part to arrive they didnt know when is it. And today on 25/4/2022 I went to the centre again and the same reason some spare part not arrive yet.
Almost 4 months my car in the centre, it been hard for me to go work by using grab or ask someone to fetch me to go to my work. My target for my car to be settled before Raya but it wont make it before raya. I really hope that my car can be settled as soon as possible and all spare part are available. At least give estimated time car can be settled. Thank You.
Booking of new car and delivery status
My wife booked for new Myvi in Nov 2021. The booKing was made through Otomobil Sepadu Sdn Bhd Kepong Kuala Lumpur. The loan was approved immediately and we were told a waiting period of 3 months. Until nid Feb nothing happened and no update what so ever. We were told to cancel if cannot wait.
We asked around if we can change model with ready stock and decided to change to Ativa and made booking via Highstage Marketing Sdn Bhd as they had ready stock. But from March till now almost end april we still dont get any update and are told have to wait indefinitely. No dates just wait. What happened to the ready atock promised no one knows. Everyone in Peeodua seem to be very rude and arrogant as they keep saying cancel of cannot wait.
Just because the car sells by itself, the service provides really sucks.
My wife had to sell her old car as not to lose on the value and now we end up paying grab RM40 daily to get to work and home.
No idea of when we will receive the car and if even anyone in Perodua bothers to listen to our complaint. We are screwed for choosing Perodua and supporting Malaysian product.

Pending backorder spare part & very slow process
I met with an accident on January 2022 and sent my car to Bintulu Service centre, however they took so long for the repair due to pending BACKORDER sparepart (10 item) for my car PERODUA ARUZ QAA 2766 Y until today 18/04/2022 my car is still there. Service centre asked me to contact HQ, HQ promised to escalate this matter to their related departments for their further action but no action taken & no urgency from their side while i'm here dying to waiting such a long process. it's been 3 months already.
This delay is due to perodua HQ not ship the pending backorder sparepart ASAP. I just need a date so that service centre can proceed the repair process and also I can do a better plan my transportation for time being since I don't have other vehicle to use.

THE NEW MYVI CAR 2022
To whom it may concern, I am writing to make an official complaint regarding the new Myvi 2022 (VHQ 4807) that I purchased in Putrajaya from Najmiyah and received two weeks ago, on the 4th of April 2022. I have only had the car for two weeks, but the engine keeps dying and unable to start for countless times.
I went to the perodua service centre in Batu Caves on Monday 11th of April at 3:30pm and for the first time they informed that they have reset the setting and assured that everything was okay and good to go. Unfortunately, this was not the case, on the same day, my car engine died and could not be started, one incident I was existing Melawati Mall and the car engine and I could not start the car after 30 mins. Another incident occurred when I stopped to refuel my car and I could not start after 1 hour.
The next day on the 12th of April 2022 at 2:00pm, I went to the same perodua service centre and they checked the car, I was told that due to front window that was tinted the AHB sensor could not be used as it will cause the system to malfunction and I could not believe this, I save up money since I was in first year of University to buy a car and now I am in my final year, wanting to purchase a car with high safety features, it cannot be used?!?!? WHY PUT TINTED IN THE FIRST PLACE IF THE SENSOR CANNOT DETETCT IT? DOES PERODUA EVEN DO A TEST AND CHECK TO SEE IF IT WAS PRACTICAL OR NOT? The perodua service people than guaranteed that, there was no other problems with regards to the car as long as I turned off the sensor.
However during the course of that week from 13-16th of April, my car was still the same despite turning of the sensor. On the 16th of April 2022 at 4:00, I tried to start my car, but the engine could not turn on. I waited for about one hour after giving up and called the perodua service centre, but they were all unavailable. I had to leave my car because it could not be started? I JUST BOUGHT A BRAND NEW CAR THAT WAS NOT EVEN ONE MONTH!
I had to get a friend who is a mechanic at HONDA to check the car and he said that there was something wrong with the car and the perodua service people just checked the car for the the sake of just checking the car, but not finding the root of the problem.
When my car could not start, the whole symbol on the dashcam was turned on and it says ‘Malfunction,’ the brake pedal is very stiff. There was also an incident where when I tried to start the car all the symbols did not turn on, but only the aircon light was turned on, but there was no ac. After that I could not turn my car on or switch it off as it was jammed. The light on the aircon also kept flickering and the positive part at the car battery was hot.
IF THIS PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED FULLY AND I GET INTO AN ACCIDENT BECAUSE OF THIS, I WILL SUE PERODUA FOR DAMAGES. I AM NOT USING MY INSURANCE FOR THE NEGLIGENCE THAT WAS CLEARLY ON PART OF PERODUA.
I SAVE UP FOR 4 YEARS NOT TO PURCHASE A CAR THAT WAS DEFECTIVE, I WILL BE IN DEBT AND HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS CAR FOR THE NEXT 9 YEARS, SO I WOULD WANT MY MONEY’S WORTH and AT LEAST HAVE A CAR THAT DOES NOT DIE ON ME.
Poor quality of good year tyres just 3 years. Manufacturing defect

I'm Catherine Low and I have to highlight this safety issue for perodua to take note of the quality control of the good year tyres x 4 for my car.
It was came to my attention that the tyres were not good / with rubber peel off, please see photos of all tyres and its manufacturing date is 1019 as per photo. Means it is March 2019 and my car registration was April 2019. It was not perodua problem but the tyres conditions was very poor with just 3 years with 2 years of mco lock down. My car mileage is 48186.

The life span of any tyres was estimated about 5 years.
With the poor quality from good year, I don't think it is a normal condition with just 3 years old tyres, it is a manufacturing defects. I appeal for a replacement for this defective tyres which has risked me while driving the car.
I sincerely hope that someone will help me to escalate my issues to the upper level for immediate rectification and replacement without further delay.

Car spare part
It's been 4 months since I send my car to the service center after the flash flood in 2021. As of now, my car still awaiting the spare part from the HQ. There is still no answer regarding the purchase of the spare part whether it is being sent or not. Please resolve it since it's taking too much time. The bad service ever.
Desired outcome: Just come out with the dateline when will the item be received. Don't just go silent without any news.
Sales advisor, Tasek Service Centre
Disappointed of the sales advisor En. Ridzuwan as he that he ordered the wrong spare part of my first visit service centre on 24/03/2022 and wasting my time to go centre on 26/03/2022.
Never appologize of his mistake and empty promise - say will return the wrong spare part and will get back to contact me but never follow-up the matter until I called Tasek Centre and Operator assisted me to leave message and ask En. Ridzuwan to return my call on 06/04/2022.
My second time went to service centre on 07/04/2022 and En. Ridzuwan finally reorder spare parts that I requested and said will assist to install the spare part for me once I paid spare part money.
However my third time went to service center on 11/04/2022, En. Ridzuwan just gave me the spare part and asked me to install myself.
His service is really poor that ask customer to collect the paid spare part and self-install by customer.
Smart tag and dashcam
The smart tag is not working in toll gate and my dash cam is not recording my entire driving.

Im complaining about perodua branch bandar baru uda which we service car there. I dont know the techinician check or not but after service this car, we found this problem which battery low and cannot start the engine. Then in this year it happen again, maybe technician not checking this car battery and 'kong' again. And after service, he said change the aircond filter but how come suddenly my aircond become not function. Certain time ok certain time not.
Service centre & service person
My car was caught in flood and was unable to start. Appointment was made on the 16th March 2022, but given date on the 29th March 2022.
Upon reaching Roda Kayangan Service Sdn Bhd the service centre, Mdm Pamela attended to my case. Told that it will take 5-6months then only can check and force to sign a paper. When asked what is the paper she mentioned that everyone need to sign the paper. She also warned that if we serviced the car outside, all the warranty would be voided.
In the noon, she called back and say we will check your car only when free, no time limit to be exact.
This is unacceptable if you give an appointment to tell your customer that there is no time limit then will only check when you are free and force signing a paper without knowing what is that.
Refused to repair my car
I would like to lodge a formal complaint on the staff and manager of perodua service center Cyberjaya branch. They refused me to let me make an appointment when they know that my car is a flooded caf
My car was flooded on 7/3/21 and the water went into the car causing my car difficult to start the engine and the electronic board seems got problem. I called cyberjaya perodua service center on 8/3/21 to make an appointment to inspect and checking my car. After knowing condition of my car, the staffs said the only available appointment for flooded car is in June 2022. When I told them I am ok with the appointment, they very reluctant to let me make the appointment and asked me to make an appointment with other branch. I told them that I am not in hurry because I can use my other car. After that, the staff told me that he will call me back once he confirmed the date in June. However, I didn’t get any reply from them. Hence, I called the cyberjaya perodua service center again on the next day on 9/3/2022. This time, I didn’t reported to them that my car is a flooded car, I just told them I just wanna make an appointment for normal car inspection or checking. The staff immediately booked an appointment for me in 3 days time (12/3/2022). However, I received the call from the staff few hours later informing me that they needs to cancel my appointment. This is because they are lack of manpower as got staff is infected with covid-19. I told them is ok, they can delay or postponed my appointment. However, the staff sound very reluctant to let me postpone the appointment. He kept asking me to make an appointment with other branch. I told him I am staying in cyberjaya and I am not in hurry. At the end, he agreed to postpone my appointment to 28/3/2022.
Unfortunately, my car broke down on 10/3/2022 and need to jump start the engine. The broke down area is just 40m away from Cyberjaya Perodua service center. I called up the Cyberjaya branch and asked for help. I told them if I can tow my car to their center since the broke down place is very near to the center. However, the staff refuse to allow me to send my car there. He kept saying they are lacking of staffs because got staff infected with covid. I told them is ok, I just want to left my car there, I can wait for the queue and they can repair my car once they got enough manpower. The staff told me that my car will take about months to be ready. I think the reason he gave is not reasonable because those staffs infected with covid eventually will come back to work after 7 days, not months. Eventually, I told him that I am ok with that because I got another car to use, even if it take 1 year to be ready also is ok. Despite I am saying that, the staff still refuse my request and he told me there are no parking or place for me to leave my car there. I feel this is ridiculous and unacceptable excuse.. I think all this happened is because my car is a flooded car. Lately perodua launch a programme for flooded car where the flooded victim can get 50% discount on spare part and free labour fee. When I confronted the staff whether they refused to repair my car is because my car is a flooded car, he kept silent and quiet. At the end of the conversation, he was very rude saying that “ Kalau you nak hantar kereta awak tu untuk repair kat sini, hantar saja la.” What kind of attitude is this ? Come on, this is not professional at all .. As a car repair and service center, the aim is to help the customer to solve the problem. Cyberjaya perodua service center is the worst branch I have ever seen.. I am ready not happy with their attitude.
This is not the first bad experience with them. Last year I had a bad experience with the staff attitude as well. I sent my car for inspection and checking because my car become harder to start the engine last year. The staff there just start my car and switch on the lights then told me everything are ok without really checking my car properly …
I really hope that the respective authority will take an action on cyberjaya branch. The branch manager and the staffs there really have attitude problem. Thanks
