My car been at dealer for almost 9 weeks waitin for ANOTHER engine. Engine been there since December 9th and still 13th in line for install. Service manager dont think engines are a priority and refuse to fit them into schedule to get done. Dont ever buy a Hyundai and dont ever take your car to be serviced at planet Hyundai.

I buyed my 2018 Tucson from planet Hyundai. I was worried bout buying a new car alone. Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy and fun. I have brought my car to have normal maintenance done ever since. I have never had a single problem with service department or the sales department. I would buy my next car at planet Hyundai and I wont take my car anywhere else for service.

I've been visiting Planet Hyundai's service center for years for my 2017 Ioniq maintenance. It was fine until a few months ago. They overfilled oil during a change, risking engine damage. My car barely ran the next day, so I returned using electric mode. They removed the excess oil, claiming no harm done. However, after the next service, I found oil leaking from the car. I placed a container underneath and haven't driven for a month due to surgery. Now, there's a large oil spill under the car. I requested a tow from Planet Hyundai to prevent fire risks. I've reached out to their customer service and filed a complaint with Hyundai's consumer affairs, receiving a case number, but I'm still awaiting a resolution.

I would give them a lower rating if I could. Be careful when trusting them with your business. They are greedy and sketchy and won't stand behind anything. I bought a car in September for my son's first car. It was a used car and I thought it would be thoroughly checked over since I bought it from a dealership. It looked clean and had everything we wanted. It was above blue book, which shows they made a lot off of me. Before we even got the tags on the car, we noticed spotting under it when parked. Then the check engine light came on. We took it to our local auto shop and found out the gear shifter went out and the water pump was leaking. Our mechanic replaced the gear shifter, but we took it to Planet Hyundai to see if they would do anything about the water pump and thermostat. They said they would see what could be done and what portion sales would pay for, but they weren't willing to pay for anything and even wanted to make a profit off my predicament. After waiting a month to get it serviced and Planet Hyundai having the car for a week for diagnostics, they told us they wouldn't work with us on the price. They wanted to make money fixing the issues that started a week or two after buying the car. I agreed to let them fix it, but once we got home, the check engine light came on again. I'm over it with them. Don't trust them with your business. I just wanted a safe and reliable car for my son like any father would.

I got a new 2022 Hyundai Palisade from Planet Hyundai. It wasn't a good experience from the start, but I needed a car so I went ahead with it. The sales guy was leaving for a new job the next day, so he didn't say much. I wanted to tow a small trailer, so I needed a 7-pin wiring harness. I was told all Palisades had it, but when I got the hitch installed, it only had a 4-pin harness. They said Hyundai didn't even have a 7-pin part. The service guys said the sales guys often lie to sell cars. There were other bad things too. My windshield cracked soon after I got the car, and I was out of town. The sales manager said they'd ordered a new one, but when I got back, they said they hadn't. I had to come back later. While I was waiting, a service guy said he'd help me soon, but then he went outside to smoke. Not good service. There were other things too, but you get the idea. The business works, but if you want good service, go somewhere else.

We bought a 2010 Saturn Outlook from Planet Hyundai in Feb/March. When we pressed the AC button, the light flashed three times, which meant there was a problem. We put it on our to-do list, thinking we had six months. In June, we talked to *** from Planet Hyundai about it. Two other companies said it was a hose problem. Planet Hyundai said we should get it fixed and they would pay for it, which was about $600. We went to *** to get it fixed, but it turned out that the hose problem also affected the compressor, which would cost another $1300 to fix. *** refused to pay for it and even said that *** was lying about the problem. We bought the car with the problem, and we just wanted to fix it in good faith. Both *** and *** Automotive said it was the same problem, but sometimes one problem leads to another.

I got a new car, a 2022 Hyundai Elantra SEL W/ Conv from Planet Hyundai on 3/15/2022. It was all good until we got to the ***. The FM guy, Z H, kept saying that if I buy the basic protection package, he can lower my interest rate from 5.2 to 3.2 percent. I didn't want to buy any protection package as I was on a budget. I asked what the rate was without the protection, and he kept saying he could bring the 5.2 to 3.2. I said I don't want the protection package, and how can you bring the rate down if the base rate is 5.2. He said he buys points from the bank to lower the interest rate if I buy the protection package. I said I don't want the protection package and asked if I can give him the money to buy the points to lower the interest rate, and he said no. He kept talking about why I won't buy the protection package to lower my interest rate. It sounds illegal to me, so I will report it to corporate and other agencies. I also saw on your website that the APR is 0% for the 2022 Elantra, but he argued with me and said I didn't find it on Planet Hyundai's page but the National Hyundai website. I showed him the screenshot, and he said he only worked here for one month and never saw it, and then he said I wouldn't have qualified anyway.
