Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] no internet connection, yet we are still billed even if promised actions are not done.

Hope this email gets the attention of PLDT Head Office.

We are subscribers to your internet system in the Province of Davao del Norte, Tagum City.

The problem is we have no connection for 2 months now, but we are still billed. We complained several times and we have been promised several times also but no action has been done.

I have sent mail to the Customer Service email but was referred to a Twitter Account. I tweeted the complaint but no one is doing an action.

Appreciate if you can act on this.

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] unsupportive technical personnel

Installed line & DSL June 3, 2018
- Request was made for a bridgemode.
- The whole of July & August weekly follow up to Dagupan Branch to follow up for static details i.e., username, password, IP Address, DNS server, etc.
- I always gave my contact number they said they will call but until now, nothing...
- I also gave my email because they are pointing Manila office will give the details.
- I explain to them, why PLDT Cauayan, finished our required information next day after the installation. WHy Dagupan Branch can not.
- We can not open our store because we are still waiting for their info. and their communication to me.
- Please help me what shall we do? Are we still have to wait till eternity?

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] relocation

To whom it may concern:

We have been tolerant of PLDT's relocation service, unfortunately, a month and almost two weeks is already going to pass that they are still unable to relocate our internet line to our new home which is in the same barangay only. Their reason is that this is due to "passing private property". I am quite baffled why this is so because several of our new surrounding neighbors have a PLDT connection. The technicians who made the occular inspection that, due to a new policy (which is unclear and uninformed) they are unable to connect the lines.

Apart from this, 2 weeks after my brother (account holder) requested for the line to be relocated, they requested us to provide them a telephone number of one of our neighbors who uses their service so they can locate our new area. I emailed you about this but never received any response. I find this very incredulous as this is a "private information". Simply to say they are pushing us to trespass the privacy of our neighbors. Unfortunately due to my tight schedule, I am unable to face these technicians who requested this. I do think that if this is the case, they have a system that has the capability to pinpoint areas. However, my mom went ahead and pleaded one of our neighbors despite their adamant refusal at onset. I am gravely insulted on behalf of my mom after I heard what she went through so just we can get that phone number.

After providing them the phone number as they had requested, they still can't locate the area until last week they finally said they are unable to do so due to what I have mentioned at the onset. I personally went to their branch in Pasig Rotonda to inquire with this and the clerk told me that they had already made a follow up of this and nothing can be done. We have to pay the necessary PRE-TERMINATION FEES in order to disconnect our service. Clearly, she is asking us to breach the contract. It saddens me because we took the trouble to follow their requests and paid the last month's bill despite us not using their service but now the clerk told me that we should pay these fees. I am well aware of their clause for relocation (I have a copy) as per terms and conditions. I am willing to pay the relocation fee as long as we can use their service since two of my jobs require internet usage. However, in the recording I made while speaking to this clerk, she hinted that we just need to give up and pay in full amount. Also, they are claiming that our contract is not yet in 2 years where in fact, our line was first connected in 2015 and seems the last year they are referring to is that my brother and I requested a change for the email address to mine so I could follow up every month for the bill their system is automatically sending but there are several lapses which I called for several times just to receive it.

There are only 2 things we hope you can assist us - to have PLDT relocate our service and refund my bill for last month OR they can terminate our fees but we need not to pay the termination fees since they are the ones whose unable to meet their service not us who are willing to use it. I have only my recording with the clerk I spoke with last Monday. Unfortunately, due to the big size of the file, your site is unable to contain it. In reference on the time my parents and brother spoke with them, we can only present a witness. Please let us know if there is anything I need to do or submit to support my claim. I also saved a copy of their terms and conditions just in case I need to reread and analyze it. Thank you so much and looking forward to hearing from you.

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] poor internet connection and worst customer service ever

Our company already applied for internet upgrade last May 2018 yet nothing happens until now. We almost paid our bills without using it more often. What's more worst about it is that your 171 CSR hotline was down without any reasonable cause. I really don't see the purpose of your never-ending promos when it also happen that you're has the worst service ever. It causes a lot of delay!

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] landline/ no incoming and outgoing

no incoming /outgoing since june 2018.
our landline number is [protected]

We are using the telephone when all of a sudden the dial tone is gone. We check the chord line and the phone unit if it is cut or broken but the unit and chord line is okey.

We are seeking for your assistance in resolving this problem. Our daily operation is affected beacuse of it.

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] pldt landline and internet monthly bill amounting to php 490.86

Called and Been to makati business center several times to complain phone and internet status. Have requested disconnection and refund for the recurring problem. As agreed no refund will be made and no other charges will be collected from me due to disconnection request. Pls check your records and reverse my account as I want it cleared from any dues. Thanks

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] no internet, cable and landline for 2 weeks already

We have been calling your hotline number 171 almost every day since we've lost our connection on cable, internet and landline. We are updated with our payment but all of sudden the connection got cut. It's been 2 weeks and until now nothing no action has been done. What your customer service representative always says that the technicians have been dispatched but until now no one is coming.

Will you please do some actions, our telephone number is our ticket # [protected]. We are located in Mandaluyong.

Also, don't charge us for the days that we did not use your service.

Thank you and hoping for your immediate actions on this matter.

Almost 2 months nang walang dial tone ang landline namin pero may dumadating na bill! Ang bilis sa bill, pero pag repair wala! Dalawa nang landline namin ang walang dial tone! So ngayon walang natatawagan ang mga customer namin kung mag papaservice sila, ano na pldt! Ilang beses na akong contact ng contact sainyo! Ang hirap nyo macontact or ayaw nyo lang talaga mag pacontact kasi alam nyong mamumura na kayo dahil sa mga services nyo! Okay lang naman sana kung ilang araw kaso months na ang pinag uusapan dito e pati ang negosyo nadadamay! Humina yung pangkabuhayan dahil sainyo pero wala man lang kayo ginagawa! Sana naman ayusin nyo yung services nyo! Paki ayos naman ang telepono namin dyan nakasalalay ang pangkabuhayan namin. Sana naman pansinin nyo ang complaint na gaya nito! We badly need our landline to be fix right away! Thank you!

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] the slow internet and our telephone have no dial tone all the time.

We are not a delinquent payer and would pay before the DUE date so we don't understand why are INTERNET connection is very slow when it is the FIBR plan of your promo. You offered us a telepad and new telephone with the freebie of free 1 mbps for the internet speed but it is still way too slow.

We pay 2, 200 per month and what kind of services are we receiving? We are not receiving the promised connection and moreover; the signal is always interrupted.

The Green Blinking light for the internet would not light up several times and its very frustrating on our side.

I hope you take further actions at this complaint or we'll be forced to stop the contract and transfer to other internet companies.

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] internet service

Theyre asking us to pay months of unused services just because their team are not fully collborated. Ive asked for a change of plan an upgrafe which both their center and the tecnicians confirmed as migration. On June they installed my fiber line but did not work until August 12. Ivecalled multiple times to ask for assistance and even ask assistance on their FB page acct.. but sadly got no response from both. Still they wanted me to pay from June to now where my service was only activated on Aug 9. They barred my account!

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] home internet bundled with landline

Dear pldt support,

I am sending this complaint to your good office for the exact reason that since aug 22, 2018 until now, we still have no internet connection from our place in pasig. (golden heights residences, elisco road, kalawaan pasig).

This is very painful for me since I work from home and at the same time painful for my kids who is using internet for their assignments and to my wife who is preparing topic research as professor in college.

I am sending this also on behalf of my co-tenants in our condo building as this is taking too long now.

With this I wanted to make it clear that I will be in serious note to deduct the no of days that we do not have internet in our billing from aug 22, until the time you fix the issue and this is definitely a just request in fact if I charge you with the daily cost of expense I go to office it would be a lot more expensive.

Please do this as urgent request for you as a customer and as a good client who always make sure to pay with you promptly.

1> please escalate and make sure to speed up the fix for the internet connection
2> second and lastly, facilitate the new bill for deducting the days for not having internet..

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] poor service and slow internet speeds and dsl, no fiber optics in a subdivision in makati. wtf?

For 10 Years we put up with your CRAPPY Internet connection. We even bought your solicited UPGRADES so we can speed up our P999 internet connection from 100kbps to just 300-400 kpbs. Guess what? We will never ever purchase ANY PLDT Product ANYMORE and we will go on and SPREAD the HATE to all our 10000+++ FRIENDS! No to PLDT! WE availed of a new Fibr Optic Internet connection for only P1500 but we do get speeds of 5mbps now. LUMAKI lang kayo hindi nyo na naalagaan mga simpleng mamamayan na tumulong sa paglaki nyo! NO RESPECT TO YOUR LOYAL SUBSCRIBERS. FIX YOURSELVES! We are DONE with your [censored]!

mula July 24 nawalan kami internet

i tried many times to call but to no avail pabalikbalik at di ko mareach ang CS nila, wala ako makausap naiisis na ako... lagi na lang automated ang nasagot

pati sa FB account nila wala ako napala

tried to contact CS nila ngayon (Aug 31) sabi - putulin daw nila linya ko kase overdue na ako sa payment! grabe

bakit ako magbabayad kung wala naman serbisyo... pano karapatan ko bilang konsumer

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] internet

Its been a month that i am having issues with my speed.
This internet provider installed my connection recently(last month)
But since then we never get the speed we are paying for (20 mbps) and we always get 9mbps everyday. I need to have the exact speed i needed cos ive been applying for a home-based job but until now i can't get the job i wanted because of lacking of speed required to get the job. Ive been calling tech support and messaged them through messenger but they never bothered helping and until now i cant reach tech support through my phone. This company is pure bulls**t!

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] upgrade from signal based to fiber

i applied since Feb2018 up to now hindi p nakakabit dami nila excuses. Worst part was may sched n dpat ako from last May 2018 may available port n as per CSR since multiple times n ako ngfollow up at complain tpos upon checking nearbg area nmjn may available slot n daw sa main port, nakasched n ikakabit confirm n din ng CSR nila 2 weeks wlang pmupunta sa pagtawag ko nawala na daw ung port anu ung nglaho na lng may Job order n sabay gnun sasabihin, ngapply ulit ako since every 2 weeks kapag wlang nangyari apply k ulit since inavlid n previous application mo. Anung petsa n ngapply ako again for the nth time Aug 25 na ngaun may black box n sa tabi ng poste nmin antayin p daw maactivate anu another 6 months? Dami mali sa process nila nkakaubos paxenxa

pinapa unsubcribed ko ung cignal tv na bigla nalang nagkaron sa roku ng hindi ako nagpapa subscribed. I've been calling the customer care nung 2nd week palang ng June 2018 halos every week tumatawag ako para sa update at for 3 billing periods nabibill ako for cignal tv na hindi ako nag pasubscribed. Anong petsa na August 24, 2018 na hindi pa rin naaayos.

8 days of no internet connection and dialtone, we can't even complain through their hotline since ivr or machine operator lang ang meron sila. grr. i also emailed them about the complain but they responded that their [protected]@pldt.com cant attend to my concern, I can complain thru messaging then sa fb page nila, I sent a lot of message sa fb page pero until now they hindi pa naayos

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] internet connection, landline service

Hello. It's been a week now since we don't have an internet connection and everyday we are given an auto reply from PLDT hotline that there is a major cable problem in our area and the restoration team are doing their urmost to fix it. Without an internet connection even for a day is very frustrating so PLEASE fix the problem before weekend comes. We are a family of an OFW and we only have the weekends to have a bonding time with our loved ones abroad.

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] telephone no outgoing calls

Helo, my landline no is [protected], i complained regarding my phone w/c i cannot make outside calls, its been three weeks now and still no action have taken place, i already made a complained at our pldt office, a technician went also to home and check but said he will email manila and nothing happen...then i recieved a call from customer service thst he will escalate my problem... that was the third escalation report already done and until now my phone is not fix yet..i dont know what to do anymore bcoz i ran out of options anymore... imagine im paying the service which i am suppose to enjoy... i am planning to go to the DTI office to file a complain this week, my only last option.. will see the outcome if you guys remain adamant regarding my phone services...puro na lang escalation wala naman nangyayari sa escalation
