I placed a delivery online and about 10 products weren't delivered, now I anyway have to complete my shopping for what wasn't delivered, what is the point of giving the online option, you select all the products that you want and that is in stock according to the online site, and when it get delivered they don't have.

A real waste of time

I bought a panet of mince at Pick n Pay N1 City Cape Town and there were pieces of bones in the mince. UNACCEPTABLE from a retail like Pick n Pay.

The manager of Golden Sun PnP Vanderbijlpark, swears at customers and after his colleague told him he cannot swears at customers he told his colleague he doesn't care. Is that the kind of managers you allow to work for your company, that no wonder PnP is busy closing down.

2kg polony was priced at R46. 99 for four (4). The supervisor in charge refused to sell it the way it was priced and told me that the merchandisers made a mistake. She offered to give me one free, instead of three.

I went to buy at pick n pay at forest hill mall, Pick n pay staff just came infront of me jumping que and pay ..they were making noise 5 of them including the cashier by the name of Daisy.she als helped me while busy pressing her phone .am not happy at all. Il never go shop at any pick n pay

Pick n pay Centurion mall does not have shopping baskets and it has been more than a year, no improvements after revamp, all is left is dirty baskets with no handles and few dirty trolleys, it's frustrating to shop there, stock packing is worse, u find spices on the same aisle as baby stuff, please fix it

Whats the use for weekend specials if there is nothing on the shelfs? We went to your branch today in lambton and we could not get any of your specials. When i asked the manager where they are, he told me it was sold out. Aren't they suppose to keep the shelfs full till sunday?

2. No cartons Camel Filter over a two months period. 3 consecutive failed purchase attempts.

These are day to day basic commodities. Nothing out of the ordinary.

What's wrong with your stock control and re-order systems/procedures.

Despite phone calls and emails to their customer support, there are still items missing from our order which is marked as delivered but has not been delivered. We were therefore charged for items which we did not receive.

Their customer support is exceptionally poor.

I bought a chicken at kc pick n pay tonight and when I got home it was still full of blood.. it is disgusting and this was for supper! I wonder who would pay for food poisoning bills! I am putting this all over social media

I am shocked as I purchased R84.99 at the Mitchells Plain Pick n Pay Branch earlier this afternoon. The product was expired by the 11 month in 2015! Although I have been refunded of my money, my question to Management is: " why do the staff not check or ensure that the sell by dates are in order"? This is something to look into though. Thank you

One of your staff members has has swapped the NSFAS voucher card with one that has nothing. I have just heard that this is a popular trend among your staff, I now have a child who had R2500+- on that account and all of a sudden there is R0.00, I have to open up a criminal case against Pick n Pay.

I want to buy pretzels from Carletonville pick n pay on 23 January 2019 it was on spesial and then I look at expiring date and it was 22 January, they sell stuff on special that has expired already, I am a loyal customer of pick n pay always looking for specials but also always look at expiring dates. I bought a PnP 1kg ham for R65 from my local PnP in Empangeni KZN. When I cut it this morning there was a funny smell & taste to it & it seem to be soft in the centre.
When taking the photos now, the smell is dreadful.

I got to pick n pay piet retief in town at about 1950hrs on the 20th of July 2022 and was denied entry by the security guard telling me they were closed...

Hi, the telephone nr for Pick n Pay Hazyview is not answered. I was given a cellphone nr. but even this one was not answered neither replied to the whole day on whatsapp or any other way.

Really just pathetic. We want them to deliver to our lodge but instead use other suppliers. It is nice big orders.

I ordered in June, received an incomplete order delivery 3 weeks later. I have been struggling to get the refund from them for more than a month. My emails is being ignored, calls goes unanswered. Logged 12 tickets on their help desk, just to be further ignored and tickets closed before an attempt is made to rectify. I am fed up and frustrated.
