refund of failed transactions of twin tower ticket purchase
Hi team, it had been over 10days, I was trying to purchase online, tickets for twin towers, in kuala lumpur, which are owned by petronas. I was using the official site ->https://eticket.petronastwintowers.com.my/ twice the transactions failed. as per their disclaimer I sent them email for which I received an automated mail response, that I will be contacted shortly. none of the helpline numbers work [protected] or [protected]), instead they lead to voice response system. closing on fridays
We would like to complain regarding the closing of petronas station kuang during friday prayers. this has caused severe inconvenience to customers who need to use the atm machine during those hours. the petronas station is the only place in kuang that has atm machine. unfortunately, it is closed during that time and therefore, access to the atm machine is disrupted. we hope that this would be resolved.
You can go there before or after Friday prayers don't you? Next time, please plan your time and errands properly rather then blaming others.

6. employee to devote full time to company: the employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the company, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.
7. confidentiality of proprietary information: employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information, or trade secrets to any person, firm, corporation, or entity. should employee reveal or threaten to reveal this information, the company shall be entitled to an injunction restraining the employee from disclosing same, or from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the company may pursue any other remedies it has against the employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the employee.
8. reimbursement of expenses: the employee will incur reasonable expenses to get his/her employment insurance certificate (eic); the company shall process employee’s work visa / residence, work permits and travel ticket and reimburse employee for the expenses after the employee presents an itemized account of expenditures, pursuant to company policy.
9. vacation: the employee shall be entitled to a yearly vacation of three month at full pay.
10. disability: in the event that the employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than one month, the compensation during said illness or incapacity will be paid to the employee. the employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. however, if the employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over two months with any goods reason of been absent, the company may terminate the employee's contract employment, and the company's obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

12.3 phones: the employer will provide each employee with one (1) landline and one (1) mobile telephone. this shall have a reasonable credit limit application per month.
12.4 local transportation: standby new company car will parked in your well full furnished three bedroom duplex flat and 2008 toyota camry for your movement.
12.5 office space: adequate private office space in a conducive and comfortable work environment shall be provided for each employee.
13. termination of agreement: employee may terminate employment upon 30 days' written notice to the company. employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall all his/her severance allowance.
14. death benefit: should employee die during the term of employment, the company shall pay to employee's estate any compensation due through the end of the month in which death occurred.
15. settlement by arbitration: any claim or controversy that arises out of or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the malaysia arbitration association. judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
16. limited effect of waiver by company: should company waive breach of any provision of this agreement by the employee, that waiver will not operate or be construed as a waiver of further breach by the employee.
17. severability: if, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. if this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the company (and any predecessor thereof) and the employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.
18. assumption of agreement by company's successors and assignees: the company's rights and obligations under this agreement will inure to the benefit and be binding upon the company's successors and assignees.
19. confirmed employee: confirmed employees are those employee’s that have obtained their employment insurance certificate (eic).
20. working hours/ days off/ public holidays: working hours - 7 hours (including meal time) working time - 10 am - 5 pm working days - monday – friday
21. oral modifications not binding. this instrument is the entire agreement of the company and the employee. oral changes have no effect. it may be altered only by a written agreement

let me get straight to the point.
there are many NGV Petronas Gas Stations in Taiping but very few in Ipoh.
im from Buntong and if i want to fill NGV gas i only have 2 options a) tasek and b) gopeng
both these stations are quite far from buntong. at times i will have to think twice before going and filling the gas. this is because as it is the only station, many cabs and other vehicles also have to come there and fill up their tanks. only if there were many NGV equipped stations it will be easier for everyone.
so why dont Petronas Oil Company come up with more gas stations with NGV in ipoh town or somewhere NEARBY. besides that NGV is also supported by the government so why dont spread it throughout Ipoh same as in kl.
hope whoever is responsible will come up with a genius solution thus making our lifes easier..

This agreement is made this day 8th march 2o12 between (petronas) incorporated under expatriate policy of malaysia. (hereinafter called nizamuddin mulla here in after referred to specifically as contractor
Petroliam nasional berhad (petronas) desires to secure the services of a competent contractor to provide expatriate working services and others as specified to second party contractor.
1.1 contractor present to (petronas) that it has the technical competence necessary for carrying out all the services, duties and obligations specified in this contract on the part of contractor to be assumed and performed and has agreed to carry out the same in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
1.2
The contract period shall be for contract duration: the contract shall last for duration of (24) consecutive months; two (2) year and could be renewed only if employer is satisfied with employee's services. this is with effect from the 1st april 2012.
3.1 (petronas) shall pay contractor on satisfactory performance of services stated in article 1, through 1st party contractor the sum 47, 900, myr (forty seven thousand, nine hundred malaysia ringgits only) monthly or usd equivalent depending on employee’s home currency.
3.2 the first monthly salary shall be paid in advance before you embark on journey to assume duty. this is to enable you settle all domestic needs before travel. as such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default, this is after you must have secured your work permit papers with the grandlotus travels agency. malaysia,
3.3 payments of undisputed invoices will be made by (petronas) to the contractor monthly through cheque or bank transfer.
3.4 (petronas) shall pay all of the fees in article 3.1 in myr equivalent depending on employees’ home country and shall be paid; 75% to an offshore account provided by contractor and 25% locally.
The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents (flight tickets), immunizations etc. reimbursements shall be made before employees embark on journey not later than five (5) working days after submission of employee’s expense report and receipts, and this shall be after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through their local representative’s assistance from the immigrations/internal affairs ministry in malaysia. employer for each intercontinental trip shall pay 15, 500. myr flat rate travel/entertainment allowance to employee. travel shall be by business class/first class. however for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel/entertainment allowance. cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the period/time of purchase. employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification temployer and as shall be requested by employee.
Confirmed employees are those employee’s that have successfully acquired and forwarded his/her necessary permits clearance papers to the employers’ management-duly certified by the malaysian immigration services/malaysia expatriate policy. then they shall be entitled to article 3.0-3.4 above
The contractor agrees to indemnify and hereby indemnifies (petronas) in respect of all third party claims arising from the performance of this contract.
6.1 notwithstanding anything herein stated, neither party should be considered in default in the performance of its obligations under this agreement as a result of force majeure.
The term"force majeure"shall include but not limited to act of god, war, nationwide strike, lockout, riot and civil commotion. a strike or lockout embarked upon by only the contractor’s personnel shall not be deemed to be included in this term.6.2 if an interruption of work occurs as a result of"force majeure" for up to seven (7) days, 70% of the basic daily fees shall be paid as standby.
However, if such suspension results in contractor not being able to perform its duties for more than seven (7) days, then (petronas) may at its option elect to continue the implementation of this agreement at adjusted standby rates to be negotiated by (petronas) and contractor or to terminate the contract.
7.1 this agreement may be terminated: -
(i) if the services stated in article 1 and are not rendered satisfactorily.
(ii) if the duration of the agreement stated in article 2 expires and no extension has been given.
(iii) under force majeure as stated in article 7.0
9.1 in the event of default by contractor or non-compliance by contractor with the terms and conditions of this agreement, petroliam nasional berhad (petronas) malaysia, shall give notice to contractor specifying areas of default and contractor shall have ten (10) calendar days to rectify to bluemart satisfaction, and the said default. if contractor does not rectify to petroliam nasional berhad (petronas) malaysia satisfaction, the said default (s) within ten (10) days of receipt of the notice, petroliam nasional berhad (petronas) malaysia may proceed with termination of this agreement subject only to settlement of all payments due and outstanding at the time of termination.
All notices and other communication required to be given hereunder by one party to the other shall be in writing and shall be sufficiently given if sent by post, faxed or delivered by hand to the addresses hereunder.
