The booking service however definitely needs improvement. Each time I call the 1300 number I need to go through at least a 5-7 minute call because of very long recorded disclaimers and repeat questions about "new connection" or "repeat order". How can customer information not be available on your CRM.
Moment I call I ought to be able to complete the reorder just via IVR without having to speak to anyone. Moreover the call costs me money. Today's call and the previous one (I called on Wednesday and because Thursday is a public holiday I had to call again today, which is also a glitch) cost me RM4.00 which is not small change.
A few mins later I received a call back from Petronas that delivery was not possible, no reasons offered. I was given the name of a gas dealer in Sungai besi. I drove all the way to Sungai besi and found the dealer was closed ! I finally had to buy a Petron cylinder from a shop. This is unacceptable.
Pls fix this issue immediately. Thanks.
Desired outcome: Fix the contact centre glitches and make delivery of gas cylinders easier.
