Again you have sent what is now the third bill without any adjustment for the loss of service from dec 24 to jan 20 as I received no internet for this entire period. Please apply an adjustment to my bill as it is now for march and still no adjustment. If you fail to do something about this, I will lodge a complaint with ditc, ntc and dti. I am tired of having to deal with all your red tape and your snail's pace of doing things. You have charged me for three whole months without adjustment and that is abuse of the consumer.
Expecting a resolution soonest.

February 7, 2018 I requested a line transfer since we need to move. I've been calling their hotline everyday for updates and they keep explaining that the issuance of service order is still on process and I have to keep my line open blah blah blah. It's february 22 now, and nothing is happening!
I am a pwd citizen and my source of income is teaching online. I don't deserve this kind of service. I've paid my bills on time and made no bad records.

Why is it that every time your repairman fixes another line, my connection is affected? If no dial tone, no internet. Do they always have to mess up other subscriber's line to fix another? This has happened to me not once, not twice but four times!
I do my work on line and you're always telling me, "sorry for the inconvenience." What else is new?!

Our clients cannot get through of our Trunkline [protected] to 64 as well as the office employees cannot make outside calls until this time (February 17, 2018). We have a reference number: [protected] for this particular complain.

expired lazada discount vouchers / soa can't be printed
I received Lazada discount vouchers with an expiration date of 31 March 2018.
I tried using it 16 January 2018 but according to Lazada vouchers were already expired and was advice to contact PLDT to clarify the agreement made between the two companies. I sent my complain via facebook thru a private message 17 January 2018. This was the reply I got:

activation of service (migration from dsl to fibr)
Im on the process of upgrading my plan from DSL to Fibr, the installation happened 2 weeks ago (January 19, 2018) but it's not activated yet.
The worse! They already deactivated my DSL since wednesday (January 24, 2017) and now we have no internet for more than a week!
Ive called EVERYDAY hoping this issue will be resolved but all they said is that it will be activated within 24-48hrs! Seriously.. I even tried to speak to a manager but they are not taking the call saying that they are engaged/ on leave etc. would you believe that. But yesterday luckily I was able to speak to a manager, (Jonabelle Taguinod) an she promised us that she's going to work on our request and will call us back for updates, we waited all day, but no call back happened.
All i had are DISCONNECTED CALLS and INCONSISTENT INFORMATION From customer service reps but still ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED
Now tell me WILL this ever be resolved?

I applied on line for my son /daughter they move to san pedro laguna this january they response within 48hrs I got my ref. # then I phone to follow up I was told the address of where my son move in is bloc listed in order to install pldt I have to produce supporting document for application to process my application which I did I spoke to owner of the house right away she sent me lease of agreement within that day I forwarded to pldt philippines cause I live in canada nothing happen then I phone pldt costumer care I spoke different agent I was told again to wait 24-48 hrs nothing happen now I have been phoning everyday take note I live in canada I spent long distance just to follow up my application the problem is not solve yet I spoke one agent she said all agent that I spoke they are not saving my application /supporting ducoment that I had provide with them and then she said I have to wait for another 24 hrs I already spent hundreds of dollars just to follow up my application until now is not solve you there is other company I could get connection I would not spend a dime with pldt

Twice ko na nireport eto. Ang Ultera modem nasa cainta. Umuwi ako sa isabela ng ilang araw. Naka off ang modem dahil wala naman tao sa bahay. Dahil s experience ko before, yung unang uwi ko, may data usage kahit wala ako sa cainta. This time, nakaoff na ang kuryente. Ang gulat ko, everyday chinecheck ko usage using online account, may data usage. Nagfile ako ng complaint reference [protected], pero wAla akong narereceive na sagot,
I have the same problem with my PLDT Ultera. My router is in Bohol. Even if the modem is OFF, it records a data consumption online. If I am using it, the actual data usage is very different from what is reflected in the PLDT online account.

Last Dec. 28, 2017, I reported thru PLDT hotline our landline unit which has no dial tone. After I week, reported it again since no action was done by PLDT. They said it was already endorsed to the technical and will follow up. Sometime January, a PLDT technician went to check and said the trouble was not in our unit/line, but was in PLDT's box in the area.
I made again a follow up this Jan. 29, 2018 and again, they will follow up.
Today, Jan. 30, 2018, your billing representative called and reminded us our billing. As much as I wanted to be calm, I can't help but to be mad and upset . We paid for something that we did not use. We are current in our payment but still we were not able to use the unit for a month. What kind of service is that! And to think that when your customers is delayed to pay for a day, you actually cut the service. While when you are at fault, we cannot do anything.
Prior to this incident, this also happened last September 2017 wherein we were not able to use the phone for almost a month also, and yes a rebate/refund was adjusted...a P51 refund! So that's customer service for you PLDT?
We request that we be exempted from paying the unit rental for a month, that is fair and just!

I have been a PLDT Fibr subscriber for almost 1.5 years in Sauyo, Novaliches.
We encountered loss connection of wifi and landline last January 12, 2018.
Since then, We have opened ticket service number and until now there is no action from PLDT on when they can take action our complain. Despite of our regular follow up at their customer service hotline 171, up to now there is no action taken by PLDT Technicians to fix the issue. You cannot depend to their customer service personnel to make possible action to resolve the issue. The inconvenience, loss of opportunity, time, money it brought due to their incompetence cannot compensate any rebates amount they will apply.
May these letter bring to the PLDT management and the government agencies concern to take immediate action.

Filed a complaint re failure to get wifi since before Christmas and to this day have not heard from them or had a visit. Since I got FIBR, I have had three reports in less than a year for loss of service. PLDT sucks! I can't wait to move to another internet service provider but am locked in😡 It was better when it was DSL but overall they have very poor tech support and a lousy service provider.

We have opened ticket since October and until now there is no action from PLDT on when they can repair our issue. Both our Fibr and DSL connection are down now and up to now there is no action taken by PLDT Technicians to fix the issue. We are an Internet Cafe and the business needs internet connection for us to operate. We have been a Customer of PLDT since 2004 but we never experienced this kind on negligence from your Support team. Those people in SME Care never given us a real update on what is happening nor did they get status on what is going on in the repair. The technician's assigned to repair our circuit seems to ignore performing their duty to repair our Circuit. I hope this compaint will reach someone from PLDT to help us on our issue.

I am writing this letter to file a written complaint about your customer service for home DSL. I applied for a Samsung Galaxy S8 through my online account back in December 8, 2017. A few days after, my application got approved and was informed that once I secure the cash out of 10, 000 pesos, I'd get my gadget in 2-3 business days. I was also advised to make an advanced payment for my monthly plan which I did. I even received a text message advising me to pay the initial cash out not later than December 24 otherwise the application will be cancelled. I paid the cash out December 18 and called customer service to find out the turn around time as to when should I expect the delivery of my gadget as holiday is nearing. I was advised different time frames. I followed up too many times. Up to now, they're giving me different information. Too many times I requested for a supervisor and never got the chance to speak to one. I work in the same industry and with the customer experience I am getting, I am one very dissatisfied customer. The coordination to the back end support is poor. PLDT is a big company that gives small consumers like me a terrible time transacting for the same concern for about a month now. I asked if I could just cancel the application and get a refund however I was advised that I cannot do that. I'm left with no choice but to wait for their inefficient service.
I agree. Inept customer service. Sadly our country does not have a working consumer protection. What is the purpose of this website by the way? Will there be a valid resolution to our complaints? Is this a "sort of" medium to air our concerns without any satisfactory solution to our problem?
