PRA Group Canada review: Never ending calls looking for a person who isn't me

Several months ago I started receiving calls and voicemails from them addressing someone who isn't me. I politely let them know that the person they are looking for isn't at this number and that I don't know anyone by that name. I have told them multiple times that I'm not the person they're looking for. Since then the calls have not stopped and are endless. They call multiple times a day at all hours, including well into the evening. They don't even leave voicemails anymore, just keep making calls from different numbers that I keep blocking. I'm convinced this is a scam operation of some sort. No legitimate company can have practices this predatory and intrusive.
