the safety of fuelling car in early morning
It was 4.40 am 8/7/2018, the petrol station in simpang empat melaka had the cash counter close and left with 2 old men to take care of 2 pump for fuelling. There was no security and the fuel money was kept at his pouch bag only. The money and the safety of the workers were put at uneccesary risk to robbery. Not forgetting that the station had no lights on which made it harder for cctv To get any clear footage. This gives a bad impression of how low we look into the safety of our services and our workers. I would recommend for payment to be made at counter where the worker and money are safe with at least 2 lights on. Please take prompt action.

PETRONAS PETROL PUMP STATION CARD OFFLINE FOR DAYS!
1) During Eid, I've planned my trip back hometown. I am a loyal user of PETRONAS. I went to few stations HOWEVER, they say CARD OFFLINE. I've wasted my money to fuel up at other competitors due to PETRONAS DOES NOT ACCEPT CARD at that time. HENCE, the lost.
2) I AM A PETRONAS CARD HOLDER PLATINUM MASTERCARD. I've wasted the discount that i am entitled to. PLEASE REPLY TO MY MAIL FOR FURTHER CHECK.
I AM WRITING IN TO GET MY COMPENSATION OF DOWNTIME - I've wasted the discount I SHOULD get. This is so frustated. WHY PETRONAS IS OFFERING SUCH CREDIT CARD USER TO HAVE THE ENTITLEMENT DISCOUNT WHEN SERVICE IS DOWN FOR FEW DAYS?

petrol nozzle doesn't autostop for ron97 at petronas teras khidmat jalan jelebu
Petrol nozel for ron97 doesn't autostop which is cause the petrol overflow. Petronas staff dont want to pay compensation as i have to pay more than i should.The staff tried the nozel and as a result the nozel really overflow but no action taken and he arrogantly tell me to make a complaint in the website.i hope petronas should do schedule maintenance for the nozel so that no more overflow incident which is cause wasteful for customer.
I need clearification and compensation regarding this matter.Petronas should be responsible by giving compensation as it was his negligence.

products price not matching and not honour to the print price
I came in to buy petrol and I want to buy a Halls candy, and the price printed on the candy is RM 1.30 and POS machine scan shown RM 1.40, although only 10 sen different, but the operator should honour the print price, but the young Malay operator not only not honour the price yet make angry on me and throw the candy in front of me. I have taken the picture of the prices all the candies, and the front door of the gas station mentioned, I think your company should take some good "advices" to this station. I am not angry but rather your company should give retraining on all your gas station operator matters of customers relationship, honour, and polite policy.
credit card kiosk faulty and unprofessional staff
At 6.30pm just now I have drop by at Petronas Salak Jaya (Kajang bound). Prior to filing up I have tried twice on the credit card kiosk but failed. Instructed to pay inside, so I went in to the shop and hand the attendant my credit card. Told him that the card kiosk was down and I wanted to pump full tank. As I was walking back out he asked me to key in my authorization code for my credit card. I asked him the reason behind this. He told me even if I pump outside using credit card kiosk I will need to key in first. Yeah that's right, but that was when I am handling that alone. Not in front of him and he is holding my card before pumping is completed. I am very disappointed and furious with this kind of umprofesional services by your dealer, tarnishing the company name. For this kind of service in this age now is a definitely crusher for business. I vouch not to go and pump from that station ever.

I just filled my car at the petrol station in usj 4/1, My Impiana Kiosk Ent Petronas. Everywhere else I tell the cashier that I'm filling up with a full tank, go back and pump, then back to the cashier to pay with cash and with my mesra card.
This time, the cashier Amir( foreign worker) had to audacity to tell me, " you have to give the mesra card first, so no points given. You first time pump? Don't know policy?"
I was very close to giving him a piece of my mind. Really bad service. The station owner should look into this. Piss me off with that kind of attitude.

Saya penguna setia petronas dari dulu. Tapi amat kecewa dengan servis stesen minyak petronas yg tak boleh isi angin. Sy pergi ke petronas city park seremban 2. Kedua2 mesin angin rosak. Pergi pulak stesen minyak petronas kat lobak pun kedua2 mesin angin rosak. Takkan nak isi mnyak kat petronas kwmudian nak isi angin kena pergi lat shell? Tolonglah perbaiki mesin angin anda secepat mungkin. Saya dah banyak kali pergi balik petronas harap dah baiki mesin tu. Tapi hampa. Sia2 saja saya pergi balik. Customer tetap yg sakit hati.
very dissatisfied with petronas customer service
It happened last night at the Petronas station, Jalan 222, after supper with my parents. A kitten suddenly ran under my car as I was filling up the fuel. After paying the bill, I started the engine but as I was about to leave, I heard the kitten meowing. We turned off the engine to check our car and found out that the kitten is stuck in the car engine compartment.
We were having trouble locating the kitten because it was too dark. We asked the cashier for help and they only lend us a torchlight which was not bright enough. So, we went back to the Petronas staffs to ask for a broom or anything long to push the kitten out but one of your staffs, Alok simply replied, "tak ada". We received no help from the 4 staffs in the shop.
We would like to express our dissapointment with the staffs' from the aforementioned Petrol station. The staffs act irresponsibly towards customer's safety and were reluctant to provide assistance on simple tasks such as lending us a broom. In the end, we were helped by two fellow Petronas CUSTOMERS.
That said, I do hope Petronas can improve their customer service.

Your Petronas station located at Prai Industrial Park need to improve. I have visited there for refueling petrol for many times and i used to pay via petronas smartpay card or credit card. Every time also no receipts were printed out regardless which pump i used. Always have to trouble me to walk to the counter and request for a receipt. When feedback to the cashier, the response given to me is like the issue has been there for long but no one is addressing it. I think yours should look into it. Tx.
rude staff
Today I went to Petronas Putrajaya Presint 9D. Im disappointed on how the staff easily blame that im not speak clearly so that she gave the wrong pump colour. I have been told the staff that i want the yellow pump. The way she answered very rude. No sorry and polite. This Fair Chubby lady are not suit for cashier position. Why your company can hire this kind of staff?

I'm about refueling my gas by using debit card but she ask me my pin number which is private thing. And she also doesn't even have any attitude toward her customer. Talking about other customer looks like burglar ? Is this the way she should talk or behave? Please teach her about privacy things and judging people. Watching movies from phone 🤷🏻♀️
over-deduction and overcharging
On 3.3.2018, I filled up petrol at Petronas Outlet Jalan Genuang Segamat. The bill was RM80 and I used my debit card to pay for it. When I checked my account, a preauth debit Sale PSS Jln Genaung Sega for RM200.00 was in my statement.
I am formally lodging a complaint and seeking reimbursement. This should not even have happened in the first place
safety hazard at a petronas petrol station
Location: Petronas Petrol Station at Taman Setia, Tawau, Sabah, Malaysia
Date: 17 February 2018
Time: About 3:30pm.
I was sitting in a cafe opposite of the station and witnessed a dangerous incident happened at fuel dispenser #1. A woman customer who had just done her car fueling was pulling out the fueling nozzle from her car, only to realize that it was still pumping fuel (the nozzle did not stop as intended after fueling), inadvertently spilling massive amount of fuel on the ground.
Patrons at the cafe (about 30m away) shouted at her to immediately press the emergency stop button and seek help from the station staff. In panic, she dropped the nozzle and spilled more fuel on the ground (the nozzle was still pumping fuel). A male station staff finally came to the rescue and stopped the spilling after pressing a certain button at the fuel dispenser. The woman wanted to leave on the spot but was stopped by one of the patrons at the cafe as he feared the engine ignition might spark a fire. I also noticed that several children were sitting inside the woman's car during the whole incident.
After roughly 10 minutes of cleaning up by another female staff, the woman customer left safely with her car (the car was pushed 10 meters away from the spill before she reignites the engine). The cafe patron returned to tell us that the fueling dispenser is known to malfunction from time to time (he claimed he was told by the station staff). The female staff placed a safety cone and a fire extinguisher at the dispenser to prevent other customers from using it, but removed them about 20 minutes later.
Based on my observation, I would like to highlight a few potential hazards:
1. If the claim was true that the dispenser is known to malfunction from time to time, why is it still allowed to serve?
2. After closing the dispenser for less than 30 minutes, it was opened again without any inspection by the professionals. Is this aligned with the standard safety procedures?
3. I noticed that the female staff used a floor mop, soap and water to clean up the spill. I am not sure if this is the standard HSE procedure.
4. The station is located quite near to the residence (less than 50 meters away) and church (about 100 meters away). It seems a bit too close to my comfort.
5. No advice or help was seen given by the staffs to the woman customer during and after the incident. One wrong move and she could have killed herself and her family!
Hopefully the relevant team or department could look into this incident immediately and seriously to prevent any unwanted tragedy from ever happen at this and other stations at Tawau. Enclosed herewith is a picture taken roughly 45 minutes after the incident. Noticed that the dark spot on the ground at the circled dispenser is where the spilling took place.
complaint about services at simpang pulai petronas
21st January 2018, 7.20pm, my family back from Penang and dropped by at Simpang Pulai PETRONAS. I accompany 2 of my daughters to the toilet, found that gents and ladies toilet without lights even we try to switch on but failed. About 7.22pm we went into Mesra shop to get some breads, so my 12 years old daughter presented the cashier Mesra card to swipe, the Malay girl accepted the card and put on the table, bring out another Mesra card from the drawer to swiped. She didn't print out any receipt for us. After we left my daughter told me that the Malay girl didn't use our Mesra card to swipe. I was so angry that the Malay girl attitude.
stupid but rude staff & procedures
I drove to in first time to this petronas station in kesas highway heading towards subang jaya.
I always use samsung pay to pump petrol and purchase in many other stations which they do not need any verification or signature (Which is the right way).
This particular station ask me scan & and pump petrol...
Then ask me to comeback into shop to scan again..
After scan print receipt & sign.
This is my very 1st time seeing this kind of procedures

It meant for conveniences, not to give more trouble with your incompetent staff. Not to mention very rude & arrogant bangla in counter threatened not to process in future if not following "their procedure"
This procedure & attitude defeats the purpose of samsung pay. Get your information right before putting your staff infront.
voucher and the services of the staff
I went to Petronas to refill my car petrol.. As i was inform that customer will get a voucher when they fill RM 20 and above. When i went pay for it, there is no voucher given and the staff there just being silent and when requested, one of the cashier inform me that the voucher is not available at the moment and she give me a copy of the receipt for me to redeem at any Petronas outlets. After a week, i went to another outlet near my home, i showed my receipt and they said the voucher was finish also. I quite dissapointed about this. It's not only about the voucher, i was thinking how many voucher was provided for one outlet as they know that Petronas always become no 1 choices for the Malaysian to fill their petrol car or it has not been top up. As i mentioned earlier, the service of the staff also not so good . The way they spoke to customers was not so nice. I hope the management could handle this as soon as possible .

If not for the arrogance of the cashier, I would not be complaining now.
3 times, I told her to immediately put up a sign and shut that pump down so that future customers will not be affected. She was adamant that she will inform her boss about it later.
I must have lost about 2 litres of petrol on the floor. And spent time and money to get rid of the petrol odour that permeated into the car.

complaint for double charges to my credit card at jalan lobak petrol station
Dear petronas,
On 15/10/2017, I been went to jalan lobak petronas station to fill the petrol (only 1 time). however, once I received the credit card statement, I found out there are 2 transaction charges in my statement.
15/10 - pss - jln lobak - sban - ax-2 seremeban -> my30.45
15/10 - pss - jln lobak - sban - ax-2 seremeban -> my47.64
I called to maybank, they confirmed with me these are the petronas charges.
May you check further on it.

I had to go back inside to ask her 'why isn't the oil getting through?'
she said 'sekejap'
when I went back to my car, only then the nozzle can be used. this means she has forgotten!if don't go back inside, then I will never get my petrol?
this cannot be excused as it wasn't even the peak time.there was NO other customer.
