I have been using Prepay for over 1 year now and they are the best. Sam is awesome and what I like the most is that they are so personal with everything. Communication is awesome. For those whom complain about being overpriced its a business they are here to make money and make customers happy by being able to supply us with monthly payments on items that WE want but can not afford right away... I LOVE PERPAY...
Had no problems at all
This was my first time using perpay. As they do charge a considerable markup, as someone who can afford payments and not lump sums this was good option. I took a chance on it and I got my item in less than a week. I ordered the new Xbox elite controller and it works perfectly. I have not had to experience the customer service yet but my experience was flawless. The only downside is the markup. Again, it's a good option for me. Thanks!

Perpay Is Legit
I read reviews some people are saying they didn't have a great experience but I did. I turned my perpay information into my employer the payment was taking out 10/13 my product was at my house 10/15. Although the site said it would take 3 to 5 weeks. If your item is accessible at the moment and your payment info legit you will get your products in good time as if you bought it full price direct from the original retailer themselves. I love this site good job guys.

My company sent $350.00 instead of the $83.00 payment I'm required to make. Betsy from perpay was super quick to respond and offer me my options. She was able to just deduct the payment owed and bounce the overage of 271 to my savings account. I had issues with verifying my new account and she called me up and did it over the phone for me. Amazing service. This wasnt even their fault and they made it right. I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of stuff from them and will continue to order. Amazing company that will soon lead the way for no or low credit financing.

I use Perpay for everything I bought so much from the microwave a ps5 a Xbox series x I bought 2 tvs also a bed and planning more purchases. With that said let me get to the review your very first item takes a while to ship but after that everything else ships right away I'm talking 2 to 3 days after the first payment. I've not gotten anything that was broke messed up or anything also my credit score has raised while using Perpay the even offer discounts and ways to add money to the next purchase which is always nice. The only thing I don't like is that it takes so long to get in touch with anyone but other then that I'm happy with it they take the money out of your paycheck so you done have to worry about missing a payment I'm truly happy with using them if I can't afford to buy something out right I always check Perpay first it's just so much better then having to search and save up money when I can buy it from them instead and use the items that I need while I pay them off I'm a lifetime customer thank you perpay
Appalling Customer Service: My Perpay Nightmare
I started my purchase with Perpay back in November and was looking forward to receiving my items. However, I was disappointed to find out in December that my items wouldn't arrive until after Christmas due to issues with my payroll company. I didn't mind waiting a little longer, but by mid-January, I still hadn't received anything. I tried to contact customer service, but it was a nightmare. There was no one to talk to or chat with, and all I could do was send a message. They promised to get back to me within a day, but it took them five days to respond.
Finally, I received one of the two items I ordered, but it was the wrong item. I had ordered a purse, but I received a wallet instead. When I contacted customer service to let them know, they told me that I was wrong. I couldn't believe it! A wallet and a purse are two completely different things. To make matters worse, the gaming chair I ordered got lost in transit. When I contacted customer service about it, they told me that the chair was no longer available and that I had to pick a new one.
After picking a new chair, I had to threaten a lawsuit to get it. By this time, Perpay had already taken my money, even though I had one incorrect product and not the other one. They had the nerve to tell me to send back the wallet and a shipping label, but they hadn't sent me the correct product yet. It's now March, and I started this process in November. No one has reached out to me in weeks about the purse, and I am absolutely disgusted.
It seems like one hand doesn't know what the other is doing at Perpay. I received a message last night saying that my package was just received on February 17th, even though it's now February 22nd. I have all the emails and messages to prove it. I want a phone call to resolve this issue once and for all. The customer service at Perpay is appalling, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Despite this evidence, they were unable to offer me a direct refund. Instead, they offered to credit my account for future purchases. However, I have no intention of making any future purchases from Perpay, so I requested that they return my money the same way they had taken it.
In my opinion, Perpay's actions were shady and unethical. If I had not stopped the payments myself, they would have continued to deduct payments from my account for a product I did not have. I can only wonder how many other people they have done this to who have not realized it.

The funny thing is that it was a personal account number from my bank, JP Chase Morgan. I was concerned about this, so I called Chase Bank to inquire about the account number. The phone calls are recorded, and I have a long-standing business account with Chase, so I knew I could get some answers.
I spoke to a supervisor who verified my identity and asked me why I was trying to set up a money transfer to someone's personal account. I explained that Perpay had given me the account information and routing number. The supervisor immediately told me to stop and not proceed with the transfer. They opened up an investigation ticket into the account to track and trace all transfers and transactions. I cannot condone this type of action, and like others, I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I hope there are enough negative reviews from here for the BBB to blacklist this company in the US for fraud and fraudulent business practices to protect my fellow American citizens.
I must add that if I catch any of my personal information on the web or dark web, I will be contacting my attorney immediately. I have credit alert and personal monitoring with LifeLock active, just in case Perpay tries to do something against me because of this bad review.

Perpay is accountable for stopping payments on a canceled order, not our employer's end.
Despite all of this, Perpay has continued to take payments from us, even though the order was canceled. We have never heard of a company doing this before, and we are getting upset. We are owed $237.02 on a payment plan that was originally $118.51 for a $1k order. We just wanted to help build my husband's credit, but now we are having money stolen from us by this company without any return. We have tried to call Perpay directly, but their line is down, and they are not accepting calls. We are at our wits' end, and we have filed a case with the BBB. Our next step is to contact the police for theft of wages.

They have started deductions from my pay and not sent the item I ordered. I order a Google pixel pro and they are taking 100 bucks for each paycheck but still haven't shipped the phone. This has been going on a month and you can not call to speak to anyone and the online assistant is never available to chat. I just wanted the phone I ordered shipped and immediately but getting any help from them is ridiculous.

Incompetent staff and inability to deliver my package to MY address 3 time mistake
I ordered a double wagon for my grandsons to be sent prior to Aug 4th for their birthday to be delivered in CO. It was delivered to Arcadia California. I live in texas and have made several orders with PERPAY When I contacted the ROBOT customer service, 2 days later I received an email asking me for proof that it went to CA, it clearly shows it on the FEDEX document. But, again I had to show them that I ordered it to go to Colorado. Finally they reordered it and I was told that it couldn't be shipped to the same address per their policy, although it was their mistake. This time, I told them to deliver it to my address whom I've been using to have my previous orders shipped too. Guess what, this shipment went to Buffalo, NY this time, again the fedex company is getting their information by PERPAY. Now I am furious and cannot reach a live person and was told once again to show proof that it went to Buffalo NY as if they can't review it on their end. Also I was told to continue making my payments on time. This time, I reordered it for the THIRD time, GUESS what, I had to use another address instead of my address, so I sent it to my son's address in CO, where my twin grandsons reside, this time, I just received confirmation from FEDEX that my order was delivered to OHIO, Are they just pulling straws and throwing my item to where ever they decide. I can't reach anyone and I have demanded to speak with someone! This is the worst customer service and it's very unprofessional that I have to show proof they they continue to mess up my order and this stupid policy that they can't resend the order to the address that I've asked them too is more ridiculous. I I can't speak with a live agent, the phone number listed on googles website doesn't work. Please DONT order anything from this company. It has been more than a night mare I started this order on August 3rd and we're far into September and supposedly this wagon has traveled the world with the exception of where I asked for it to be delivered. STOLEN FUNDS
My husband signed up for Perpay. He was approved. He's a stay at home parent and I work. So I figured as we have done similar with Progressive leasing and a few other buy now pay later platforms that me paying for my husband wouldn't be an issue. 1) As were married so income is all combined together, 2) I've never heard of a company throwing a hissy fit over a spouse paying for the other spouses bill. It's technically a bill. Well less fast forward. I recieved an email saying spouses cannot pay for other spouses order. So we canceled the order. Cool. This is going back to Thanksgiving we originally placed the order the beginning of November. If they were so picky with how the order was being paid for than why did they a) wait 2 weeks to tell me b) take the funds first than tell me it was an issue? So here's the problem. The order has been canceled. I keep going back in forth with someone named Stuart on Perpay via email about my missing funds. He is telling me I have to have my payroll stop sending the payment. Well I called both my payroll and human resources at my employer and both have told me the same exact thing. They a) have never heard of a buy now, pay later company do this once an order is canceled they don't keep taking. 2) it might be fraud 3)they have no way to stop payments for something that is not along the lines of garnishing/court ordered garnishment etc 3) the company PERPAY is accountable to stop taking payments on a canceled order. Not my employer's end. PERPAY has been saying it's my employer. No it's not. I get paid biwkly. The order was canceled Thanksgiving day. I haven't recieved my original amount back. They just took another payment. If me paying for my spouse was such a massive issue than why is this BNPL company continuing to take the funds. I have never heard of this. I have paid for my husband on other BNPL platforms and have never been screwed over like this. I'm getting upset. This company has taken a second payment and hasn't even redirected my original payment back to my employer. Yes I had my payroll check for any credit/return adjustments etc. Human Resources in my Payrolls department also checked. There is nothing. They're stealing funds. So far I'm owed $237.02 on a payment plan that was originally $118.51 on PERPAY for a $1k order. All I was trying to do was help build my husbands credit as it is limited and he is a stay at home parent. It should not matter how it gets paid as long as it's legitimately paid on time and in a timely manner. I have tried to call PERPAY directly to no avail. Their line is down says they're not accepting calls to either live chat or email. I'm at my wits end. I'm having money stolen from me from this company without no return. Stuart from PERPAY keeps telling me they sent my money back to my employer. I have direct deposit. They didn't. I have filed a case with the BBB and my next step is the police for theft of wages. AVOID this BNPL and use someone else like FOUR, QUADPAY (zip), PAYPAL, PROGRESSIVE LEASING. Do not fall into this trap. My Christmas for our kids has been cut short because of this company and their nonsense over not ending their deductions or as of yet returning my funds. They continue to say they've sent them however my employer currently says and shows no reflection on this. My employer/payroll/human resources also said that once an order is canceled its on their end (the BNPL) to no longer deduct. That they have never heard of a company demanding the employee to get the payroll to put a stop end on payments that are not garnishment. I even spoke with the company that handles case court ordered payroll garnishments for my employer and they strictly said that since this IS NOT a garnishment there is NOTHING they can do as well it is on this BNPL companies end not mine nor my payroll or my employer/human resources etc. Once a payment is canceled or an order is canceled it doesn't mean continue to take. I just want my money back

I had a really bad experience with Perpay Inc. (perpay.com). I used their services for two years and never had any issues until this year. The biggest problem I had with them was that they don't have a phone number that you can call to speak to a live person. This made it really difficult for me to get any help when I needed it.
When I got to my last payment on my Marketplace account, I stopped my Direct Debit from my payroll check so I could pay off the last $113.00 by Debit Card. However, this caused them to suspend my Credit Card account. I was really frustrated because I had never had any issues with them before and I didn't understand why they would do this.
I had to set up my Direct Debit from my payroll for one time just to pay off my balance. However, they suspended my Credit Card Account again stating that I missed a payroll payment. I was really confused because my Marketplace Account was $0.00 so I didn't understand what payment I had missed.
Now they are saying that I have to make payments through my payroll once again to make payments to my Credit Card. This is really frustrating because I don't want to have to deal with this anymore. I have decided to close my account with them and I would not recommend them to anyone.
If you need help from them, you have to chat with them and it takes 2-5 days for a response. This is really inconvenient and it made me feel like they didn't care about my business. Overall, I would not recommend using Perpay Inc. (perpay.com). If I could give them a rating of -10, I would!
Terrible Experience with Perpay Inc.: Broken TV, Poor Customer Service, and No Refund
I bought a 65" Samsung TV from Perpay Inc. (perpay.com) in January and it arrived on January 21st. Unfortunately, when I opened it, I found a crack on the screen. I contacted Perpay to request an exchange, but it took them a long time to respond. Eventually, they asked me to send pictures of the damage, but then they didn't reply for a while. I had to rate the conversation as terrible before I finally received an email saying that UPS would pick up the TV. However, it took them a whole month to send the return, which arrived on February 10th, after my initial order. To my disappointment, the TV had screen damage again! I paid $950 for this TV, and I have been paying $93.39 per month for three months without a working TV. This is unacceptable.
I asked Perpay for another exchange, and they sent me the information about UPS picking it up. However, UPS hasn't attempted to pick up the TV yet. When I called UPS to schedule the pickup, they refused to pick up the broken TV until they spoke to the shipper. It's already hard enough to talk to someone, and I just want my money refunded. I don't want to deal with this anymore. Perpay needs to figure out a way to come and get the TV because I'm done with them. Their concept is great, but their service is terrible. They need a customer service number because these issues seem to be frequent for them.
If anyone from Perpay is reading this, please call UPS and speak to their damaged claims department. You're making them look bad like they did the damage. I'm removing my payroll deductions, and I'm emailing you today about my refund. I hope you can resolve this issue quickly.

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for an order I requested that it be cancelled after I requested that the order be canceled the then process the order to be shipped. The status of the order had not been updated at all until I requested that they cancel the order. I no longer live at address they are sending it to. I don’t have transportation to pick it up at a different distribution center because they could not change the address. His recommendation was to wait until it ships and then call them and ask for it to be delivered somewhere closer to me. I don’t have a car to do that that’s why I requested that they cancel the order since they could not update the address and it was not canceled and has not been canceled and now it is being shipped out. My thought process is that they are now shipping it out so that they can charge me a restocking fee I would like the order canceled and my money all of my money back for this item.
