Cleanliness of toilet
I went to Petronas Kampung Paya Kepala Batas for using the toilet for loo.
The matter is the cleanliness of the toilet itself especially Women toilet. Is that every time I went to the loo, the conditions of the toilet itself very dirty with unpleasant smell. The toilet bowl fill with stains, wet floor with stains and even the wash hand area are dirty with vomit and stains all over it. It makes us uncomfortable and had to used it in a rush.
Desired outcome: Please clean the toilet it is because people are using it always. Even the staffs using it. Please take action to this matter for cleanliness and tidiness of toilet for customer usage both Women and Men toilets.
Racism
Hi. I am tamilarasi from labis, johor. Why I came here to complain is because of there is racists issue is happen. The company needs some workers but when i'm asking for any vacancy here there got one malay girl she say here no more work for indians... Only for muslims... It's felt me so bad... Why only for indians didn't get work... Is it correct when she use the word... No work for indians...

Petronas mutiara damansara (fizara petrobiz)
Pada 12/9/2022 saya telah mengisi minyak sebanyak 15 liter bersamaan Rm30.75. invoice no: ca21f7 di Pump 2 Kad debit saya telah dicaj sebanyak dua kali (Rm30.75) sedangkn saya hanya isi 15liter. Bila tanya staff kat kaunter, jawaab entah floating lah apa. saya nak refund! makan illegal money ke woi petronas!

Neglecting and Humiliating Customer
Hi ,
I just want lodge complaint regarding cashier working on Petronas Sg Jalan Sg Jati 41200 Klang Selangor Malaysia for humiliating customer by accusing stealing petroleum.
On 1st September around [protected] My sister and me went to the pump number 1 for filling petroleum. I sent my sister to counter to pay for petrol RM50.
While filling the petroleum, My Sister and I was arranging thing on our car (ATIVA) at the back since there was a speaker rolling while driving.
Suddenly I realize the petrol was stopped at RM22. When my sister went back to the counter , the cashier (Indian Lady) accused us stealing petrol in separate tank.My sister informed the cashier , we are just arranging things at behind and the pump fill was not even taken out from the oil tank hole. But she still accusing us by telling if fill in separate tank again we will stop again.
I straight went to the counter and ask the cashier why she didn’t come and check or send someone to check before stop and accusing us stealing petrol? She rudely said no other people than her working ? Is this proper answer ? As I saw a foreign worker just wearing vest walking out ?
Desired outcome: 1 Stop accusing customer before conduct proper check 2 Don’t stop the petroleum when customer is filling in car and accuse them stealing petrol in separate when they adjusting things at behind to continue journey
Paip hose diesel bocor mamancut bila isi minyak
Pada 1 September 2022 Jam 1.25 PM kenderaan Toyota Hilux dan i mahu isi minyak diesel di petronas sungai buloh selangor. Mengisi minyak di PAM 8 Diesel Place ONLY. Sy ingin mengisi full tank dan bayar di kaunter Rm150.
Kebiasaan nya saya isi full tank hanya jumlah RM132 or RM 134 paling banyak jumlah.
hari ni 1Sep2022 i rasa sangat curiga why sampai Rm140? Sedangkan diesel Rm2.15/L Harga ni adalah maintain dan belum jangka naik.
Saya sngat musykil ya n saya terus tengok hose diesel tu! N yes! Bila i tekan minyak. Dengan padu dan laju nya diesel nya memancut ya di Hose tu. Then? I paling2 rugi pun hanya beberapa ringgit. I complain sebab i tak nak orang lain kena mcm i. Susah payah kerja cari duit tapi kena mcm ni. If 10 org kena mcm i? Berapa juta you untung?

Petronas Diesel dirty damage my lorry
Today 2 of my lorry refill our diesel at petronas nKVE, now both of my lorry break down and problem is diesel filter stuck . After we check and found the filter is totally stuck and diesel very dirty ,we have to changed all filter and also diesel remain in tank is black in colour . The worst thing is our lorry is cold truck with load , due to the break down and my frozen product will defrost . Yet we need repair our lorry now due to your dirty diesel . We hereby reserve our right to make all losses on petronas .

Petronas Taman Perling (McdDT) - Bad service
Pada 14/08/2022 jam 7.54pm, staf bernama Andi Yusri salah memasukkan nombor pam. Kami bayar RM40 untuk pam 10 tetapi staf tersebut masukkan pam 4. Dan staf Uwais marah kami sebab letakkan nozzle sedangkan bukan kami kat pam 4 tu. Kenapa perlu marah customer sedangkan staf sendiri yang buat salah?
Kedua-dua staf tersebut maklumkan RM40 akan dipulangkan semula dalam akaun tapi sampai sekarang masih belum dipulangkan. Tipu ke? Kami buat bayaran menggunakan debit card. Bila akan masuk ya? Nak kami ke sana ke? Boleh sebab dekat sangat dengan rumah.
First time dapat bad service from petronas. Please hire and train staf untuk fokus masa bekerja. Lagi-lagi bahagian cashier. Kalau masih lagi berlarutan, potong sahaja gaji staf tersebut untuk refund pada customer. Sebab staf sendiri yang cuai. Sampai minta customer reverse kereta untuk pergi pam 4 tu then tak jadi sebab customer lain yg kat pam 4 dah letak nozzle tu. Then itu masih salah kami ke?
Use your brain ya masa buat kerja and fokus. Kenapa orang lain yang perlu tanggung salah awak masa kerja? Tak fikir masa orang lain kan. Ingat kami banyak masa ke time tu? Semoga urusan hidup awak yang menyusahkan orang lain ni dipermudahkan la ya. Kalau masih tiada refund in shaa Allah kami akan ke sana semula.

Auto stop not functioning
14/8/[protected]@5.00pm -petronas pasir penambang,kuala selangor.(pump 7).
My husband refueled petrol at this station.while waiting for full tank,suddenly informed by other customer that the petrol pouring out.This is due to auto stop dysfunction. Due to this, i loss 6.752 litre of petrol(rm13.84) as my full tank only 43litre. Apart from that my car smells terrible and my husband fell down due to slippery floor.
For the petrol station owner,please make sure your all your pump functioning well.
Hopefully Petronas Malaysia will make sure all your petrol station is eligible to operate for netizen safety.
Station Pump Not Properly Maintain
On 2nd July 2022, I drove my wife’s car plate no PNG 399 (PEUGEOT 3008 model) to one of the PETRONAS stations in Langkawi at TELAGA HARBOUR PARK around 12 to 1 pm.
I had my car fill up with RON 95 using a credit card. As usual, after inserting the fuel nozzle into my car fuel tank, I will lock the sensing port of the (patrol nozzle) since it is automatic and will stop once the tank is full. While waiting for the tank to be filled up, I walked into the MESRA Store to buy some drinks. Suddenly I realized there is patrol overflow and no patrol attendance seems to be visible. I shouted to the cashier asking for emergency help since my family is in the car.
The cashier was so relaxed calling the patrol attendance who seems to be at the back of the office and he came out without any sense of urgency. Instead, he just walked to another car near the parking, calling another attendant who is at that time probably on lunch break and is sleeping inside the car.
My question now is why the petrol nozzle sensing pot/lock is not functioning? I have lost nearly RM 200-250 on my car which at the moment my current fuel is at half tank. Imagining such a small tank can accommodate nearly 80-90 liters. Another issue is why the station did not have a competent patrol attendance managing the station? Imagine if any car or people might throw a cigarette on the floor and that can cause a fatal effect on my car and family.
This shows very POOR management of safety and control for the petrol station. For whatever reason, safety for consumers comes first.
I am writing this complaint to highlight my grievances as well as to make sure such incidents did not happen again to anyone in the near future. This also reflects poor PETRONAS audit maintenance towards the station. By right PETRONAS such a reputable company should set a high standard towards their petrol station operators (dealers) at all times.

Dirty and smelly Petronas Station Jinjang Utara, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur
At Petronas Jinjang Utara, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur on 11th July 2022 11.30am.
Very dirty and smelly pump station. All the rubbish bin full of rubbish and superb smelly. Complaint to the staff, answered given was short of staff.
Understood is public holiday but is Petronas expecting all their pump stations to be dirty and smelly on public holiday? I din't see the same badly maintained pump station as this.
Pls look into this. I thought I was at the rubbish dump site instead of a petrol pump station.
Desired outcome: Expect a clean pump station. Pls request dealer to maintain their pump station properly. Thanks
Staff rudeness and bad services
Pada jam 1.20pm bertempat di lokasi pos a - ps menggatal north (km 16). Saya mengisi minyak untuk kenderaan saya dan meminta bantuan pump attandent yang berada di luar yang ketika itu 2 orang sibuk bersembang sambil berdiri di pump. Ketika memberikan duit kepada salah seorang dr mereka dia memegang duit dengan hujung jari. Saya meminta untuk di berikan full tank dan memberikan rm 50 kepada pump attandent tersebut sebagai deposit. Tetapi mereka hanya menawarkan rm 50 untuk pump yang di isi. Saya kekaunter dan meminta full tank semula. Tetapi kesemua mereka di sana meminta saya bayar dahulu kerana khuatir saya lari. Sedangkan saya suda d kaunter pembayaran. Dan berlaku perdebatan mulut. Bagaimana saya hendak membayar jumlah yang tidak saya ketahui. Itulah sebab nya sya meletak kan deposit. Cashier rizuanb. Abdul rashid pada ketika itu cakap letak la deposit banyak2. Saya memberikan nya rm 100 ringgit. Dan mengatakan seharusnya mereka terlalu ramai dan tidak mempunyai banyak kerja mengapakah mereka tidak mengarahkan. Pump attendant untuk menjaga pump full tank yang berdeposit. Malah apa yang saya katakan dan cadangkan di jawab dan tanpa kesopanan oleh cashier tersebut dan seorang makcik yang berada di sebelahnya. Jelas saya mendengarkan beliau menggelakkan kan saya ketika saya mengatakan slogan anda mesra pelanggan amat la tidak sesuai untuk anda. Beliau mengatakan ha ha ha kpda saya. Saya juga memiliki beberapa buah perniagaan di kota kinabalu. Dan terlibat secara lansung berurusan dengan custmr. Dan saya sebagai pengurus perniagaan saya sama sekali tidak akan mengamalkan cara kerja staff anda. Pihak petronas di pos yang saya maksudkan sama sekali tidak meletakan apa2 notis akan pemberian deposit untuk full tank mahupun jumlah notis. Syarikat anda hnya membayar gaji pekerja yang tidak beretika dan malas serta biadap. Anda mungkin tidak dapat menyaingi syarikat minyak yang lain dengan memiliki pekerja dan cara kerja yang begini. Tanpa notis yang jelas dan mengharapkan customer membuang masa berulang alik ke kaunter sedang kan banyak perkerja yang tidak mempunyai kerja.

Pump failure
13 jun 2022. I was pumping petrol on my car. I set it to static so that when full it will stop.
But the pump fail to stop and at the end the petrol was all over the floor and i slip because of this

Pada 10 Jun 2022 pukul 11.26 pagi, saya telah ke stesen petronas tersebut dan telah berhenti kereta saya Perodua bezza bernombor pendaftaran PATRIOT 8735 di pam bernombor 5. Saya telah keluar dari kereta dan menunjuk ke kaunter pembayaran dan telah membayar RM40.00 untuk petrol primax 95 pada juruwang bernama WANI.
Saya telah diberikan resit pembayaran lalu saya terus ke Pam 5 untuk mengisi petrol tetapi tiada petrol keluar walaupun saya cuba tekan nozzle beberapa kali. Lalu saya meletakkan semula nozzle ke tempat asal dan pergi semula ke kaunter pembayaran untuk klasifikasi.
Saya di marahi WANI dan enggan memulangkan RM 40 saya dan enggan juga memberi petrol untuk saya mengisi dalam kereta.
Saya telah memohon berjumpa manager petronas tersebut tetapi dia enggan memberi kerjasama lalu memarahi saya kerana menyimpan nozzle balik semula.
Saya memohon wang saya dipulangkan kerana saya dikasari dan tidak dibekalkan petrol untuk pengisisan kereta saya.

Poor service at petrol station at Pekan Semenyih.
I go to fill in my petrol at the Petronas Pekan Semenyih. The petrol pump not auto stop and burst out causing my new car with petroI's smell and I talk to the staff at the station on this, they just ignore my complaint. And I further ask can I talk to your station manager, he say u go to look for her by yourself instead of he go to inform his manager on my complaint.
Then I walk into the shop looking for the Manager and explain the issue due to your petrol station pump cause the petrol burst out and leads my whole car full of smell. Without saying SORRY, she just say I cannot do anything on this and only say sorry when I left.
Service tak bagus
Saya rider food nak tukar duit RM20 sahaja di cashier kerana nak bank inn masok bank acc. Cashier lelaki berbadan gemuk tersebut bercakap kurang ajar dengan saya seperti ‘’ manaboleh tukar ni dah banyak duit ringgit esok bank inn aku nak bank inn juga. The petronas counter employee did not want to accept the rm50 banknote which was only 30% soft and not hard money just out of the bank, I asked if it was counterfeit money and the employee just kept quiet, I told the employee to call the manager to discuss and he continued to accept the money, the matter was quite makes me feel a bit angry because the money situation is still 70% but the employee does not want to accept, hope action should be taken.

Euro5 pump
I just notice that petronas bukit subang station have euro 5. What make me confusing is, they still remain black hose and black gun which is refer to euro 3. But they put a notice that pump belong to euro 5.
This is where I having doubt to fill up my vehicle there. Although the staff already mention that it is euro5 but I still have doubt. What if label is euro 5 but the diesel come out from that pump is euro 3?
If they don't have budget to change the hose and gun, just wrap the hose with blue tape to differentiate between euro 5 and euro 3. I saw 1 petrol station at plus highway at perak do this.
