I ordered on 19.05.2022. My order was incorrect - I assume I had received another customer's order - none of the items I ordered were delivered. I called customer care and logged a query with the consultant who advised she would escalate the query. I also emailed support. I have since called the customer centre 4 times pleading for a resolution. I needed to know whether my groceries would be delivered as I had purchased essential items including nappies for my baby and I needed to make another plan if the delivery was not possible today. The 5th time I called the customer centre, I was assured that the matter was escalated and that the agent would call the store and advise them to deliver my items. This was at 12 noon today (20.05.2022). I received no feedback and I emailed customer support again. No response. I have been a loyal customer of Pick N Pay for a while - I was using the app when it was called Bottles and I purchase at least once a week on the App. I can't believe that in this day and age with the economy being what it is, that you are prepared to lose customers! Please can someone attend to my query as soon as possible. To add insult to injury, I still have the incorrect delivery with me! I find the conduct of Pick N Pay in this matter extremely unprofessional. I used to "convert" everyone into using the APP telling them how convenient and efficient it was. I won't be doing that anymore!
Please I implore you to sort this out.
Desired outcome: DELIVERY OF THE ITEMS I PAID FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!And please collect the other customers groceries.
On Saturday 25 June 2022 I ordered a few items from pick n pay asap. The order was confirmed at 8:55am. The items were ready by 9:44am and the app said waiting for driver. I checked the app and the driver was enroute when I checked the app cos he was taking long it disappeared that the driver was on his way it showed he was waiting at the store. The items said delivery time 10:30 and 11;30. The delivery time kept being pushed back. At 11:13 I couldn't wait any longer I phoned the asap contact number only to be told that the driver did come to the estate where I live and turned and went back to the store with my groceries. There is a special instruction on my profile that says the driver has to phone me so I can give him a pin to enter. No one from the store bothered to call me and say anything. I received a call from the store at 13:05 to ask me if I was available cos they sending the driver with
my groceries. I was waiting for 4 hours already. My groceries was delivered at 13:45. Maybe my R600 was not big enough for anyone at Pick n Pay to really bother about it. Pick n Pay should Not use the name asap as they do not know the meaning of those words. Not going to be shopping at pick n pay any longer.

I have only had great service from pnp asap. One order was delayed and the problem rectified immediately. A great service when one can't get to the shops.
Absolute circus! I want to forget I ever tried using this “feature”. They really need to up their game to play on the same field as Checkers60 or the likes of.

This happened to me as well. We ordered groceries on Saturday so that we can cook on Sunday, then our order was not complete, it took them 7 days after to reimburse me and the money is sitting in their ewallet and will take another 10 [censored]en days to get into my account. This happened several times and I had enough with this nonsense app. Dont know why they call it Asap as they cannot resolve issues in time. And my bread squashed so bad
I've canceled an order on 23 January 2023.Im still waiting for my refund that has not yet been authorized by finance.Every time I call I'm being told my refund will reflect into my account the next week,and so it goes on and on nearly two month now.
I canceled an order end of feb it is now end of march and they refused to refund my money back, after sending 100z of emails which they do not respond to the girl says the money was refunded to my bank bt its not there, this is the worst online shopping app plz do not use this app cos they never refund ur money, im still waitn for the refund!
They send food either on or close to the expiration date. And the poorest quality as if they're picking out the ones that won't sell in store.
