I want to put a big complaint in about the pizza hut at 514 Stafford Road, Wolverhampton WV10 6AN my order number is 514 [protected]
I order one gluten free pizza
chicken strip side
pepsi max
a 3 garlic dips
I had a phone call not long after I ordered my food online of a young lad that works in the pizza hut shop saying that I have not got any gluten free base can I swap it for a normal base and I said no as I am allergic that the whole point in ordering the gluten free base on okay what do you want to do he says I said well I will have my money back then please, he said you will have to speak to customer service I said can I have the number he gave me a 0800 number to phone and I phone no answer and says we can only help online not on the phone anymore could you please explain this to me on an email that would be good? then I rang back the shop and got the same man he didn't help at all so I said I want to speak to the manager she come on and I explained what had happened and she was nothing I can do I am busy right now, I said I am ringing for help and you are not bothered about helping people, she said I told you you have to ring the number I asked to speak to head office if you have number she said we dont give numbers out on the phone I asked if she could explain to me why I just been given a number over the phone then she said you havent I said you did I got it wrote down the young lad did, she said I havent got time I got to go and passed me back to the young lad I said I want to speak to you I want to speak to your manger not you he said oka passed the phone to the lady manager and she was very rude she was rasising her voice on the phone, she was mad she was very rude was not willing to help me sort my order or money out and she said she is to busy to even speak to me because she got other things to do. I asked will there be someone with respect I can talk to tomorrow and she said yes you will only get the same rudeness and the same answer so if I was you I would not ring again and put the phone down. the manager had no answer for any of my questions so this make me wonder weather if she was the manager or not not happy
this is not very good behaviour on the phone and I would like this looked into and I would also like my money back asap and can you sort this for me please, I am not willing to order from these again and the way I got spoken to today I think that this place should be closed down, this is no the first time I had problem so the manager definitely need more train on how to speak to people on the phone and the staff needs more training over the phone.
