price increasing before 12am
I want to complaint about increasing petrol price before 12am (2 Nov 2017) and attached together with evidence (receipt). This petronas branch is located in island near Relau area. I not sure whether all the petronas price a set as centralized and controlled by main company in KL or is just set by their own staff once the time turn into 12am midnight ? But what I had realised and experienced that day is the price already increased from RM2.w20 to RM2.24 before the time turn into 12am. Besides, the receipt that printed out from the machine also stated and showed the time is 23:57:30 and it is obviously haven't turn into THURSDAY! Although RM0.04 doesn't cost me a lot, it just showed me that such a big company is doing unethical thing and cheating consumer! I hope that company would take some action regarding this problem before I take further action since I didn't receive any feedback from your company after I sent out the first complaint on midnight (2 Nov 2017).. This is the second complaint which I sent out and give me feedback as soon as possible regarding this problem.
service
Today I went to refill petrol as per usual. I did apply auto mode on the nozzle. So, I went around my small car and checked car's tyres pressure. I was not aware the petrol was overflowed and the auto mode was totally malfunction. So, I quickly removed nozzle auto mode but the petrol was fully cover my left rear tyre and the floor. I quickly went to Petronas on duty personal and told them the issue. However, they claimed it were happened to few cars as well. I told them to use cable and lock the nozzle, so noboby can use it. The Pak Cik (looks like owner of station) told me that you must attend the nozzle and don't let it alone. He claimed that I was unlucky and misused the nozzle. I was blur. I use the nozzle so frequent in different brands petrol station. I never face this issue. Furthermore, they refused to tight the nozzle and leave other customer in dangerous condition. Does Petronas really care my safety as a customer? Or I am a small car driver, so my safety was not important.
mat rempits using petronas station as a gathering place
I am an owner of a unit in Flexus signature suites along Jalan Kuching. The window on my unit overlooks Petronas stattion which is situated alongside Jalan Segambut.
Most nights, there are mat rempits who used the station as a gathering place to create havoc. I have made a police report on this matter.
I would like to have this matter resolved by taking this complaint to Petronas for them to be aware of this situation and take necessary action to remove this social ill from their Petronas station.
Please assist. Most grateful, Ms Cheong

car engine switched on in petrol station
I am a resident in Balik Pulau, penang, and my husband and I pumped petrol for our two cars in the Balik Pulau 1 Petronas station regularly. 80% of the car motorists don't switch off their engines and even spoke on their handphones when they pump petrol. I fear for my safety as the petronas staff also seemed to close both eyes on this matter. I am a solid supporter of petronas and hoped you would look into this.
Thanks
rude service provided by cashier (mesra store located at tebrau)
The event went like this, my family and I went to Mesra store (located at Taman Desa Tebrau) to buy some snacks. When we're about to pay, I hand over the mesra card to the cashier, she asked us with a really unfriendly tone whether we want to top-up or redeem the points. At the end, she didn't pack our things into a plastic bag, of course she didn't ask whether we need it or not. What kind of services your staff provided? Why the name of the store(mesra means friendly) is totally opposite to the service that I have received? I really disappointed and upset about the way I being treated as a consumer. I hope there will be an improvement in the future.

petrol meter running without petrol in batu feringgi
Dear Team,
Please take note this seriously. I have fuel up my car in one of your petrol station in Batu Feringgi(AZW Fuel Station) and I noticed that after its fuel stopped to certain amount because I wanted to full the tank and normally pump in again for few litters because I know it's not full yet. While doing that... I noticed the pump is having a sound of petrol but there is no output of petrol but the meter is running. I tried several times and it was the same. This is extremely lacking of integrity issue. Please do something about it. Before I announce this to the media.

It is happened when I with my nephew and niece buy some food inside there and after that I straight away went to the counter to pay. First I told this man pump number 18 Diesel rm50. Then I pay for the food and straight away bring my nephew n niece to the toilet. Then my husband stay at the car want to pump the diesel but cannot. He went inside and asked to the male staff which pump that I pay 17 or 18. But this male staff reply I did not see you pay at the counter and he start being RACIST by saying Indian people always like to cheat when come to petrol station! (MY HUSBAND MALABARI and MUSLIM). My husband become so mad when he said that kind of words and my husband yelling at him. Where other customer are line up at that time and looking at my husband... what kind of people is this man. Im truly Malay but still respect others even they re different colour. Me and my husband feel very dissapointed the way he talk and he even did not apologize from my husband. My husband forced him to send staff to the pump and pump the diesel in our car. When I come back from the toilet the foreign staff face look so angry and unsatisfied. Even my mother in the car also complain that man being so rough when pump the diesel in our car. PLEASE DONT BE RACIST. Please take an action about this matter.

Anyway we saw there can TOP up till rm200 at one time.Hope Petronas will check on this station which provide poor services.

touch n go topup at petronas gunung lang ipoh
I am aware that all topup is charged with rm0.53. But your stupid counter boy charged me twice just because i wanted to topup my touch n go with rm30 so i have less rm1.06 on my touch n go. What happen if i wanted to topup rm50? You guys going to charge me thrice? - domination of rm10 + rm20 + rm20? This is so ridiculous! Your counter boy is not deft or dumb. He has voice to inform the customers that there is no rm30 domination or they gonna charge me twice. Do educate your worker and educate yourself for being not smart enough!
petronas worker at presint 9
I would like to complaint the two woman workers at petronas presint 9 for their unmanner gesture towards customers. They are so rude to me as it is their mistake. I am paying for 20 liter ron 95 using debit card and i didnt notice the amount given. When i start to pump, i notice that the pump is only for rm20. So, i went back to the counter and they are so unpolite towards me. The other woman them top up another rm21 to occupy 20 liter. But somehow i feel so annoyed with their manner as the woman just throw away my card. You should take an action towards your workers on how to handle customer. I wont go to petronas precint 9 because of their bad service. Thank you.
bad service
Hi, i want to complained about staffs at this branch. Today my mom comes to this petronas for make a payment bills. But this staff said their system down and cannot make a payment. And then, my mom asking how long that system down. But this staff cannot give any respond. That two girls only silent and doesnt said anything. My mom asking twice because she thinks they not hear anything but they still silent like before. Before this when i buy things at petronas they also give a bad service. I also see another customer got a bad service like us. Please feedback to me because im so angry with that staff. Thanks
damaged car battery
Date of incident : 17 may 2017 (Weds)
Time : roughly at lunch time
I went to refill at the gas station as I was going on a road trip the next day. I seek assistance from one of the pump attendant to help check if my car battery and oil. He told me that the car battery needed to be refilled. I purchased a bottle from the said mesra shoppe.
The next day as we prepared for the road trip, I found that the battery light on my dash board flickered and did not stop. I suspected something was wrong with battery, hence I had to borrow another car to go on my road trip.
As soon as I got back to kk, I found that my car could not start. Immediately I called the battery professionals and they came over to inspect and found that the battery was filled to the brim and it caused the issue, and had to be changed. I bought a new battery for rm325 to replace the present battery which was only 1.5 years old. I was advice to bring the car for service as the battery lights did not go off.
My car is now at the service center being inspected.
The reason for this complain is to :
1) I wish to seek petronas assistance to ensure that the employees are trained. My car may be just one of the few that has it's battery damaged. If employees are not trained they should not be allowed to handle car batteries or other checks.
2) please advice what can be done if in the case my car is found to have damages in other areas due to the overfilled battery.
Thank you.
The main question would be who fills the water into the battery? Is it the attendant or you yourself? If the attendant did, then you have a case. If you did it yourself, then you have yourself to blame. Please clarify who did the filling.
