So, I had some problems with my siding and facia falling off my crib. I got some work done by Professional Restoration, but they didn't fix everything and now they're not even honoring their guarantee. They're straight up ignoring me. Not cool.

Pro Restoration hooked up with me to fix my crib after some truck smashed into it. They charged me for a permit to build, but the work they did didn't get the green light from a legit inspector. I told them a bunch of times that I'm down to pay what I owe, but only after I get a copy of the report from the inspector saying the repairs are up to snuff with Denver's rules.

We had this company come in to fix a busted wall caused by a pipe. They gave us a price for the wall and said it was up to code and no permit was needed. I called the city and they said we needed a permit, which was not what the company said. I looked at the quote and saw that the wall didn't have insulation or vapor barrier like it should. When I told them, they stopped talking to me. It seems like they're doing something shady. I want them to contact me so we can fix the wall. I have emails with all the info.

In July , my insurance company, USAA, checked out a water leak in the wall between the two bathrooms in my condo in CO. USAA said they couldn't cover the leak and put me in touch with Professional Restoration. In October , I decided to pay for the repairs myself and signed a contract with Professional Restoration, paying a deposit of $1,731.94. After a few weeks, they told me there was mold in the bathrooms and they needed to fix that first. I paid them $1,750.00 on 15 Nov and another $1,332.49 later. They gutted one of the bathrooms and left it unusable. I tried to contact them many times, but they didn't give me a timeline for the repairs. They moved the dryer into the living room and didn't clean up the debris. My daughter and grandson went to a hotel as a precaution. I went to Denver in January to talk to the management. The new project manager said he was disgusted by the poor repairs. I asked for the owner's contact information, but they refused. They finally finished the work on 17 February, but I found charges for cleaning that I thought were unnecessary. I think they overcharged me and were unprofessional. They refused to compensate me.
