Bezza complaint engine oil and radiator water leaked
To The Senior Management (PERODUA) 15-Aug-2022
With all due respect, I am writing to complaint about the unsatisfactory service I received from your car service center at Seksyen 19, Petaling Jaya. I have been using your service all these while for maintenance of my car Perodua Bezza (Vehicle no.: V 2532) since I first bought this car, not once I service my car at other places.
Recently about 2 weeks ago, I noticed that on and off I was having difficulty to start engine, it took a few seconds delay to start, at first I thought it was battery problem, therefore I went to a workshop near to my house to change my car battery. After changing the battery, the foreman helped to check the water level, surprisingly found that the coolant was mixed with oil, he then advised me to immediately sending back to Perodua service center. On the same day, I dropped my car at your service center for inspection, which is my usual place for car service. I was enraged when your staff saying that my car having this problem because I was late for car service therefore there’s no more warranty! My last service with you was on Dec last year, and how can my coolant mixed with oil when it’s just 2 months late!? In fact, my mileage just reached 72000km. I wonder if this is standard practice at your service center or all you want to do is refuse to take any responsibilities. As I know, this problem is not something that can easily be identified unless I notice something not right about my engine performance. I was shocked from what happened to my car and first-hand cars simply don’t do that. For just only 5 years I’ve been driving this car, it gives many problems to me (please check back the record), while I do understand that manufacturing errors do happen. This is not the car I would have expected from a company like Perodua.
Please refer back to your record sometime last year where my Bezza air-cond blowing hot air. After many months rectifying, trouble shooting and repair, I finally got back my car in December. 2021.
Just eight month time, this time the radiator and engine oil mix with water problem don't you think this problem is directly related to MANUFACTURING DEFECT problem? Worst thing is your service man keep pointed because I overdue sending the car for service don't even bother to do any investigate. To me this is very irresponsible attitude and put customer in victim position.
Please check the mileage from Last December till now how many mileage I been used can causing this oil water mix problem.
Please respond to my request immediately. DO NOT JEOPARDISE a good customer's trust on Perodua so far. I CANNOT ACCEPT the answer and respond your PJ service center given. I even surprise a Japanese JV car manufacturer allow this type of answer to their customer. IT IS AN ASHAMED AND VERY IRRESPONSIBLE APPROACH.
I urge someone from the SENIOR MANAGEMENT of PERODUA will pay full attention on my problem above.

Saya kemalangan pada 19 Julai 2022 yang lalu dan sehingga hari ini 12 Ogos 2022 kereta masih di bengkel perodua Bandar Serenia, Jiwa Panduan. Saya dimaklumkan oleh pihak bengkel bahawa bumper kereta (bezza Adv1.3) tiada stok dan perlu pre order.
Jadi saya mohon pihak perodua untuk menjawab berapa lama lagi saya perlu tunggu kereta siap?

Delivery complain
I has make a booking on April. The dealership said that Axia Style white colour will be receive 1-3 months upon booking date and loan approval. Until now, i have yet to receive any news or documentation of ownership. I need the car ASAP.
Perodua should have been more forthcoming about this matter. Time is value, promises must be kept.
Fix your operation procedures.

Puchong body repair & paint repairing duration
Hi,
I'd sent my car (Myvi AV 1.5V) to the center on 19th May 2022 right after my accident. Insurance company received all the docs required and police report as well on the next day.
The officer told me that I can get my car within 3-4 weeks.
June 04th : My insurance has been approved after I makes many call to insurance company.
June 8th: I called to center ask for progress, I was informed that insurance is just approved and now booking and waiting for part arrival. And when i ask for ETA, only realised 3-4 weeks is counting after insurance approved. It's okay, I can just wait for a month.
June 20th: I call again to follow up the progress, I was inform that a supplementary claim is submitted on june 9th, its for my car skirt. Its waiting for approval again! but why they dont submit together as the car skirt obviously is broken but the center never figure out when first submission and adjuster survey progress?
June 28th: Supplementary claim approved.
July 04th: I call again to follow up the progress, I was inform that waiting for car skirt arrived and need to paint only can put on my car. and the officer told me they got many car to replace. Hmm, but i sent my car to queue and repair for 7 weeks.
July 18th: follow up - On painting progress. And they say can done within this week
July 26th: they take initiative to call me and tell me everything is done, just need to make replacement on my tyre. can take my car in 2-3 days
July 29th: I called and ask can I get my car today. They told me need to sent my car for car wash. and can get back on Monday. Well t, this is another delay
August 1st: received their whatsapp attached with my car image. when i ask whether its well repaired, they told me yes, but airbag is not ready.
I think I'm tolerated enough that allowed them to delay again and again, told me done but every time also got some part is pending. I need my car to work and i can take public transportation to my workspace, 3 hrs duration for go and thru can let go travel to Ipoh everyday. No courtesy car as the service center take damn long time for repair. I still tolerate.
But as they promised I can get my car today, I ady arrange my job when they informed me, I need to cross state for my working. Can u make sure they can done in this week?
I'm very dissapointed with this kind of service and experience.

Body Repair & Paint Services Sungai Petani
Hi,
I'm having some issue here. I have sent my car Perodua Myvi 1.3 plate number PQE 4798 at Perodua Service Centre Sungai Petani for insurance claim. According to the proposal, the estimated time to complete all the progress about 60 days. Insurance claim approve is on 20th May, after 2 days my insurance was approved I contacted Perodua to remind them about this in case they overlooked it. One month from the date the insurance is approved, I contacted them to find out about the progress repairing for my car, and info provided at the time, currently waiting queued for painting process. I tried to get confirmation of the car estimate when it could be completed as the travel distance from my house to the office took about 1 hour and half and it greatly burdened me with transportation cost, but unfortunately that person in charge has twisted his statement by saying that he also unsure when my car can be done all the process. If there are any further components that need to be replaced then the process will take even longer. Are you kidding me? Any components that need to be replaced should be listed from the beginning before the insurance is approved and also when the adjuster comes to insect my car! After all I am truly regret and disappointed. Even last week, after I contacted the person in charge En Haniff to ask when will the car be done and he replied me if you have cash then you pay by cash. Why do I have to be stupid to withdraw my own cash when there's insurance coverage and in addition the accident that happened was confirmed by the police it's not my fault!

Perodua's service, new car Perodua Myvi 2022 problem banyak
Hi, I bought this new car for only 1 month, but I already drove to service/repair for over 4/5times.
Unfortunate to me, NON of them settled the problem of my car, and also this car's problem is getting even more worse.
After the first time service, 1000km mileage service, my car brakes are already having problems of getting more loose, and my steering got even more tighter, and also my handbrakes getting more and more tighter.
All same car Perodua Myvi but why my steering is more tighter than others?
And my brakes are very hard to control, its very loose, I need to step till the end of the brake everytime only I can stop the car.
And everytime I turn a corner, the car will get very unstable.
Even the salesman who sells this car to me said that my car steering is even more tight than other Myvi after test driving,
My friends family others also said the same thing, new car shouldnt be like this.
But only the workers of (perodua service centre) said my car is 'OK mah'/'No problem ah'/'Myvi is like that one'/'Dont compare with other brands' etc.
Only for the brake problem, I already went 2/3 times Perodua service centre, Perodua Service (Cheras) and Perodua Service (Balakong)
But non of them said got problem. Haven't start checking, already saying no problem.
But the 3rd time I went back they said they found the problem, 'my brakes leaking oil'
and now the problem is back again, one day only, same situation again, my brakes need to step till the end only the car will stop.
So now the brake problem is back again. And my steering problem also never stop before.
I dont know where I need to go to fix this car already.
Is this perodua's quality or is this ur management problem?
This steering problem might be a big burden/problem to u guys, but I also used Money to buy this car.
I dont know what can I do with this car already, or I should post as ad to the newspaper?
Is it Perodua's service after sales like [censored] only know to talk cock?
Or Perodua's company forgot to do arrangements for which is customer service or which one is foreman?

My car WC7884R Perodua Myvi was get claim in 3th of June but until now they are not going to finish settle for me, their customer service is so bad and they keep on giving different information status repair on my car.
i am fell cheated and very not satisfy on what they are doing right now.
I don't know why insurance company still provide this panel to me, although in Google Rating is 2.8 ONLY and there is THOUSAND of customers in comments was facing the same problem too.

Pd 2.6.22, sy hantar produa aruz ke p.servis Kluang. Mslah pd kreta sy x dpt diselesaikan, hmpir sminggu kreta tersadai di sana. Akhirnya mereka beri tahu kreta blh dibaiki dgn membeli ECU bharga rm1K ++. Sy x puas hati dan bawa kreta ke p.servis Kota Tinggi. Mslah settle x smpi ¹/² jam. Adakah pro2 Kluang hanya nak jual brg? Bad service, no intervention done when I report my problem
I bring my Aruz 2019 to SC Perodua sungai petani made complaining about the steering signal turn on and off. When the signal is appear, the car steering can't turn right or left and sometime it's hard to turn. The mechanic there check the system through computer but didn't find any problem. They ask me to go back and if it happen again come back again. The problem is, the signal steering keep come out for the past 2 weeks. Why I need to come back again with that condition. Why don't the look for the problem instead ask me to go back. I'm so disappointed with the service. If otw back my car cannot turn right or left at the corner and there were accident did they be responsible for that? Im very angry because the keep ask me to go back and like they didn't trust me regrading the signal because they didn't find it pop out ta the computer. Otw back, about 10x the signal come out and 1x I need to stop in the middle of the road. Luckily the car beside slow down. I already message the officer that entertain me at SC otw back home after 3x the signal come out. I also record 2 video when the signal come out and send it to him. but he just ask me to remove all accessories that I install on that car. I said to him that I didn't install any accessories but he keep ask me to remove. What the hell. I ask to send back my car on the next morning and hope they will do their job and find the problem.
Desired outcome: I hope they will be more professional in handling the cases. My case is quite serious but the just ignored it. My cases can cause accident if I keep stop on the middle of the road. I'm lucky enough that I don't get into accident.
Bezza ekzos rusty
I bought a brand new car, bezza recently and I got shock to see the exzos are of the car is fitted with rusty material. My car is just under 300km mileage when I found tht underneath. When I approached, the service center nearby they refused to change a new exzos wherelse request me to have paint work. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this service as this is a brand new car and the car is given to customer with rusty material.
Desired outcome: Since the car is still under waranty, i will be happy if you replace with new exzos since this is faulty from your production line delivering car with rusty material without checking. I hope you can resolve this asap.
door latch chrome coating peeling off
I have had my car for almost 7 years. Until recently that I was sitting on the front passenger's seat. While opening the door , I felt a sharp pain on my finger then I thought there's a needle or whatsoever was there and my finger bled. I checked the latch and I saw the chromatic coating scalded and it is very sharp. It has now become hazardous. Getting a new part would be expensive so I want perodua to be responsible for this as it has caused injury. Your product worn out and it caused me injury. I have contact customer service and they told me to go to the nearest perodua service centre. That would be for them to charge me for a new part and wasting my time. Why would I bear the cost when it is clearly a product defect. The defect of the peeling off chromatic coating is very sharp like knife.
Desired outcome: I want perodua to change it for free because it is now a hazard to someone like me or my passengers.

After my major aircond service at perodua sg lalang sg petani, surpriselings the aircond still not cold, I left for 3 days there, and when picking up hoping the problem is solved. Tak kan tak check before u do ur service? I have to go back another day to do the service, have to take leave from work and everything. Pls la be have some responsibility in your work. Avoid buying produa battery
We bought a battery from produa on September 2021, the battery seemed to be faulty. battery died 2 times in less than 10 month. the first time was only 3 month after purchase. Warranty still on but produa kulim, kedah still argue and refused to offer replacement for the faulty battery.

kereta bezza sy terlibat dengan kemalangan pad 09/05/2022 dan sy telah hantar ke pusat services semambu pd 10/05/2022 n berjumpa dengan en nurhilmi. kereta sy hanya mengalami kerosakan kecil melibatkan bumper depan, bonet dan pintu belakang penumpang. menurut en nurhilmi ia akan mengambil masa paling lama sebulan bergantung kepada insurans dan giliran membaik pulih.
selepas 2 minggu 24/05/2022 sy menghubungi en nurhilmi untuk bertanya kan status kereta dan jwpn nye ialah masih lgi menunggu approval dripada pihak insurans. saya bertanya kan kerana sy memerlukan kereta untuk bergerak ke temapat kerja dan juga urusan harian sy...dan en nurhilmi berkata kereta kemungkinan akn siap awl atau pertengahan jun..
dan hari ini 08/06/2022 sy menghubungi en nurhilmi semula..dan jwpn drpd beliau sgt mengecewakan iaitu insurans belum meluluskan tuntutan dan insurans tidak jwb panggillan mereka(pihak perodua). sy sendiri segera menghubungi insurans sy Takaful Ikhlas bertanya kn berkenaan status tuntutan sy. dan pihak insurans memaklumkan Pegawai yang menguruskan tuntuan sy dimasukkan ke wad dan tiada sebarang follow up dr pihak perodua utk tuntutan sy sehingga sy menghubungi pihak insurans. dan pihak insurans juga memberitahu bahawa mereka akan meluluskan tuntutan sy sesegera mungkin (berkemungkinan pada hari ini juga) dan akan emailkn pd pihak perodua.
jadi disini, saya ingin bertanya bagai mana cara kerja staff perodua berkaitan tuntutan insurans? knpa tidak memaklumkan kepada sy masalah berkaitan insurans? jika maklumkan kepada sy lebih awal berkemungkinan kes ini blh selesai dengan cepat..harap pihak perodua ambil perhatian, kami sebagai pengguna memerlukan kenderaan untuk bergerak dan bergantung pada kereta tersebut sahaja. sepatut nya pihak perodua membantu mempercepatkan proses baikpulih kereta kami bukan sebaliknya.

The engine oil fill until over the normal
I send the car at perodua sibu service.centre. I make appointment 1:30pm, i arrive that on time . But my car service at 3:15pm. I thinks is many people so be late service my car but the customer queue next my appointment early finish service than me , if like that why wanted make appointment again. After that , i arrival home , my husband check the engine.oil , the techinician fill out more than the normal level , this is a simple skills , why make mistake like that.
Poor service
I have some issue here. I have sent my car Perodua Bezza X 1.3 SS2124Y plate number at Perodua Putatan for insurance claim. According to the proposal, it will only takes estimated 7 days @ 1 weeks for the car to be done replace, repair and so on. First claim approve is on 4th April, but since the workshop need to order some of the spare parts, I only sent the car on 9th May after all the spare parts is ready and arrived. On 10th May, SA contacted me again informed that they applied additional quotation due to car chassis problem (meaning they did not check the car properly during inspection with the adjuster) and I have to wait again for the second claim to be approve. Second claimed approved on 19th May. On 23rd May I went there to check the car progress but none of the parts have been install and fender not paint yet and today 3rd June I went there to check again still no progress same like on the 23rd May. How long does it need to be repair? I have waited for so long. I am supporting local company but I was shock that I get this kind of services. I am truly regret and disappointed. Even today, after went there I contacted the SA to ask when will the car be done and he replied me to go there directly again and ask the mechanic by myself. I seek your assistance and attention, looking forward for your soonest reply. Thank You!
