I then tried contacting them via e-mail and have done so for several days in a row and have received no response. I just want to know the status of this order and if there is a delivery problem I'd like to just cancel it and get a refund but I cannot get a response.

I ordered an item and the shipping states it was returned as undeliverable. I've tried repeatedly to contact Pier 1 to find out what the status is now and NO ONE will respond to my e-mails.
