Oh my God! I just have the same problem. the [protected]@philarlines.com charge me twice. I hope and pray they would address my problem ASAP. I already emailed them today but upon reading complaints on this site similar to mine I am feel nervous. P7858 is a big amount for me... calling the attention of pal refund pls pls pls pls.

Booking has been cancelled to our end." Concern ko lang bakit na charge ng 4, 338Php sa acount ni Myrna Delfin ng Oct.07, 2013. Please make a cancel to the eastwest bank. This is a big amount for me to pay. 1 month k itong paniagtrabohohan. Ng Oct.05, 2013 nag try ako ulit kumuha ng ticket ng Oct.05, 2013 using the credit card ni DELIA NARIO at dito nakapagprint ako ng itirenary dahil na oky ung credit card nya. Nakacharge din dito ung 4, 338Php on Citibank the same passenger. Sa e-mail ko lumabas agad ung confirmation at that time na kumuha ako ng ticket. Plaese maawa naman kayo pakirefund ng 4, 338Php sa acount ni Ms. Myrna delfin on Eastwest bank. Hoping for your immediate action before Nov. 07, 2013. Kasi due date na po ito. Maraming salamat po.
We have booked tickets from Cebu to Caticlan and vice versa (for Boracay)under Reference# XJKPID - issue date: Sun. Oct 20, 2013. The hotel that we booked in Boracay sent us an e-mail that the hotel was damaged by typhoon Yolanda and Boracay place has been badly damaged too. We are cancelling our flight and request for a refund. I called the the PAL office-Manila that they're charging P1, 000.00 for Cancellation Fee which is fine as long as you refund our payment back to the credit card. Hi we are scheduled to fly to singapore on April29 to May2, the flight was changed without advise for may2 from 5pm to 8pm...we have decided to just refund the whole thing for now since they dont want us to rebook at a later. as per my conversation with an agent, i was told that my booking is fully refundable, so pls do refund us in full, and will just book our flight at a later date in August. ref#s are VUMNJF and MFUQMN. nag booked po ako ng flight online para kay charlen unson last august 29, 2014, round trip manila to cagayan de oro(sept.9), cagayan de oro to manila(sept13). nakapagprint ako ng itinerary kaya lang nagtaka ako bakit walang confirmation sa email ko, kaya tumawag ako sa PAL [protected]) ang sabi hintayin ko tawag nila for confirmation. after 5 days tumawag sa akin ang PAL cancelled daw ang booking ko. nagulat nalang ako bakit nakachage sa credit card ko ang ticket amount na 4, 576. tumawag ako sa banco de oro ang sabi hintayin daw nila ang cancellation mula sa PAL bago nila icancel ang ticket amount.. sana po maayos nyo problema bago dumating due date ng credit card ko dahil napakabigat po bayaran ang ganitong amount na hindi ko naman napakinabangan. naka attach po ang itinerary para po sa mga detalye ng ticket. sana po masolusyonan nyo kaagad to dahil napakalaking abala po sa side naming mga pasahero nyo ang ganitong pangyayari lalo na po sa mga katulad ko na minimum salary earner lang. naka attach din po ang billing statement ng BDO.
I booked a flight online last September 23, 2014 under the booking reference OZACUV with name of passengers: ISIDERIO, Juan Mari and ISIDERIO, Marian Epefania. PR Flight 2864, Cebu-Manila, time 2015, September 26, 2014 with the total airfare of Php 14, 964.00 During the processing of payment, after putting in the OTP, there was a time-out. So we didnt know if it was charged to by Metrobank mastercard. After a while, there was a message from Metrobank mastercard stating that if the error happened after i put in the credit card details and there was a time out, then it could NOT have been charged to the account. We tried to call and contact the Metrobank mastercard hotline service but to NO AVAIL, we were just redirected to a number which kept on ringing. Neither was there a confirmation notice in our email. We could also not contact the PAL hotline numbers. Since this trip to manila is a very important and urgent one, and considering the difficulty in booking a flight because of the problem that we have right now in our TACLOBAN AIRPORT, we decided to try to book again in the morining of September 24, 2014. We were able to book a flight with reference no. QQAVGD still under the names mentioned above and with same flight details for which we received confirmation on email 7:58 am September 24, 2014. But when I checked my email in the late afternoon, there was another confirmation from PAL at around 3:10pm but it was for the booking reference OZACUV. So we realized then that we double booked. We called up PAL hotline to explain the situation immediately and requested the confirmation for the booking reference QQAVG, ticket numbers: [protected] (Isiderio, Juan Mari) and [protected] (Isiderio, Marian Epefania) BE CANCELLED AND DELETED so that we will not be double charged with PhP 14, 964.00. We are writing this to document our request. We hope that this will merit your consideration as we believe that we have exhausted all our efforts to contact those concerned FIRST before trying to book again. Thank you.
I booked a flight for my husband using my VISA credit card under the name Elizabeth N. Tilos last Sept 19, 2014 the booking reference is YOVIUC. The name of passenger is George Llever Tilos, Bounding Calbayog-Manila on October 13, 2014, Ticket No. [protected] with a total airfare of PhP 1, 906.00. I received a noticed on my e-mail from PAL that said flight schedule was cancelled and was moved the following day October 14, 2014. My husband has to be in Manila on October 13, 2014 because of an appointment, in this regard, he would like to cancel his booking and take a refund back to my credit card. Please inform me if this request was processed so I can check my card provider for the said refund. I hope that full amount will be refunded to my credit card since PAL is the one who cancelled the booking. Thank you.

I booked a ticket named Alphi Marvick Damaso with reference no. RQLYOS dated May 21, 2016 and reference no. JQNRQX dated May 21, 2016 simultaneously. At first while I'm booking online there was always an error connecting to the server and that no booking confirmation appeared every time I purchase with my credit card so I guess it was my credit card that has a defect I thought there's no available fund in it so I tried another credit card but the same result an error occurred so I decided to stop booking...But when I opened my email account to my surprised there's already a booking confirmation with two bookings of only 1 person named Alphi Marvick Damaso with the same flight of LAOAG Manila on May 23, 2016 and vice versa Manila-LAOAG on May 26, 2016. I am the owner of the Banco De Oro MasterCard and HSBC MasterCard used in purchasing the ticket. Therefore I'm requesting for a refund of the other ticket booked under the Banco De Oro MasterCard. we add 20kls (1, 200pesos) for me at first and it was successful the system emailed me the receipt, later we decided to add another 20kls for my wife but no receipt was given to us instead it was deducted to my bank account automatically, when we were in general santos city airport the ground crew told us that they cannot find the record and we only have 20kls additional baggage and he told us to ask in NAIA Terminal 2 office, when we arrived in terminal 2 i went directly to your office and the guy called someone on the phone and later told me that they found the error and they will refund the amount to my bank account with in 15 days it was October 3, 2018 but until now i haven't received the said refund. i emailed the refund department and they want me to produce a billing statement, how can i produce the billing statement when nothing was given to me in the first place? and the staff in your office in NAIA Terminal 2 told me to wait for 2weeks and now that i'm here in Dubai they are requiring me such thing? can you please take an action on this, this is not about the money..it's about your service and maybe glitch on your online services. i never encountered this kind of problem in any of my bookings except in PHILIPPINE AIRLINES!
