I booked a trip to Bari Italy through Priceline trip ID # [protected] and Lufthansa # 3HG5A4 June 26,2023 for travel 10/13/23 to 10/21/23.
On 10/21/23 the Air Dolomiti flight was 45 minutes late on takeoff from Bari IT. When we arrived in Munich we were told to proceed to our gate, that they knew about delay. It should also be noted I had broken my toe on this return trip so I ran hobbling in pain to the gate. I was turned away and told to get rebooked. T
I was rerouted to Zurich, a flight leaving more than 4 hrs later. Lufthansa denied me mobility services. When I got to Zurich, the transit desk told me they couldn’t provide me with hotel voucher because it was Italian airlines fault I missed my connection. I paid for my hotel and left the next day.
This was my first international trip, I was injured, in pain and traumatized by the travel.
I am requesting a refund of all airfare. I went on a restorative trip and this major bump took away from the benefits of trip.
