I would like to follow up for the repair status of our internet and landline connections below. It's been 4 months already. I visited your office at España Branch for several times and had follow-ups thru your hotline:

- I visited your office and asked for a technician (TICKET # [protected]). No landline connection for Tel No. 7112632.
August 1, 2018
- 2nd visit and filed a same complaint for Tel No. 2560728 & 3321390, TICKET # [protected] & TICKET # [protected].
Sept 1, 2018
- 3rd follow up. Still no connection for all account numbers above indicated. As per the CSR, major cable problem.
Oct 6, 2018
- 4th follow up. The problem was still unresolved.
It is been so disappointing and frustrating and we don't deserve this kind of service. You can check your record, eversince we are good payers. So, it's only right to claim the "correct" service" that we are paying for.
As of this time, the problem exists and no action from PLDT company.

Pldt's 2018 fiber router sucks big time! There's no mac filter. I made a complaint about it and the cs don't have a clue in assisting me. And now I don't know how to stop the users who keeps hacking our internet. I just hope PLDT will improve their customer service because it seems they just don't care about their customers, they care more about the MONEY!

October 16 2018 around 11am nawala yung internet at dial tone ng landline namin. So pinalipas ko lang hanggang bukas baka kasi undermaintenance ang company. Tapos Oct 17 2018 around 9am nakitawag ako sa landline ng iba para ireport at kailangan namin ng repair request. Ngayon Oct 18 2018 mag 1pm na wala padin yung dinespatch nyo na mag aayos ng problema namin. Ano na PLDT? Bilis bilis niyo mag singil ng bill tapos bilis niyo din mag putok tapos ang bagal ng service nyo? Good Lord!

Aside from the fact you have been providing us below-substandard service, you have been unable to attend to our request. Please understand that we do not have WiFi service at home in 3 weeks. I have been trying to report this to ALL platform available. Promises that was never done. I'm not sure If I need to include the account# along with the phone# that I am inquiring about. My dad has been trying to complain the same thing over at the PLDT office near where we live at. I have tried to file a formal complaint to NTC and I am yet to get their respond, too. Perhaps redtape? I have found another gov't agency where I can air my complaint as well, DTI. Once another telco player is available, we'll surely cancel the stupid account with PLDT

This is to request for the repair of our PLDT landline # 920 8173 which is not working for about 2-3 months now. The phone is located at the Office of the Executive Director of Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority, FPA Building, BAI Compound, Visayas, Avenue, Quezon City. Please have this repaired at the soonest possible time as we really need this in our daily communication as a government regulatory agency.

I would like to submit a complaint that we have already reported that we have no internet since July 2018. Until now repair service was not yet done. I keep calling your hotline but i cannot talk to anyone except the machine.
The machine keeps telling me that the service has been deactivated when in fact the internet has not been functioning since July. Therefore why should we pay for services we did not get to use?

We do not have internet connection for more than a month already but we are still paying the same amount of our monthly billing statement. - someone from pldt called me on that day to inform me there will be a network update from 10 am to 6 pm but since then service has not been working. I visited pldt sites near me several times but no action taken. Also It's very inconvenient to keep going back to your pldt sites only to find out ticket is still open. I work ojn a night shift as a call center agent. I have to take a rest and have some sleep during day time instead of spending time in your location site. They would always say that the ticket was already submitted and it's still open. It's very frustrating and disappointing. I am planning to take this to NTC for further action if this won't still get resolved.

I reported the incident last Sep. 16 thru hotline 177. The company lost internet connection on Sep. 15 but until now there's still no data connection even though I always called their hotline for follow up. The customer support always says that it is already forwarded on their technical team and just awaiting for a team to handle the situation. It is already 17 days and we are a company who badly needs internet connection. I am hoping that the complaintsboard can help us regarding in this matter.

We are experiencing slow internet connection and I called to 171 hotline. As I talked to your technical support rep asking what are the reasons why we are experiencing slow internet connection from 6:00PM to 6:00AM. She answered me due to the light post. Then I asked an explanation how the electric current from the light post affect the data traffic of our internet? Then suddenly we do not have a dial tone and also internet connection.
I believe that PLDT tech rep cut our dial tone and internet connection thru PLDT's software.
When I called again 171, I was not able to talk to your agents.
Are we paying your services for nothing? I guess YES
Can PLDT resolve this problem within a day?
Gosh we need to take action. I hate PLDT. We haven't gotten anything from them, from the time our complaint was made. We haven't had any Wifi in almost 3 Weeks!

It's almost been two weeks since the typhoon Ompong but our internet and landline are still not repaired. I have reported the matter to the local branch in Laoag City but the same remains unacted and unresolved. It is very unfair and inconvenient in our part as consumers that we are made to pay the fixed monthly charges despite the poor and unsatisfactoy service of the company. Please look into this promptly and I demand that it gets fixed without further delays. Thanks.

Hi,
Last 08/09/2018 I asked them to fix the line for our Internet. The phone is also not working it's been 2 weeks already. I am using my mobile prepaid for internet browsing which the speed is slow and data is not near enough. This is not the 1st time this happen. I want to get explanation and get compensation from this crappy service. They easily disconnect my service even if I have a month in advance payment.

I got work from 7am to 4pm, monday to friday. Their pldt service centers are closed by 5:30pm. How am I supposed to wait in the long queue of their cs? Oh... They have customer support, right? No. They don't have any reliable cs outside their establishments. Imagine, an isp that does not have cs in the internet / telephone. Mindblowing.
It's been a month of 0-3mbps speed during 7am to 12 midnight when my plan is 'up to 15mpbs'. To top that, I get disconnected from the net every 30s-1min. Yes. And i'm paying the full price of 1899+tax. And I am locked in to this service for 3 bloody years. [censored]. It's like stealing from the filipino people, but they're untouchable.

I received a call yesterday about my internet connection at a snail's pace. I am subscribed to their 5Mbps plan with phone number [protected]. I'm getting 20% speed of my plan and we couldn't use the phone at all. They want me to either keep the service and continue to pay them monthly as they can't do anything about it or cancel it, which is ridiculous. The rep, MJ, told me that that's what's on their script. I hope you could listen to the recording of our phone conversation so you know what your people are doing or saying while representing you.

The above facility (Landline and internet) were not working since August 17, 2018. Despite numerous complaints by phone and personal at their office in Bicutan, Paranaque, no action has been done by PLDT - not even an explanation on their service people's inaction has been received.
We sincerely hope that PLDT will not charge us from August 17, 2018 until the service has been restored.
