pldt fiber home migration and installation
I have terminated my PLDT Canopy account last April 30, 2018. was offered migration to PLDT fiber Home through phone call by their sales dept which I accepted. Their Installation team installed the fiber line, modem and phone on May 30, 2018. The installer told me that it will be activated within 48 hrs but unlit now July 4, 2018 it has not been activated. I called 171 to follow up my application but the Customer Service just keep telling me that my application is on process. I was their customer for the past 10 years. My neighbor who just switched from Globe to PLDT fiber gets activated in just a week. I have this disheartening feeling for this company who does not value customer relationship.

I had called pldt 3 times regarding the continious disconnection and interruption with my line. It is my problem to experience thiS always. Customer Service when i followed up said the reported case was closed. Why closed while it was never been repaired? No info to me as well for the repairs.
This is my 3rd follow up.
Hope my connection problem will be solved since i am a promt subscriber.

We have reported last june 25 for having no internet. Customer service tell us to monitor it 72hrs.after that we have called everyday at 171 to report and follow up our request to have a technician visit our place since the modem is not working.until now june 30 no action. If we call and follow up, all they can say is we have already escalated this to our technician and please wait for them to call you and visit your place to replace and fix the problem.how long should we wait?a month?it been 6days and our wifi is not working.pldt service is really bad

My connection went from having low internet speed to no internet connection at all. I already upgrade my plan from 3mbps to 10mbps hoping it will solve the problem but unfortunately the problem worsen. I work from home and need the service. I have been calling since I had pldt as my service provider complaining of the slow connection but now i have no internet at all. You have to do something about this. We need to get this resolved. I also need to get compensated from this trouble you caused us.

June 16, 2018 i requested for my router to be change from route mode to bridge mode. the next day my internet was down and up to now i still dont have any connection. I don't know what happened but i called 171 for about 5 times and they only keep telling me the same crap every time and no technician is trying to fix my internet problem. I called 171 hotline again and requested for disconnection and they're asking me to pay a pre-termination fee of 3 times of the monthly plan. Im only trying to terminate my contract because of their poor service. And they're still asking me to pay for bad customer service. Maybe they intentionally give poor customer service so many will terminate their contract and pay PLDT the pre termination fee.
upgrade to pldt fibr 20 mbps
I have requested for upgrade to FIBR 20 mbps on June 12, 2018, but until now no action has been done by PLDT Staff. I have also submitted all the paperwork that was required. I have been calling PLDT's Products and Services almost on a daily basis to follow up on this request. Additionally, I have also been sending email to both Products and Services and Customer Care every day. I have spoken to several people at the Products and Services Division and received assurances that my case will be resolved as soon as possible. I have all the email and names of staff members (including dates and time) I have spoken to.

Someone called to my house ([protected]) named JOAN and my husband was the one who answered. My husband was talking to soft, to little as he has no voice coming out as he is sick and your staff saying stupid reply to my husband. She hang up to phone quickly as she's thinking that my husband is joking her for this little voice coming out. I am complaining that woman and give her some lesson for her behavior. I dont want that person called again my number.

I am from Sto Niño, City of San Fernando Pampanga we live near gha Pldt Sn fdo pampanga branch. We have been complaining about our landline to them last month(may) We are requesting for a replacement of the telephone, we called many times but no one goes to our house for our requested service! Then recently we planned to update our wifi to fibr that was may 5 in the morning when someone came to put up the new modem for fibr and informed us that they would call if the fibr is activated. But! Last last week that was 1st week of June, we had a problem with the internet. We reported it on June 13 I even went to the pldt branch near our house and talked to the customer service agent named jayree and said he will follow it up and he said for us to wait the next day for someone to come at our house. But no one came! Seriously!? We are paying properly but ged bad service! Kindly help up with our concern. We've been receiving poor services from pldt. Hope you can assist us. Thanks

I have been having spotty internet connection since may 1. I have made countless of phone calls through the hotline and people kept blaming it on the undersea cable that was cut. At first I thought okay it wouldn't cause such a big deal. 2 weeks later the issue was becoming worse to the point I could barely use the internet anymore. 3 weeks later it still wasn't fixed. I work from home and need fast and stable connection. I do customer service and evertime our internet drops my calls get disconnected too. I took few days off when my internet was down, I had to go undertime when it cut out again. I have lost money because of this friggin issue. My bosses warned that I would lose my job if I keep getting disconnected calls. They sent out a tech on may 21, and the problem was fixed until last week. Wednesday last week the issue came back. I called and I called and I called and no one seemed to know what's going. This is very frustrating. I am very frustrated. I asked to speak to supervisor and the reps kept saying sup was engaged on a call. At this point I think my issue should have been escalated already. Nobody at pldt seems to care about their customers. The technician was out here yesterday and did something on the outside box, and reset my connection and told me to observe my connection again and if possible take a picture of the rg when it drops again so he can forward it to whoever he needs to forward it to. Last night, while working, between 11pm and 3am, my internet dropped 9 times. I just didnt take a picture, I took a video of it. This is really getting out of hand. I need my internet fixed. I am not a delinquent payer, I pay my bills on and ahead of time. Pldt can not even give me credits, but to be honest right now that is not my priority, but I will deal with it after this issue is fixed. I need my internet for [censored] sake! I will file a complaint in dti or ntc as well. If pldt can not escalate this to a higher level, I will escalate this myself.

No internet service since February 2018 but we are always fully paid. We need a resolution to this. We always approach PLDT Los Banos Laguna for the complains but no actions being done. We continue paying such service yet no service is being rendered. Kindly resolve this as soon as possible. We do not like paying a non-working service. This is a home DSL, being used privately, not a company.

I called PLDT customer service because I need 3mbps internet speed. I was informed by my cousins that what we have is 2mbps internet speed only when they called PLDT previously when they inquired if we can switch to fiber however they were discouraged to do so.Our plan is DSL Unlimited 1299php/month, I just check our internet speed and it usually goes up to 2mbps only. I was on the line for more than an hour due to long hold and multiple transfers. Tech team told me I only have 2mbps and Product and services team told me that I dont need to upgrade because I am already paying for 3mbps. I got confused with the different information. One of the reps found out that PLDT missed to provide us the correct internet speed capping us to 2mbps only SINCE 2014. They created job order to fix my internet speed and I badly needed that to be completed by Monday since I need 3mbps as a requirement for my job. My question on my bills was never answered though. What will happen to those months or years that we paid 3mbps but only get 2mbps? We've been a loyal customer and we were paying our bills timely, every single month. Id be straight forward, with the tenure that we have and the service that we paid but was never provided to us, I need a re-rate on our plan or a refund or a compensation for the inconvenience that we have experienced or free up our services for the next 4 mos! We never complained before, we patrionized your products, I need PLDT to act on this immediately. We've been patient for the last 3 or 4 years. We never asked from you before even our connections went rough couple of times before. Earn our trust back!

Pldt inform me that there is a downtime in our are from May 25 to June 3 because of your upgrade that means you already knows that their is a down time it means that the rebate is automatically adjusted in our Bills but the question is why do we still have to call the billing Department where you already knows that their Will be a rebates it is Unfair for the Consumer that does not know that their Will be an adjustment please take action on this Matter cause it is right

We started out with poor DSL service then upgraded to "fiber" which in turn gave us worse internet service. Our service plan was P1299 for 3mbps, and this was not intermittent, then upgraded to 20mbps for P1899/mo with a 3yr contract, however, we receive service ranging from .05mbps to 5mbps on a daily basis. That's not even on peek hours. Basically, we'll be paying additional P600 in the course of 3yrs which totals to P21, 600 for service that is worse that our old one. Furthermore, when we called for a field tech to check on our connection, it turns out that our service was VDSL and not fiber. We feel extorted and we express our deepest disgust with their customer service.

PLDT has been one of the worst ISP, I submitted all the documents as compliance for the requirements and even paid for the activation fee. Unfortunately, for more than a month, PLDT is not installing the service. Calling their customer service is not even helpful, full of alibis regarding their service team. If you truly care for your customers you should do better than follow-ups and take some action.
Conclusion: PLDT is no-no company if you are looking for an ISP.

Mavic, try to call the sub-contractor instead. In my area, it is ProTek and I called them directly and gave the job order number, my contact info and address and after few hours they arrived to install the fibr. I applied last March and the installation only took last month.
Same here I already paid my activation fee but yet I don't receive any call from the installer.
Hi Angelo, the service installer just came to my house last week. What I did is that I call them directly, contacted the sub-contractor in my area and they installed the service the same day. I don't know why but there seems to be a problem with PLDT itself and not their service team.

This particular service is vital in accomplishing our reports and other documents. Unfortunately, for the past few days, we have been experiencing a very slow internet connection. I lost my phone and internet services on may 18, 2018 with pldt. The phone number is 9325146. Up to now, it is still not fix and I am not getting any update about the issue. I've been calling customer service almost everyday but not getting enough information about the issue. They can not even tell me when the issue will be fixed. I also have a neighbor who told me that they did not have any services for 4 months so they ended cancelling the account itself. I am still in contract with pldt, if the issue cannot be fixed then I want to terminate the contract without any contract breakage fee as they cannot even resolve the issue.
