Trust this email finds you well.

I am writing this email with utmost disappointment with the service I am receiving with regards to my TV.

When I bought my 55” Skyworth TV I was told that I would have warranty for when something happens to that TV but today I am given a runaround when that service has to be delivered. I brought back that TV on 12/08 and was given 21 days turnaround time but as I am writing this email I still don’t have my TV back. After 2/3 weeks of taking in my TV I was told Cape Town couldn’t fix the problem that it had to be moved to Joburg, a week later after that Joburg I am told I lost my warranty due to cockroaches ruining my TV therefore I am getting my TV back as is. How is that even possible? Why would that take this long to determine that? Why wasn’t I told that before it went to Joburg because it doesn’t take a genius to figure that way out that you guys are taking now?! I was then told my matter would be escalated but the lady that was assisting us came back saying nothing is being done with this matter therefore she will request my TV to come back as is but still nothing from her. I want that warranty service delivered to me as promised.

This is the worst service ever, I have never heard or experienced such ever!
