Not a complaint: I would liek to firstly, commend pick n pay for the amazing clothing range that they keep especially in the kids department as well as the value for money options. I do however, want to enquire as to why the lay-bye option isnt available at pick n pay clothing. With the current economic state and having to budget all the time. I would like to request that pick n pay clothing please take this into consideration?

First of all, thank you for the amazing clothing quality offered. However, at this day of age, it is disappointing to find a store such as yours not having any clothing online store. Please invest on onlines store which allows us to view items available. As time progesses, you can then develop the same online store to allow for item sales and deliveries.
Also, not everyone can deserve to purchase in cash at all times. Please introduce some account or lay-buy option.

Had the worse experience today at Eastrand mall pick n pay clothing .. I wanted to make a layby and definitely take it out the next day .instead I was told if I wanna layby I needed to have a tymeBank.. the ladies name was Portia she even called other colleagues to listen to what she was saying ... making mockery out of me ... they all weren't interested in helping or even offering to open account..

Dear pnp clothing can you please try considering for lay-bye options at your clothing stores some people try to budget and not all have the cash amediately to pay so then they can atleast put an deposit down and pay for the three/4 months period... Honesty love your clothing and the materials...
