I am still receiving a bill which has caused my service to be restricted and yet I have no internet or telephone service since June 28, 2018. A call has been made requesting for repair and still no one from PLDT has done anything about it. Why would I pay for something I have not used. The reference number is [protected]. for a technical report which was called in last June 28, 2018 because I have lost my service for no apparent reason. I also made an advance payment of Php3600 even before my service was installed because I was requested to do so through an email I have received. I have visited the PLDT office in fairview terraces last July 2nd hoping to get a resolution but to no avail and to date, I still don't have any internet or landline service. I am just emailing you from an internet shop and that is somewhat pathetic.

We went to the nearest PLDT office in our area but then there's a signage there that there office hours is thru Tuesday and Thursday only and it's very unfortunate that we go there last Friday. But we try to dial the 171 hotline and they said that our complain are ready for dispatch and expect resolution soon but until now WE DON'T HAVE INTERNET CONNECTION :(

Aug 1 2018 10pm when it rained I checked my fone there was no dialtone & internet service.I calld 171 a voice ans. mach.responded with no options to talk to a cust.service rep. Aug 3 2018 I went to PLDT at Fairview terecess mall to report my prob & was given a fault repair no.& was told to followup repair concern after 3days. It's Aug 10 2018 no repairs were done & we still have no fone service.its unfortunate after all these years instead of improving, PLDT has gone to the dark ages.its a shame more than a week of waiting for repairs, pldt could have built a new tower by now. We hope they could fix this simple probs.

Maraming beses akong nagfollow up sa 177 pero sobrang tagal ng service natransfer sya first week of june2018 pero walang dial tone at nawawala yung internet connection, tumawag ako ulit ng sa customer service pero walang nangyayare hanggang wala yung 177 personal na kami pumunta sa customer service sa sm north annex 1st na punta namin sabi sa amin wala pa daw report na nagagwa pero natransfer na panu nangyare un ? so second na punta koaugust 1, 2018 4:00pm at natwag ang number ko 7:00pm nakausap ko ung nagiisang lalaki dun medyo chubby sabi nya sige po ma'am ipapaactivate po natin tom. Since activation at matagal na din yan kaya kinuha nya number ko, pero wala pa din nagactivate pumunta ulit ako ng august 06, 2018 2:30pm ako dumating natwag ang number ko 6:30pm tas ang sasabihin lang nung girl na nakausap ko magfollow-up lang, tnuro kung ung nakausap ko last aug.1 at sinabi nya na hindi sya ngcocomiit ng maiiactive kinabukasan ginawa pa kong sinungaling ngkamnesia bigla.

Good day po, i was very disappointed with the two customer service representative at PLDT pasig rotonda namely Ms. Malou Algezera and Fe Lojo. I was complaining na madami akong report tru 171 hotline but they keep on insisting na wala daw, pinakita ko yung hawak ko na mga reference number at name ng mga operator na nakausap ko wala daw nakareport so its not may fault kung di nakareport yung mga complaint ko tru 171 hotline, the operator keep on asking my details specially my number i give it to them but i never heard any call from your staff, i have been a regular client of your business but now i am completely disappointed, i expect quality service from you and request you to address this issue with immediate attention. please remind this woman how to handle and take care of her customer service. She was being sarcastic in dealing with every client she dealt with. I was just observing her while i was waiting for my number to be called, unfortunately she called my number and yes the same scenario shes being sarcastic and mean.Ni ayaw tumingin sa akin kng mag explain.. Last July 22, 2018 (Sunday) LOS indicator was stated to blink. I called the PLDT hotline (171) on Monday to call for technical assistance for LOS problem they just gave a ticket number but up to now no response from PLDT I able to followed up last July 26, 2018.
PS. Grabe naman kayo PLDT need to wait for almost 3 hours para marinig lang ang "Need po ninyo 3 to 4 days for technician" kakahighblood!

Meanwhile, gave pldt the benefit of the doubt, paid bill still due july 16 on july 13 during time when complaint has not been acted on.
Made another personal appeal @ pldt SM Manila office on July 23, still to no avail.
Final kicker was when I received a bill due on Aug 16 for nonexistent internet service!
Was told pldt was too miserly to fork out regularization benefits for job hires who they employ to provide maintenance service to subscribers.
My options/questions:
a) I'm sure I'm entitled to some rebate for paying for service that was never delivered. What is the procedure for this?
b) If PLDT remains unresponsive to growing complaints from subscribers, HOW DO I INITIATE TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION?!
I do NOT intend to pay them until internet service is restored. I think this is the only language that they understand.
I have the same situation. May I ask if you pay it or not? Since July 10 we do not have internet connection and dial tone. But we have the billing already.
I have the same bad experience with PLDT. I called for an assistance because my internet was not working. That call was made June 28, 2018. That means no internet service until now. To my surprise though, I received a billing notification. Nobody took the time to check on my concern and yet they have the nerve to bill me.

We have been suffering from PLDT's poor services since April to May of this year and still suffering from the same problem now. We have encountered a 3 week no internet and no telephone connection during that time and still been charged for that month. We've been contacting their hotline but there is no representative from them. We even contact them regarding the problem in their website, but still no response. I really hope you can help us. I would like to inform you regarding my concern, I decided to apply internet connection(PLDT)Because all my family are working abroad including me, so ang mom ko lng ang naiwan sa bahay and also my nephew after namin mapasa ung mga requirements with in 2 weeks sila nag Punta sa bahay at nag kabit ng connection.I'm very disappointed because of your employee na nag install sa bahay ay humingi ng pera they called "pakunswelo" and my mom gave them a money. as I remember wla dapat kameng babAyaran dahil free yung installation, its not a reason na mang hingi Sila ng pera dahil trabaho nila yun.i just want to inform you PLDT Company na meron kayong corrupt na employees.

I have an issue with my internet last friday July 20, 2018 no internet and no dialtone and thinking to find a way to report thats why i used my phone .. yesterday monday july 23 someone called me from pldt and said how is my internet and i said still no internet and no dial tone. and then he said that try to restart the modem lol and i said i already did that and still nothing happens... and he said ok if still no internet report it back lol.. is that the solution ? to report it back ? haha with doing something just talk ?.. until now i dont have internet since friday and still waiting. im working online thats why how important internet is. but yea pldt still no respond i did everything email, call, find another number but yea 5 days no internet..im thinking how this company build if they cant support their client..

I called pldt last april to apply for new connection and submitted all necessary documents for my application. The person ive spoke with said i need to pay right away so i can get the service connected. I payed with my credit card for 3600 pesos. Ive followed up numerous times and been promised numerous times that i will get update. Early month of june when i follwwd up again i was told my application got cancelled. I requested for a rwfund and was guaranteed over the phone i can get it within 7 days. Its nearly end of july i still havent get my refund. I need the money since i stop working and planning to work from home thats why i need my internet connection right away. My application for homebased job has been cancelled. Still dont have internet connection and im still waiting in vain for my refund. I am a single mom trying to meet both ends. Please help me with my refund i need that so i an start looking for a new job. Pldt if you have a heart please refund my money. You get the payment feom me when u ask it with no hastle why cant you give back my refund? U cancelled my application without notice and my mobile bill spike up because of following up on you numerous times. I applied for upgrade from DSL to Fibr.
It has been 3 weeks since the installation of our Fibr. Despite of constant followup... still not working as of now.
Call center technical Team said they can only send email to follow up to the concerned dept. Theyve been doing that for more than 10x ive called. No resolution as of today. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Nakabit ang line ng june 10. Ang sabi s akin madali nmn ipacut ang line irequest lang daw. Tumawag aq s customer service at sabi ay sa office daw pumunta. Nagpunta ako june 16 nagpasa ako ng request for cancellation. At binigyan aq ng quote kung magkanu ang babayaran q . Alam namn natn na d q pwede ipaputol agad ang ultera dahil 3 years sya contract kaya nga magshishift ako e. Understood nmn na by june 10 ang gagamitin q na ay ung bagong line na fibre. Ngaun nakatanggap ako ng bill na bago sa ulterra na 699. At nung nagpunta ako sa office napakahaba ng pila at ang sabi s akin ung nagasikaso sa papel ko ng cancellation ay end of contract na sa diliman branch at sabi ng kausap q lumalabas na kelangan q p bayaran ung 699 billing period june 5 to july 6. Sa ulterra makikita ang percentage ng gamit. Saka bakit q babayaran ung 699? June 10 me unlimited fibre na nga ako. Naiintindhan q ung sinasabi nyang syatem generated pero obviously makikita nmn ung usage nun. Dapat cinoconsider dn un ng company.
pldt fibr service
I apply for PLDT Fibr since May, until now our PLDT fibr is not activated. They install the Modem and TelPhone but no Dial tone and data for Fibr. We already paid the service and 1 month advance of our line. We can't connect directly in your *171, your email support requiring us to fill upon clicking the icon in your email. But there is no icon that is clickable. What happen to your service. Please call us immediately, I called so many times before. Same goes to my sister. She has been calling, emailing asking for updates, but to no avail. She applied for an upgrade last April this year to fibr and several customer reps already told her that they are processing it and expect a call from them for the installation. But, it's already July and no one from PLDT has been answering the calls.
We are paying right for the service, but PLDT does not attend well to its customer's concerns.

Doi - july 10, 2018; toi - 2 pm; poi - pldt office. I would like to complain the arrogance and lack of sympathy of the person named thelma osenia, who was unfortunately in charge of the customer service area that day. I went there to inquire regarding the abrupt interruption of landline/internet/cigna service in our house at 140 j gonzales st, brgy. Pagaspas, tanauan city. I was inquiring about the possible cause of the said interruption and the possible time they will resume the above services.in all my inquiries, all she answered was I don't know. She is not the technician and she doesn't know their schedule. Despite her ignorance about what is happening to her place of work, she still advised me to follow up. If you were in my shoes, would you be motivated to come back to a person who doesn't give you any answer? I asked her that she should exhaust any possible way to help your customers, least to say, advise us the time you can reconnect our line?!? She said with her sarcastic voice, after a month! I told her, we are paying customers and the least she should do is be apologetic with the inconvenience this service interruption is causing us... She said, I am apologizing in her most sarcastic voice. What would you do to this person who doesn't have the sympathy not only to your customers but obviously to your company?!? Why would you put a person who doesn't know how to listen, moreso [censored] with what is happening?!? Customer service? Where is the service if you know nothing at all about your service?!?

You're Internet service is quite exemplary. We just have some issues regarding the technical services. This problem has occurred for 3 weeks already. But until now the problem is not yet solved. We've been visiting PLDT offices in Cebu weekly in order for them to take actions but we haven't received anything. We understand that they have some issues but, hopefully, they will also take action to this matter.
Pldt please make an action. We have no internet and dial tone for 1.5 months already. I've been calling 171 before and it takes 30 minutes or more before the optr answered the call and still not being reseolved. This week i've been calling again your hotline but no option to be answered by the optr only giving the ref number and saying that the technical support is for dispatch. Until now nobody assisted my problem...
If there will be lapsed in payment you ready disconnect the line but for the services that needed to take action on your side it takes this long time. Utang na loob ayusin nyo na linya ko...Nakakapurhisyo kayo...Landline account ko [protected]...

You guys are gonna lose a lot of customers with your system. It's so frustrating! I applied for a fibr plan and they said you'd install it within 7 days! My job requires high speed internet, and it's been put on hold because of your useless service! 3 weeks already of waiting and not getting to a customer service representative. Your hotline system is incompetent, and primitive. It's so messed up how you guys are a bug company that doesn't care about how you're treating customers. I really hope you guys do something about this.

I applied for Ultera in my area (Antipolo City Dalig II). After 2 weeks, I called them for a reason of not updating me. They said the caller supposedly the technician reported that my number is ringing but no one is answering. So I gave them my gf's number and then we didn't receive any calls even though they said that they will call on the same day everytime I call them again, and again. No call notification on me, even though I am staring at my phone the entire day every 5 minutes, and it's always in front of me. I tested my phone and it can receive and make calls. I even factory reset it, just to be sure. Same with the other numbers of family members and my gf's number.
I called them 2 weeks ago on their ultera hotline but there's no option to follow up on existing applications as usual.
That is just so bizzare. I know they're facing employment issues last week until now but this is just madness. I can do their job in a day's work, can they just get it done? I am even willing to meet with the technician to confirm my installation if they're willing to, as I've said in my email. No response as well. Wow. It felt like I am communicating to ancient people.
Are these guys trolling me? I even asked them to call my family's business number. No response. Until now, they have not called me. PLDT? Hello?

I requested twice for upgrade to "ALL HOME FIBR WIFI MESH" thru your 171 -the latest being last June 11, 2018 -but until now my service is NOT upgraded and yet you are already charging me with the new rate!
As per "National Telecommunications Commission's" issued Memorandum Circular No. 05-06-2007 which enumerated the agency's consumer protection guidelines, states that :
"Right not be charge. A subscriber can only be charged according to the rates, terms, and conditions he or she has agreed to. A consumer cannot be charge for the time being during which a continuing or continuous service was interrupted through no fault of the subscriber."
Add to this that since Wednesday -June 29, 2018 - we have no landline and internet access and I already made more than 2 reports on this -to NO AVAIL.
Please restore our landline and internet FIBR access and upgrade us to my desire service -while correcting this new billing charges!
Gusto ko ishare ang naexperience ko sa PLDT, first payment ko nung June 17, 2018 nagbayad ako ng maayos pero yung internet ko walang pinagbago. Simula nung kinabitan ako hindi ko nakukunsumo yung internet speed na 25mbps hanggang ngaun dumating ang July 17, 2018 hindi kopa din nagamit ng maayos at hindi kopa din nakukunsumo yung 25mbps na pinakabit ko. Tumawag ang gf ko sa hotline ng pldt 1 week after ng first payment ko para ipa upgarde ang internet ko into 50mbps mai sumagot ng tawag tinanong ng gf ko kung pwede ipa upgrade yung internet namin ng 50mbps pwede naman daw basta magpasa lang daw ng letter via email at gusto ako pa ang kausapin then kinausap ko yung customer service ng PLDT para iconfim. Binigay ko info ko, birthday etc.. Then naconfim nya na tama, bago matapos yung call tinanong ko kung sure na maupgrade ba yung internet ko sagot ng customer service "Yes" daw wait lang daw ng 24-48 hours or 3-5 working days for upgrading. Pero ilang linggo ang lumipas wala pa din nangyari at lalo pa bumagal ang internet ko from 25mbps naging 5mbps nalang ang nakukunsumo ko bumababa pa, pinipilit kong tumawag sa hotline ng PLDT recording lang ang sumasagot saken sinasabe na hindi available ang technical suppport nila at nagbigay sila ng dispatch number para technical support. Ilang beses ako tumatawag bago pa dumating ang second payment ko pero wala pa din sumasagot na customer service. Pagkatapos nung dutaing na yung July 17, 2018 tumawag yung recording for reminding sa payment. Tapos mai tumawag ulit kahapon July 20, 2018 sa customer service ng PLDT na reminding about sa payment ko ng PLDT internet at ihohold muna daw account hanggang sa makapagbayad ako. Pag sa bayadan lang ba magaling ang PLDT, pero sa concern ng customer ambagal ng aksyon nyo. Pano ko babayadan kung hindi maayos at wala silang aksyon sa internet kona ilang beses kona tinawag sa hotline nila na "171" hindi ko babayadan ang bill kung ganyan lang din naman ang service nila. Magbabayad ako tapos hindi kona naman makukunsumo yung internet speed na pinakabit ko, nonsense lang din nagsasayang lang ako ng pera. Pahelp naman po ng concern kona ireport ang internet ng PLDT.
