My family and I are Peugeot fans and we buy this car because of our trust in Peugeot and its respect for its customers through a respectable car and after-sales service in a sophisticated manner through agencies run by highly qualified specialists who know how to deal with... The customer in a respectable and sophisticated style attracts many customers and increases the spread of the Peugeot car... This is no less important than the fact that the Peugeot product is of high quality. The company must have people and agents who know how to deal with the customer and try to contain him, otherwise these agencies will be a major reason for the company’s failure or failure. At least not achieving the sales percentage and not achieving the targeted sales and spread of Peugeot. Sir, what happened to me at the Peugeot agency (Mansco Automotive - Nasr City - Cairo - Arab Republic of Egypt). I bought a Peugeot 508, model 2020, chassis number y006127, engine number [protected], mileage 56,000,000. There was a malfunction in the sunroof due to a manufacturing defect. I went to the aforementioned agency and they refused. Repairing the fault and changing the spare parts for operating the roof under the pretext that the car is out of warranty. Ok, how long is the warranty? They said three years or 100 thousand kilometers, whichever is closer... Ok, it is supposed to be whichever is closer to the customer. This means that the agency is trying to satisfy the customer as a way to attract more customers, not to rip off the customer. .. Ok, the three years have expired, but the meter is less than 56 thousand, which means it is still there, and the warranty is still expiring, soon the month of 6 of the current year, 2023. Of course, an argument in a manner that does not befit an agency bearing the respected international name Peugeot. All attempts failed in a disrespectful manner. It makes a person think dead once that he is buying another Peugeot car for the sake of the agency and the style of those in charge of it.. Sir, this is a manufacturing defect and it is not normal or reasonable for the kilometer to be less than 100 thousand and it says I am out of warranty because the three years have ended. Please solve my problem with the Mansco Egypt agent, as this is a manufacturing defect that changes at any time, even though I am still under warranty.. And most importantly, teach them how to deal with the customer with respect, in a way that befits Peugeot’s name and its position in the world.. I have full confidence in Peugeot and that my complaint will receive attention and a quick response from you...
