PokerStars.com review: Holding my money hostage

When the ontario gaming laws changed a few years ago I wanted to close the 3 accounts I had globally Poker Stars - Fan Dual - Draft Kings. The latter 2 both sent me cheques that I received in 7 days. Poker Stars still is holding my money. Despite never adding money to my poker stars account from my bank account this is the only option they are giving me which is fine but they keep finding ways to decline my withdrawal. I have filled out the forms numerous times, the last time I got my bank to fill it out to make sure all numbers required were there and poker stars still declined it. I have sent a screenshot of my online banking account and a direct deposit form from my bank but none of this is suitable. Poker stars insists I am not sending them what they need but I have sent everything on their checklist including my personal identification. They really need a customer support that will work with the individual cases instead of just repeating generic answers that never lead to a resolve.
