September 17, 2023, I made a reservation for rental car from Priceline. Priceline did not send me a copy of the reservation. On the same day I called back to Priceline to cancel reservation. I was told that there is no cancellation policy. I was also told to call my back to dispute it, which I did. I called Chase who started a dispute for me. Today I called Chase to see if the dispute was resolved. I was told that there was nothing they could do as Pericline has a no cancellation and no refund policy. The rental charge was $356.76. I had never received a copy of the reservation so I called Priceline and the Robot that answered the phone immediately recognized me by my phone number and said my reservation was cancelled and I would get a refund Zero. I ask to speak to someone. Spoke to Manor who said rental reservation was cancelled but no refund. I requested the reservation be reintated, that I still needed a rental car. I was told that I could start a new reservation and pay again. What a rip off.
