On 16 September 2023 on or around 2:28p I attempted to place an order at the Pizza Hut located at 1056 A-6A Manchester Expy, Columbus, GA 31904. The calls were answered on three separate occasions and dropped before I could complete my order. I then decided to drive to the pizza hut to place my order in person. I am a double amputee and this pizza hut has a drive thru. When I arrived at the window, I asked for the manager. When she appeared I ask her if there was a problem with the phones. She said to me "Sir, do you have a problem", rudely and with an awful attitude. She also said to me that I could order on line or come in the front door to place my order. She then slammed the window shut in my place saying something about my using profanity. I never used profanity while trying to speak to her. She also refused to take my order, As I mentioned earlier, I am a double amputee and why should I have to try and get into my wheelchair to come in with a drive thru available. I just feel that once I explained the situation with pizza hut phone problem that she should have been more understanding. I am really surprise that she is in the position of a manager. I am also a senior and a veteran and it pains me to think about others that she has disrepected. I am sure that I am not the only one.
